My daughter (my PIC) and I were cruisin around Auburn and doing some shopping and we wanted to get a little snack. This Greek yogurt bowl with granola, peanut butter, Nutella, banana, and topped with a waffle was actually a huge snack! We pulled into the Bel Air parking lot, which is crowded with other businesses. Many many places to park. We walked in on a rainy day and ordered 2 of these. They don't come in a small size, so we got the smallest size we could. A medium. The woman working was pleasant and smiley. She had great attitude and was happy to make our bowls. While she made our bowls, we noticed the chairs had already been put up. It was nice and clean and we tracked in water and left footprints... oopps. She was kind and said she didn't mind and thankfully, she had not mopped yet. There were small papers to color for St. Patricks Day! So we colored ours in a hurry until she finished. We took our bowls to the car and these were so delicious, we ate about half and saved the rest for when we got home. They were sweet, tart, and I like the crunchy texture with the granola with the creamy textures of everything else. 10/10 on that peanut butter bowl. You gotta try it! read more

The Jamba on Grass Valley Hwy in Auburn is the best one I have ever been to, and I have been going to Jamba Juice all over Ca, Nv, and Hi since the 1990's. The staff are friendly and greet me by name everytime. They offer suggestions when I need them, they are flexible, fast and suggested I sign up for loyalty program which I've never done, but it's PAID OFF, I earned my 2nd free smoothie yesterday! Poor service. Ordered my stuff and asked for a water from the girl with the red hair while I was waiting. Didn't say a word while I waited patiently for her to ring up the rest of the people in line and queue up online orders probably 10 minutes later. I gently reminded her, "could I get my water?", politely tipping an imaginary cup in my hand. She said she was still busy, so I let her do her thing thinking she will get it between everything else. All the while, I'm thirsty having just done a bunch of yard with that morning, and the cup is sitting right in front of me near the order counter. I ask the other girl (who is supposedly getting trained by the first gal) if there's a code for the bathroom. She says there's a key. Then I ask for a cup to get some water from the bathroom faucet. She says sure, but offers whether she can get a cup of water for me. Taking heed of what the other gal said that they're busy, I try not to get in their way saying, "No thanks. It's fine". The girl with the red hair witnesses the exchange thinking I'm causing some type of commotion, then jumps in and reminds me they're really busy. All the while, the other girl non-chalantly walks over to the sink and gets me a cup of water . When I finally get my order, the girl with the red hair razzes me, repeating just be patient and consider that they're just two young girls and it's really busy. I comment that it's just a cup of water (I'm thinking to myself, the other girl got me a cup while she was filling orders). And that I was thirsty and was hoping to have a cup while I was waiting, not when my order was ready. Furthermore, that I attempted to get some water from the faucet in the bathroom so they could be left alone. I said nothing about how busy they were or the pace at which they were getting orders out. I actually felt bad I was getting in the way of then getting their job done. And I get this weird almost condescending attitude from her. While I was waiting, she got really testy with a customer who was on the phone with someone who didn't come to take his order off the counter also. She gave him a similar attitude and grabbed his order from the counter and not very politely plopped the bag on the table next to him. It was so abrupt she had to apologize to another customer sitting next to him. Horrible customer service and totally unwarranted. Also the veggie egg bites were soggy and luke warm. read more

The girls are extremely friendly and helpful with my questions since I had not been there. All the employees there are friendly and prompt and have my order ready before I get there if I use the app, so I literally walk in and then out. I couldn't be happier our Town has an affordable place to grab a fruity treat in a hurry! It cured every fruit craving I had during my pregnancy including while in labor it was my last meal request before hospital! It has come to my attention that Jamba Juice is over charging their customers. Check your receipt and web order. You can't complain about the website because there is no mechanism. The local store just said it was not their problem. So I will NO longer patronize their store. The local Auburn store would not assist in anyway to help me correct the screw up. Newly opened store in Auburn CA is greatly appreciated by my daughter, who consumes their product 2x a week. Kudos to Jamba Juice for weaning my daughter off Starbuck's frappuchinos and getting her to like fruits and vegetables! Although I personally think their concoctions are rather over-the-top silly with all the "Boost" hype......Jamba Juice as a corporate chain has a lot of good attributes, not the least of which is their reputation as one of the best employers in America (Forbes magazine, I believe).
