They sent an unqualified technicial who damaged an exterior door frame and and interior fire door trying to get into the house. We needed to make a spare key for a 1999 Ford Ranger that was gifted to us. The key has a transponder chip so we knew we had to get a locksmith to make one. This is the 2nd time I've used Ace Lock and Key for their services. And I don't post many reviews for businesses, but this is 2nd time I am leaving review because it is well deserved!! Issa came to our house and made the key in less than 5 minutes. With the blink of an eye spare was made, tested and working! The front driver door lock was sticking a little and I asked if for future if we wanted to fix that if it was fixable or would need a replacement lock. After doing some troubleshooting, the new locksmith was able to not only fix our ECU that Eithaan crashed, but he also made a spare and got our original fob working. The car is now able to turn on. We were informed that Ace Lock & Key was formerly known as KC Locksmith. Eithan is apparently known for messing up lock mechanisms & not working well under pressure when things don't go as planned. He makes the REAL locksmiths a lot of money in the area... STAY AWAY Update: he tells my boyfriend that he saw the review and he will only fix the car if the review is removed. Yeah no, people need to know how you are as a business owner. He was told to leave. Thanks for breaking something that was never broken!! Now our car doesn't even start and we have an actual issue to solve. We needed an extra key fob for our car, Eithan came out and began the process. While trying to program the second key, he tells my boyfriend his original key he uses everyday on his DAILY CAR doesn't work for the car. How does it not work when we use that key every single day?
