The place overall seems like a really good place to have a dance night. However, it gives an uncomfortable feeling if you're not a local or someone who comes every Friday/Saturday night. I don't think if you are dressed with the biggest hat or belt buckle that you will feel like you fit in as much.

Cowboys. Lots and lots of Cowboys. Pretty much what you would expect from a place called The Outlaw. It's not a bad experience though. As with most bars, there is a $5 cover if you arrive after 9, military gets in free. If you like country music and all things southern, then you'll be comfortable in this atmosphere. On weekends they have live bands that play classics as well as oldies. They play a good variety of peppy songs and slow songs. It's a fun place to go even if you don't drink. Even though drinking makes line dancing (seem) a lot easier. If you're even a somewhat attractive girl you will most likely be asked to dance by a few old men. Just humor them for a few minutes and dance with them. They have some pool tables too for people that don't enjoy dancing or just want to relax with friends while buzzing. Their waitresses are polite and quick. Their bartenders know most drinks, even the fruity girly ones. Their food isn't bad, but the kitchen closes after midnight so you better get hungry quick. Unlike most bars in Utah, their last call is 12:30 so be prepared for that. The bathrooms leave a little to be desired, get ready to be shoulder to shoulder with your new best friend while nature calls. (And no one ever washes their hands at the bar) It gets really busy on the weekends so unless you have a tab open be prepared to stand in line for a while. It's a good place to relax. I go almost every weekend with my girlfriend just for the dancing. I would recommend it to my friends.

Great bar with a lot of HDTV's playing football, great music and a group of terrific bartenders. Loved the dancing and the DJ.

Dive bar and meat market. Shots from the spot girl are weak and a waste. Management is no where to be found

They have a perfect stage with stadium seating, lawn seating and extra bleachers but nope they dont utilize the stage or seats. Im sure this place is awesome but for the softball event it was terrible and waste of location and can I add girls had to walk from 2-3 blocks away to get here to chaos being rushed and no leadership besides the great DJ. It is a little place and some of the bands that play there are too big for this little venue. The restrooms are better than the average concert hall restrooms. They have a great vending area with shorter lines. The only drawbacks are it's small size. We originally purchased seating on the grass area but after seeing so many people lined up, we decided to upgrade to VIP seating which is closer to the stage where you probably won't have a good view on the grass area. Their security is more professional than other venues. I wish there was more shade as it can get very hot. I really liked this place despite the band being bigger than the venue. I'm surprised Ogden doesn't hold larger concerts at Ogden Stadium or the Raptors Stadium.

We hosted a late luncheon around 4:30 and they catered the most delicious meal--their cheese ravioli and chicken pasta was divine! Complete with salad and breadsticks and drinks. I know they offer other meals too that I'm sure are wonderful, but they knocked this one right out of the park! We arrived the night before to set up a few little things of our own: photos, picture book, arch where the bride and groom stand. But other than that, they had EVERYTHING decorated and ready to go. And boy oh boy was it BEAUTIFUL! Great lighting, stunning furniture, beautiful brick walls, clean bathrooms and bride-room. It was amazing. The best part was they really did everything in that department, all we had to do was show up and try to look as good as the venue itself! Mitzi & Scott are the owners and they are some of the nicest and easiest people to work with. Scott was the music magician all night and announced the program throughout. He did a fabulous job! And Mitzi was behind the scenes making sure everything ran perfect and smooth. They catered a waffle bar during the reception (again, deliciously perfect and my mouth is salivating while writing this) and even boxed up some for my cute mom to take home at the end of the night since she didn't get a chance to taste it. If you need a place to host anything, this is the one! TIPS & TRICKS: * It's in a great location! Movie theater, restaurants, indoor skydiving, and the Ogden Temple are not only within eyesight but also walking distance--they really live up to their name! So make a day of it, go enjoy Ogden :)
