From the jump, Mark was super knowledgeable and patient, but also just a really fun guy to hang out with while hitting balls. You can tell he's not just "doing his job." He is genuinely obsessed with making sure you walk out with the perfect setup. He broke down all my launch monitor numbers in a way that actually made sense, which turned what could've been an overwhelming data dump into a really cool learning session. Watching him work through different shaft and head combos was impressive. He knew exactly what he was looking for in the data, and once we clicked into the right setup, we both knew it immediately. After he tweaked my lie angle, I started flushing my 6 iron like never before. That moment alone made the entire trip worth it. I'm super grateful for Mark's time and his insane attention to detail. You can park easily along Village parkway, or park in the rear. This is a beautiful, well laid out shop with all kinds of golf equipment. They also offer private instructions, with a local golf pro. Don't forget to check out the course simulator, in the rear of the business. It's located in a huge room, which you can rent for either yourself or for a group of people. The software gives you feedback on your swing, so you can beat all of your golf buddies. The owner explained that the simulator is a good option for a rainy day, or perhaps a 100° blistering day in August. There's even a breakout room, where you can have a brew. I had a chance to talk to the friendly owner, who explained the business and showed me some of the equipment. Thank you for opening this specialty shop in Dublin. We need more star businesses like this. But what happened to all the lawn mowers?

I forgot my coupon, so the sales associate Montrell told me if I return the item in 24 hrs, I could get a price adjustment. So today, I went back to the store. I also wanted to look at some full-zip sweatshirts, unfortunately they were low on small sizes. Chris asked if I needed help and he mentioned a shipment would be coming in later this week. I also asked him about basketballs since I know nothing. He explained the various types and brands. With his help, I purchased my very first basketball, the Spalding TF. I liked the tacky feel of the surface. At the counter, Jenny helped me. She's helped me before and she made things very simple. She made the price adjustment and applied it to the basketball. Quick and easy. I've shopped at this store for many years. The employees are always friendly, the sales associates always greet me when I enter the store, and they always ask if I need help with anything. I had just been at the Outlets in Livermore and it looked like it could be a one hour wait to get into a store like New Balance, Nike or similar - and here - no problems at all - and since its indoors you wouldn't have to wait in the cold anyway. My wife had been asking me for a Fri fit visor as we couldn't find her other one. I must say I was given exceptional customer service from Hali. When I asked her where something was, she pointed me in that direction, but when I showed her the item on the web, she looked it up and noticed it was in the back, then went and grabbed it for me. I eventually had to ask an employee directly to scan it again and bring the shoes out. Honestly, if the kiosk system does not work properly, I do not understand why it is there in the first place. It only made the experience more frustrating and time-consuming for customers. Please either improve the system or remove it altogether.
