I have been going to the Indian Trail location for two years now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really enjoy the variety of classes and instructors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The workouts vary from light to intense. The studio is kept clean - members are asked to wipe down all equipment used after each class, which I really appreciate. Instructors are well trained too. Signed up with this location because it was the closest to my home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Classes were ok, one class the instructor wasn't very welcoming but I tried a different instructor and it was fine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The issue came when I got an injury and had to miss a month. I was charged for the month but the sessions don't roll over and I wasn't made aware of that until AFTER they already charged me. The following month was supposed to be the end of my contact with them. When I inquired about the missing sessions I also noted that I wouldn't be renewing my contract but was made to pay for an additional month because I didn't give a 30 day notice. This business practice is a scam and I advise you to do class by class so you aren't scanned out of money even when you pay for classes you never received. It's just bad business and I hate that it went this route. read more

I have been a member of Club Pilates Indian Trail for over two years and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I absolutely love it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The instructors are well trained and well staffed, so they can offer several classes a day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a very effective app that allows me to register or be put on a wait list.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location has a very friendly vibe from the instructors, front desk person to the other clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pilates is a great way to stay in shape, improve strength and balance. I've really enjoyed the classes at this studio. I was new to Pilates 6 months ago and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Initially it was difficult to get into some of the classes but it was a new studio and every new business has growing pains. They've added more classes and while I still have to jump on a waitlist from time to time, I almost always get in the class. I love that the classes are small as it allows the instructors to pay more attention to each person and help them with form as needed. I have learned a lot and become so much stronger. read more

Oh boy, where to begin?! At first was ok until it became almost impossible to book classes! Warning don't get sucked into their membership! Indian trail opened up "not prepared" said the front desk girl, for all the people that joined! She said they didn't expect all that business for that area, well that is the obvious!! then they agreed to bump me down from the 8 pack that I signed up way before they opened their doors, to the 4! After that still having a hard time booking classes always on the wait list! And having a small infant and a super busy job I didn't have the privilege to stay on the waitlist because when I was on the waitlist, as time got close to it and nothing opened up I had to get off the it, cuz if you don't get off it on time and something opens up last minute and you can't make it cuz you can't find somebody to stay with your infant in a matter of 15 min noticed they charge you and you loose a credit! So you end up loosing money! Well the manager Devion had the audacity to throw that on my face! Disgusting they have no customer service! So Devion being the shitty manager that he is, instead of admitting the obvious and being apologetic he goes on to finding excuses on how it's the customers fault for him not having a class for you other then a waitlist! And that me deciding to cancel my membership having to charge an extra month instead of letting me buy one class at a time when it comes available instead of waiting for my credits to roll over which by that time all classes be taken, he rather loose a customer, which just emphasized that me having or not having a class to attend never mattered all that mattered was them getting my money and screw me if I lost my credits cuz I couldn't find a class that I could Plan to go to! I love love love Club Pilates! I have an autoimmune disease and some days I can't go as hard as others. CP has a lot of options for different types of classes. I can pick a more difficult class to really work out my body if I want or pick a class that is less difficult and still get a great workout without over-taxing my system. The classes seem to be great for lymphatic drainage as well. The exercises and stretches are gentle and not jarring to my body. I always feel really good after completing a class! And all of the instructors and desk staff are great and ready to help! read more

I purchased a membership and have attended 12 classes at this location since their opening in July. I have to say I am extremely happy with the membership and the instructors. Everyone is so friendly and I would recommend joining to anyone who is interested. 5 star service! read more

$25 for socks.... Come on... I went to try out Pilates to see if I would like it, left without a sweat and paid $25. I'm guessing if you don't join you pay for the socks (the price of the class). I started Club Pilates Indian Trail back in Aug. when I found out I was expecting my first baby. I was already lifting weights/cardio 3x a week but wanted to add Pilates into my workout routine to help me throughout my entire pregnancy. I'm so glad I did! The studio is so nice and welcoming. I am a newbie to the Pilates world, but when I took a free class, along with the instructors there the day I attended, they were helpful and patient. This new facility is beginning to offer additional classes, which has helped with booking classes while reducing the waitlist. I did join, and I am enjoying the classes and experience. read more

So many FEES. I normally wouldn't even take the time to do this but WOW watch out when it is time to cancel. First off someone in their office could never get my card information correct after the initial card I used to sign up had to be changed because my card was compromised. For this reason, two of my last three months I was charged late fees when I had updated my card on file info over the phone with them twice, used it in store one time and was told it was on file, I also had entered and saved it on the app. I wasn't checking daily because I wasn't using the app to book classes so it happened a final time my last month... ok fine, maybe that's in some way my fault so I paid the late fees and went on my merry way. Ultimately, about six weeks into my three months I knew I was going to cancel after the three months I originally committed to because the class times just were not convenient to my schedule juggling a preschooler and homeschooler who is an active athlete, plus most times when I would be able to get there to workout... waitlist. I filled out the form for cancellation around the end of September which indicates you're required to pay an extra month (30 day notice of sorts), for me this was billed mid October, also charged a late fee on this one because you guessed it, my card information isn't in there again. I finally I input it AGAIN so that I can be charged and done and am ALSO charged a 100 dollar cancellation fee which I do not recall being mentioned prior. I never once tried to get out of paying my 3 months even though I wasn't attending classes anymore at this point. I attended all of six classes the entire 3 and a half months. To me this isn't about the money as much as it is just poor business practice. I enjoyed the classes but they were just not convenient for my schedule after summer. It should not be as difficult as is it to cancel and if you paid your initial agreements, there absolutely should not be an ADDITIONAL charge to cancel. read more
