I had also already been helped and was waiting for my service to be finished when this happened. This will be my second interaction with this establishment that has been very unprofessional and downright rude. It is disappointing and very sad that my character is being attacked for someone else's unprofessionalism at such a well-known establishment. Had to get a smog for DMV request and was able to drop my car as a walk in. Staff is professional and the car was ready in about 30 minutes. Smog is very affordable. There is a lot of seating and amenities available but it is in such a great location in old town Clovis so I walked around and did some shopping while I waited. Wow, what a great customer service. I came here for a smog test and it's almost in and out, the guy made sure I'm comfortable waiting before he went proceed with the test. He offered coffee, snacks and if I want the TV on as I was in my cellphone like everybody else while waiting. Will definitely recommend this place. This place is great! We showed up just before 7am this morning to get our car smogged that we are trying to sell. This place was fantastic! We had quick service and the owner was so polite! He had our car smogged and out the door in less than 15 minutes for only $44! Not to mention a comfortable waiting room, refreshments and beverages, which made our time there much more enjoyable! This place gets five stars just for their customer service and how they handle business alone. I sent them a message about pricing/appointments and had all my questions answered within 10 minutes. I showed up a few days later. As I was driving my "Service Engine Soon" light popped up. Even knowing it wouldn't pass, I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me upfront if I had a check engine light. When I let him know I did, he let me know it wouldn't pass and they don't repair there. I appreciate the fact that he asked, and didn't just do the smog test, which saved me money. I ended up going elsewhere for the test but would definitely come back next time I have to do a smog check. read more
