The fondue was outstanding, with very nice cheese and an assortment of sausage, a giant pretzel, grapes, potatoes and apples. Perfect option as you are viewing the ski area and all of us enjoyed all the options. The Brussels Sprouts were very good as well, kind of charred with a really nice flavor. Cinnabar is absolutely worth a visit, I look forward to having a full meal there in the future.
