Although I am not a huge fan of Statbucks. primarily due the huge corporate structure and related issues, this is one of the most well run and managed one I've ever seen. Sitting in the parking lot checking email before entering I saw a good number of cars drive up and immediately someone came out to deliver the order to them. One after another, after another. It was the morning commute crowd and when I went inside there were orders lined up ready to go. The staff was very friendly and energetic even with the morning surge. I got a latte, grande, and it was actually delivered to the table I chose with a smile. No yelling out my name. The place is somewhat smaller than many so that might help some with the personalized, good service. The latte in a big ceramic cup was delicious, well made and as expected. OK, this place is good! This is one of my favorite Starbucks in town. I like that they have curbside pick-up and call ahead ordering. My go to cold drink is the Pink drink with chocolate foam~so refreshing and this store makes it right every time. I recently splurged and joined the Stanley craze. I was happy with my Hydroflask, but I am now a Stanley girl. I called several stores in town and they were all out. But not this one, the gal who answered said she would hold it for an hour. I drove over and Score! I asked if she had more and she almost sold me a second one until another associate told her no. I still like this store regardless. It has a nice seating area and enough room to hold conversations w/o it being too loud or too quiet hearing other people's convos. read more

This is the original Starbucks here in town. No drive thru but it's super popular. Love the staff as they are always so welcoming and friendly. This starbucks location is inside the parking lot, next to Jack in the Box, not inside of Safeway! It's really nice to walk into a Starbucks and enjoy the aromas of the coffee world. From iced and hot coffee drinks to iced or hot teas... or even just a bite to eat, Starbucks is a gigantic chain that has made an even bigger stamp in our history. They offer pretty sweet merchandise for sale like coffee cups and mugs, big and small! I walked inside to order my drink today, and a very sweet girl at the counter had the most beautiful welcoming smile. She is what I picture when I think of the perfect customer service. I placed my weird drink order of 6 expresso shots, some white mocha sauce, some classic syrup, topped off with a splash of oatmilk over ice. With a few orders ahead of mine, it still only took less than 5 minutes for my drink to be ready. I love it strong and sweet, and it was very tasty! Everyone did a great job! They were all working hard making drinks and taking orders. I look forward to stopping by in Lincoln again! read more

I frequent to this Starbucks. This location is in the parking lot next to Jack in the Box NOT inside Safeway. I usually utilize mobile order when I come. The staff is friendly and my drink and food are ready in a timely fashion. I love the personalized touch they put in by putting stickers on the cup or writing thank you. It's very thoughtful. Convenient location near other shopping. Nice staff here. The person on the register was in a pleasant conversation with an elderly regular who was happy to chat. There is outside seating which is shaded by the building most of the day. Inside there is some seating and clean restrooms. Most of the interior is open space to accommodate more take out customers that come in for their goods. The iced green tea was most welcome on this warm day. read more

I flippin love this Starbucks. If I am not drinking coffee from one, I'm studying in one or both. This one has friendly baristas who are fast, efficient and get my order right every time. One piece of advice would be: when putting a mobile in the mobile area, please call the name every time. Most times, my husband/kid/me are standing there only to realize it hit the mobile shelf a while ago without you calling it out. Otherwise, baristas are people. At the end of the day... it's just coffee folks. They can't control supply issues and as they're human, humans make mistakes. read more

I prefer the Starbucks stores that are not inside another store. My drinks are almost always made the right way and it's super fast, most times, outside of "busy times." The Starbucks inside other stores like Target and Safeway; I end up getting a person who does not want to follow the correct way to make my beloved Caramel Frappuccino. And they add the caramel on the inside of the cup, instead putting the caramel on the whip cream. Another thing is that most drinks need to taste like coffee, not milk fat. I want to taste coffee with the milk, please. read more

We were looking for a quiet place in the area to have breakfast. Unfortunately the music in this Starbucks is so loud that the batista misunderstood our order for decaf and we were served regular without realizing it, which, unfortunately could cause a major problem for us. It seems to me that a Starbucks facing Lincoln Center could play better music and keep the music at an acceptable level. read more

This is the "Dragon drink" that I ordered. As you can see, there is not dragon fruit nor any coconut milk. When I ordered the drink on the mobile app, it did not indicate that they were out of any ingredient needed to make this drink. Usually if they are out of something the app says so (granted, I don't expect the app to be updated 24/7). When I pulled up to the speaker and asked for my order, the barista said they were working on it right then. That would have been the perfect time to say "oh hey, I see that you ordered the dragon drink. Just so you know we are all out of the fruit, are you okay with that or would you like some other fruit?". But they didn't tell me that they didn't have what I ordered. So when I pull up to the window and they handed me a clear drink, I politely said that it was supposed to be a dragon drink. The barista looked at me, and said that they were out of the dragon fruit. Then told me (in a belittling tone) that the dragon fruit is just to turn the drink pink. Okay...but they didn't even add the coconut milk either. I ordered the dragon drink not the refresher. I didn't have time to ask for a different refresher or my money back because I was heading straight to work and just had enough time to get myself a drink. I also didn't want to be "a karen" about it either. I'm not mad about it but I am a little frustrated because the guy was less than nice and treated me like I was dumb and and inconvenience for pointing out that what they handed me was NOT my drink. So now I'm stuck with an overly sweet mango "refresher". Everything else was right, 2 cake pops and a blonde vanilla late. read more

This place is a freaking nightmare at getting things done in a timely matter. I get that star days are busier than normal, but to watch people who order multiple Fraps and specialty drinks at the counter come and go while I sit and wait for something I'd ordered ahead on, that's PRE-MADE blows my mind! How it takes 40 minutes to put together a refresher and a protein box is just outrageous. I moved to the area about 5 months ago and time after time, I order ahead before leaving for school drop off, work, weekend activities, whatever; show up at or shortly after the time the app says it'll be ready, and still have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes. I legit heard them tell another customer today, "Sorry we dropped your label on the ground, so your drink was missed." Get it together Lincoln. Drinks are decently prepared, some of the staff is sweet, but the stores time management sucks. read more

Every time I go there it's one thing or another. They ran out of of product, lines is not that long and it seems to take forever. Orders not right, I'm missing something. I was sad to see that two reviews were causing this Starbucks to look bad. I love this Starbucks.. every time I have come in the workers always have greeted me and made sure I got what I needed. My coffee always tastes the way it should, or even better. I would prefer this place over the one on Ferrari ranch any day. The workers at the Ferrari ranch starbucks are rude and don't speak to you and I have gotten spoiled coffee given to me before there. They seem to put no effort into their drinks. On the other hand, this is a great place with a welcoming vibe and great coffee. The workers care about their job here. read more
