My only critique would be that it would be helpful if credit card or some form of electronic payment would be helpful. This was a business expense, so trying to have enough cash on hand and not being able to write a business check on the spot was a bit tricky. Still, I would recommend and use this service again.

They were absolute professionals, knew exactly what to do, and repaired it quickly. Prior to calling Well Hung, she called someone else who made the situation worse. After my mom's excellent experience, I had Damien come out and give me a bid on a garage door and install it. Again, he did an absolutely excellent job, he and his partner and dad were a pleasure to work with, and the price they gave me actually was lower than Home Depot's. Damien enjoys his work, and it shows. I've been recommending them to friends. Thank you for your great work!

So this is some story, after 7 years of owning a heat pump I never knew it could work this good…read more My wife and I were resigned to the fact our heating was sub par because we had the two "big heater companies" come out and give us a list of why our stuff is broke. One of them said we were low on freon and tried to bend us over for 500 bucks, and when I got a second opinion the second big company said the freon level was fine. Neither of them fixed the machine, one said they wanted 15 grand for a new system, and the other was not helpful either. So after years living with a cold house and using emergency heat, I called this company and Tony sent Gabriel out and he put a capacitor on the machine and it works so well I can't even imagine it. Mine you we installed a pellet stove because of how bad this heater is, well our heater works fine, but the two large heating companies that work in Petaluma are horrible, I wont mention names. The one named after a guys name in the garden of eden wasn't as bad as the other company, but they wont even service you two months out they are so busy. These guys came within hours. After talking to Martin I gave them a shot, very satisfied, bill under 400 dollars and the heater works better then ever.
