My wife and I needed an escape from the daily grind and we decided to stay in Reno for a few nights. On our relaxation day, we made an appointment for a couple's 90 minute massage. The room looked more makeshift as we got into the room before the massage. The cost for the couple's 90 minute massage was $160. Overall, the massage was great! As I looked at the clock, it was exactly, if not very close to 90 minutes total. Most places seen to stop five minutes early but here, we got our full value. For the price we paid, we'll definitely be back!

She did these amazing moves to where she steps on the back of your thighs and uses her body weight to massage your legs and your back. Please don't be afraid of the stepping on your thighs because it's amazing how much pressure your body really needs for such big muscle groups. I workout regularly and my trainer gets a massage every month, and now I know why she does. It just doesn't help you relax, but helps your muscles recover and clears your mind. It gets your body so flexible to where you feel you can do anything at your next workout or adventure. Wow!!! That's all I can say is, wow! I made another appt for next month and I cannot wait. She is amazing. A true talent when it comes to the knowledge she has to every pressure point, muscles group etc. I am a forever customer now. Thanks to my husband and thanks to Yelp for helping my husband find such an amazing place.

A True Hidden Gem - Best Massage Experience of My Life!…read more Holistic Body and Mind Massage is, without a doubt, the treat of a lifetime. I've been getting therapeutic massages for over 27 years, averaging about two per month, so I don't say this lightly: this was the best massage experience I've ever had. I've been to high-end spas--like the Wynn in Las Vegas--where the service is incredible, but you'll walk away $500 lighter. At Holistic Body and Mind Massage, I found an experience that rivaled those top-tier destinations for a fraction of the cost. The quality was absolutely elite, but what set it apart was the deep personal care and attention the masseuse provided. The atmosphere alone deserves five stars: tranquil music, warm lighting, a beautifully detailed room complete with art, a bonsai tree, and a gentle waterfall--all perfectly curated to relax every sense. The heated blankets and incredibly comfortable massage bed just elevated the whole thing to another level. Now let's talk about the masseuse. I've had over 250 different massage therapists in my life, and she is the best--bar none. What makes her exceptional is how skillfully she tailors the pressure for each muscle group and body type. As a bigger guy who likes a firm massage, it's rare to find someone who can apply the right intensity without going overboard. She did it flawlessly. No unnecessary pain, just deep relaxation, circulation boost, and real therapeutic relief. Her intuitive communication style was another plus. She was responsive and engaged when I felt like chatting, but completely respected the silence when I wanted to zone out. It's a rare gift to know when to speak and when to just let the experience unfold. After three sessions in a row, I'm ready to make this a weekly ritual--budget permitting! Last time, I even fell asleep mid-massage (something that's never happened before) and woke up feeling more rested from a 15-minute nap than I have in years. That's how powerful the experience was. In short: go. Just go. The pricing is more than fair for California and Nevada standards, and the value you receive is unmatched. Holistic Body and Mind Massage is where quality, ambiance, and personal care come together in the most magical way. I can't recommend it enough.

I had a flare up of some incidental damage I caused my left shoulder. It caused radiating pain up my neck and down my back. I was urgently looking for relief. Stacy was able to get me in the next day. She was really in touch with what was going on with me and went over and above the usual services to tend to that shoulder with hot stones and oil. We did some work and it was awesome. She had a nice medium-to firm pressure, which is usually too much for me, but this day, I needed it. I bet if I told her I just want medium, "fluff, relaxation", I would fall asleep on the table. She was the best massage I have had in Reno in some time.

She has just the right touch, not too hard and not too soft but just right. She really knows the body and will give a great massage according to your needs. I appreciate her professionalism of not talking unless the client wants to engage. The use of hot stones is another wonderful treatment she uses very proficiently. The message room is very clean, comfortable and inviting. This is a small venue which also makes the place feel healthier than large places. All current protocol is followed so the client feels very safe. I would highly recommend Some Kneaded Touch! Try Some Kneaded Touch~you will love it.

The next day, he was in severe pain and could barely move. No massage should leave someone needing emergency medical care. To make matters worse, they pressured us for a larger tip despite the poor service. The entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Save yourself the money and the pain--there are much better places to go. I would never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone.

They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. Reno is not one of my fave destinations to frequent but if I were to come back, I'd def come back to this place.

Randy did a great job of keeping things professional and really listening when I asked him to focus on certain areas of my back. Randy was charismatic and I enjoyed our conversations. My personal experience was definitely 5 stars. I purchased my grandma the same GroupOn. Unfortunately for her, the experience wasn't so great. She called and called, left message after message, and finally Randy got back to her to set up an appointment. When my grandma got to his location, no one was there and he didn't answer the phone. My grandma left a message and went home. Randy never called back. The lack of communication/planning when taking care of clients really does speak volumes and it is unfortunate that such a great masseuse doesn't have the best communication skills. Her experience was 1 star at best since all of this dragged on for about three weeks. In short, great massage... if you can get an appointment.
