They also have a small patio which is nice if you need a spot to decompress. When I came, the place wasnt packed. I stayed pretty late and the place never got too packed which I appreciate because it made things more comfortable. The drinks were ok. I haven't experienced anything myself but have seen so much in the club that has made me not wanting to go here any longer. Security argues with people here all the time here , people get out of the club for little reasons, and I know someone who got beaten by them awhile back... I feel like the security make most of the tension here and 90% of the time it leads to some type of fight/shooting/stabbing/etc... Don't even bother trying to get a drink downstairs. I moved up to the next level--super packed, no dance floor, just a chill hangout space. Honestly, it felt overcrowded to the point of a potential fire code issue. Tried again to get a drink with no luck. No space to sit or stand comfortably. Finally made it to the rooftop, which I assume is more for smokers. Might be decent on a warm summer night, but in colder months it's just not it. Overall, the theme feels dated, and the crowd size makes it more stressful than fun. Do people not dance at clubs anymore?

My experiences are pretty hit or miss (mostly miss), but my last attempt to see Galactic did not leave a good impression. Why are the clientele here always so hammered by the time the main act comes on? I had at least 4 drinks spilled on me with not even as much as a sorry. Also the girl in front of me was so drunk, I was expecting her to just fall over if it wasn't for her boyfriend. What is wrong with people in this club? Oh wait, maybe it was the fact that the opening band was a no show and they failed to mention that. Instead they want you to waste 2 hours trapped at their bar paying exorbitant prices since you can not leave once you enter. Trapped in hell. Speaking of hell...The venue itself seems hell bent on making you wait in line forever to get in. It is almost as if they do it to look cool. Surely they can speed up their archaic process. We were very careful to stay out of his way while we checked out the under 21 section and we were not disappointed, except for the small group singing karaoke without a DJ or MOC to keep the room lively, but maybe that's just showing my age . In addition to occasional live music, outdoor patios, multiple bars, and an interesting floor plan, there is plenty of space for those under 21-years old to party, too. This is a dynamic yet safe environment for kids (18-21) and adults alike. There's ample parking and plenty of rooms, each with a different feel. Every bartender we interacted with was courteous and professional. The bar was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean and stocked. The hostess said that a waitress would be right with us, and acknowledged the wobbly table with "I'll be right back with some coasters to fix it, which she never did. About 15 minutes later our drink and food order was taken. There were a couple of groups (4 and 8) people that came in about 10 minutes after we were seated. They ordered, ate, paid and left before we even had food in front of us. It ended up taking 1 hour from the time we sat down until our food arrived. The menu says, and the server confirmed that all burgers were cooked medium. I'm not sure when cooked on the outside and bloody/raw in the center are considered medium? I noticed the same with the burgers that other tables had ordered. One person in our group sent hers back to be cooked more. It took another 15 minutes to get her food returned (after everyone else on our table was finished). The burger that came back was cooked properly, but caked in garlic. When the waitress was informed about the overuse of garlic, and sent back again, she came back 5 minutes later and told us that the cook said that is how all of them are cooked without offering replacement. She then said that she figured we wouldn't want to wait any longer for another one and ended the conversation. Her solution "We won't charge you for the burger, but you have to pay for the fries and drink". Are you telling me you can't slap a garlic free patty on the grill? These are supposed to be hand mashed, made fresh to order "Gourmet" burgers. Bottom line: Food : Ok Service: Horrible Wait Time: Ridiculous The menu consists of mainly burgers, sandwiches and salads, all of which the owners (Warren's, a local burger chain) have decades of experience with. I just don't get how it can possibly take that long to prepare, and I'd hate to see the place when it's actually busy. I'm not saying that I'll never go back, but if I do, it won't be for a "quick bite".
