All we ate was fast food, pizza and frozen meals and I could feel myself getting more unhealthy by the day. The next week we hired Jessica to meal prep for us for lunch and dinner. It was such a godsend to have home cooked healthy meals! Every week Jessica gives us a shopping list and it is so simple to instacart the exact amount needed for the week. Now we have gourmet meals prepped for home and work. I look forward to it every week. Now we actually spend less total per week including paying Jessica. I think this is because now we do not waste food. It also feels great to have an organized fridge without food wasting. The meals themself are excellent. We are on a healthy plan as well. We loved the chicken salad wraps with Greek yogurt substituted for Mayo. Cashew chicken with rice!! Yummm. She's also very creative and make dishes that I would not even conceive of and I would never make for myself. On the list for the week was ground chicken avocado spinach balls with yogurt sauce. Honestly this did not sound appealing, but we decided to go with it anyways. It was our favorite of the week. The flavors were bursting. It seemed like a fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean and we loved it! The textures we're interesting and mouthwatering. The spinach, chicken and avocado provided a complex medley of different flavors and mouth feel. The next week we had another odd ball on the menu. Strawberry chicken with balsamic? That sounded strange. We again almost discontinued this order and went with a different order however by this point Jessica definitely earned our trust as an outstanding person and chef. This again was our favorite meal of the week. The blender flavor is quite unique with the fruit mixed with the acidity of the balsamic which marinated perfectly into the chicken thighs. What started as a postpartum temporary meal plan has now turned into a fixture of our life. We gladly welcome Jessica into our home and she is very Covid conscious for anybody who is concerned. We also look forward to outstanding gourmet meals every week which far surpass our previous Trader Joe's frozen food and delivery pizza.

I was trying to go a cheap route by getting my supplements from Amazon. However, neither the Creatine nor the post-workout supplements from Amazon would dissolve in water. The flavor and gritty texture of the Amazon product were horrible. When I arrived at Phil's, I was greeted right away, along with getting asked if I needed any assistance or if I had any questions. I was very impressed that I was receiving service from Phil the owner. I told him what was happening with the inferior Amazon product, and he guided me on what I could use. Once I found what I needed, he offered me a sample to ensure I like it. The level of service is what we, as consumers, are missing out on. I am comfortable with paying a hire price, that comes with great service and guidance. I will be working with Phil's Nutrition for my exercise needs.

Dr. Porter has been my Primary Care Provider (PCP) for 20 years. I still remember my first…read moreencounter with this somewhat strange Doctor when I was having food allergies. I was walking through Park Lane mall, passing Winestocks on the left and a Great Earth Vitamins on the right with my friends, and there was Dr. Porter offering free check ups. He did things that I thought were unusual but made sense, like testing your body, seeing how you worked as a whole, I could immediately tell he knew something about the body that I didn't understand, but it made sense, and it was like a pro-mechanic for the body, doing his trade with accuracy and precision. All my friends were impressed too, but no one was ready for the next step, and if I didn't have some strong food allergies, I might not have made an appointment. I did have a need and he offered to fix me in 8 visits. I had always heard that most Chiropractors, were quacks, wanted lots of visits, didn't fix you, etc. so when I heard 8 visits to fix, I thought it sounded like a fair bargain to see for myself. Plus he offered me a money back guaranteed first appointment, so how could I say no? So I called that same week and set my first appointment, where the Doc went deeper and found other areas to treat, so he did me one better, he treated the food allergies, but the other area (my body wasn't working as a unit), basically two treatments for the price of one. I immediately experienced relief on both areas and was hooked on this mysterious Doc! Over time I referred at least 25 people including my own family and everyone liked and or loving Dr. Porter's Wellness for the Whole Person! His technique is different, he reminds me of a time traveler, who came from the future to plant the seeds of medicine, which are ABUNDANT and STATUS QUO in that time. If you have ANY AILMENT, ON ANY LEVEL, I always tell people go see Dr. Porter, if there is anyone who can DO SOMETHING, IT'S HIM! Doctor Porter is truly about health and fixing people, his goal is to have you see him as little as possible. Once you are back to wellness, you see him on a custom schedule. Lastly, I like to call him the Miracle Doctor too, as he does things no one else can, and miracles can and do happen here!
