Club Pilates is such a dream! The instructors really know their stuff! If your form is off, they will help you correct it. I have not had a bad experience with the studio or any of the instructors! Diann was a favorite of mine! Her soothing voice and transition into each exercise, really made me feel at ease as well as worked out! She will be missed for sure! Each week I look forward to my next class and get excited! Haven't felt this way about exercise in a very long time!! Thank you Club Pilates! read more

I decided to take a class at this location with the hopes I could go to Costco either, before or after my workout. I didn't get to Costco, but I had an excellent workout. I took the cardio sculpt Pilates. We used the mat, ball, weights, the reformer, band, and another equipment. The instructor was really good. This was my first experience with cardio sculpt, and the instructor made recommendations as needed for those with knee and shoulder problems. I was very happy and sweaty! read more

Lies, passive aggressive behavior, and nasty nice responses. I visited this studio for an intro class and arrived 15 minutes early as required only for the class to start late. No apologies or explanation was given. Fast forward a few weeks later when I scheduled my second class to try out the studio before signing up for a membership. I arrived 5 minutes late. I rush to check in and I'm told that I'm too late to join the class. I'm told the studio's policy is no admittance if a student arrives more than 5 minutes late. Well I was 5 minutes late not more than 5 minutes late. She says well the warm up is over so you can't join the class, it's for your safety and the safety of others. I asked for a refund but she instead offers to reschedule me. I say no thanks just issue the refund. She says well only my manager can issue refunds I will leave a note for her to contact you on Monday. On Tuesday the manager Jessica calls me and in a condescending tone tells me that the studio doesn't expect it's students to arrive late. As if I'm a habitually tardy child. I tell her that I would like a refund and she says the refund would be processed. She offered to reschedule me but I decline. I wait about a week for the refund to be processed and call back. This time the story changes. Jessica says a refund won't be processed because the website states the policy about late arrivals. I told her that no where on the website is this policy stated. She over talks me saying "do you want me to send you the policy". I say yes. The next day she sends me a class credit agreement that expires within a week. However no information or screenshots were provided to support this made-up policy. I ask what is this you sent me and she responds "Hello Rasheeka, Thank you for contacting us. Please refer to the studio policies. You can use the single class credit until 11/18/2020 or else it will expire." I click the links provided, one is to a google drive that I can't access and the other is to the same class credit agreement. Jessica's behavior and emails are extremely unprofessional. No matter how nasty nice she tries to respond, the dismissiveness is very apparent. Additionally the lies over $25 makes me very grateful that I never got a membership at this studio. The owner also reached but no refund has been processed. I do not recommend even trying this studio. Their deceptive practices might cause you more significant billing issues. read more

I signed up for an intro class for 8am this morning and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, not having been to this location before, I miscalculated the timing and arrived 5 minutes late. There was literally 1 patron in the darkened studio working on a machine, nothing else going on but I was told I would have to reschedule for another day. They could have shaved 5 or 10 minutes off my session and that would have been fine. A little too rigid for something that's supposed to be a stress reliever and enjoyable. I will join the YMCA for half the price and a whole lot more flexibility. This may explain why they have an empty studio. read more

I attended classes regularly for about 45 days. I am a Pilates instructor and have even owned my own studio in the past (in California). I generally went weekdays and adjusted my schedule to be able to attend some of the advanced classes. They offer no advanced classes during my typical 6a class slot. 45 min before a 9a class (15 min before I needed to leave my house) I got a cancel notice indicating the class I signed up for had been suddenly cancelled. Okay, no problem. I understand things happen that are out of our control. Now, their policy states a $10 fee for any client that late cancels. Was $10 added to my account for their late cancel? No. The very next day I had a medical situation that required me to be up at 3a (I was signed up for a 6a) and at 5:30a I late canceled and called to leave a message about my medical situation. I assumed that a fair and reputable small business would waive the late fee since literally the day before they late canceled on me. The following week when looking at my credit card bill I discovered that they had actually indeed charged me. WITW?? When I emailed about the issue, they simply stated that it was their policy. Where is it in their policy how they should treat clients when they do the same? It's just bad business! I will not be back. read more

Apparently my mask that is good enough for even air travel isn't good enough for the owner, whom I've never met until today. I was a member for months. I Was, membership hascancelled as of today. UPDATE: Owner is refusing to refund me unless I delete this review. See photo of text correspondence. read more

Helpful staff, neatly kept location and conveniently located. The trial class I tried was short and sweet. You will have to have gripper socks so come prepared. The workout was not very aggressive so it is great for everyone. Great place to get your palates in or TRX body weight training in. Small classes so you get a pleasant workout experience. read more

Incredibly accommodating and informed staff. Clean and welcoming facility in a fantastic location! They helped me transition from Physical Therapy into Pilates to help with two separate injuries! Always look forward to my classes there! read more

This place is super pricey and though I was told when I signed up for a 3 month membership that there were classes throughout the day....that is NOT the case. In fact there are ZERO classes offered from 1-4 pm, and only 2 weekday classes at noon and one of those is on Monday which is the one day I knew I would be unable to take any classes. So, I'm paying $159 a month for the privilege of taking a total of 8(!) classes and they are closed during the hours that work with my schedule. Deeply regret signing up. read more

I signed up for an 8 class pack after trying out their complimentary intro classes. I love the variety of classes offered here, anything from a nice flow to an upbeat calorie burning cardio workout. They offer lots of classes throughout the day, at different experience levels. The staff are really knowledgeable and obviously love their job. The place itself is spotless , with an intimate, calm feel to it. read more

I had a great intro class and have only been able to go back twice since due to flu and snow. But the classes were great! Friendly staff and fresh clean studio! Only thing is I wish there were more times offered that worked with my schedule better. That makes it a little tough. But excited to keep going back! Great workout! read more
