The classes and instructors were very skilled and friendly, however, failed to help out with modifications shown for members more frequently for others that may need it as the class sizes were large most of the time. At other barre classes there was a system in place using slap bracelets for members to place on their bar and allow instructors to come around as needed for guidance and support throughout the class. If you have any physical limitations or health concerns definitely speak with the staff first about how they can help prior to starting a class and ask specific questions about member pricing and who to reach for any cost errors or concerns.

I always feel that the more Vinyasa Yoga classes I take, the more questions I have! Ellen helped me with the proper alignment for my body and range of flexibility. She also showed me some pointers to help with specific postures that made me feel I was really getting the pose for the first time. Great experience, great teacher.
