I would not recommend this place. My husband ended up in the emergency room after one of the massage therapists dug extremely hard into his muscles during his session. The next day, he was in severe pain and could barely move. No massage should leave someone needing emergency medical care. To make matters worse, they pressured us for a larger tip despite the poor service. The entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Save yourself the money and the pain--there are much better places to go. I would never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone. read more

Was in Reno for business and didn't really have anything to do other than go shopping. This massage place is open pretty late. I called to see if they had any availabilities on a Monday night for the following night for two people and thank goodness they were able to fit us in at 8pm. I did call them on Tuesday afternoon to ask if they had an earlier appt and they said we could come in at 730. Perfect. We got there and it was in a newer shopping center which was nice. They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. Reno is not one of my fave destinations to frequent but if I were to come back, I'd def come back to this place. read more

Would not recommend. First of all, kinda creepy very non traditional massage rooms. Made me wonder if they were really legit or not (especially considering all the closures in town. I am empathetic with language barrier but it was pretty nonexistent to communicate successfully about my desire for firm pressure and just upper body/ neck for a pinched never in my neck. But since no one spoke fluent English or even read the online massage pre-work I guess that explains why none of my survey questions/massage needs were looked at even though I did it the day before. After close to the hour, I asked if she could work on my left side of my neck more, and she said oh no time. Well, that was lame and not going back. read more

Unable to get into our usual spas over the weekend, we took to groupon and friends suggestions for a good massage. We found this newer massage salon through a couple's groupon deal with hot stones and aroma therapy. I'm so glad we came here. We bought the groupon deal and checked in for our afternoon massage and a few minutes later we were in our spacious room. The tables were bigger and more comfortable than your typical massage table. My masseuse was amazing. He got into every nook and cranny of my body that needed work. Between my hectic work schedule, workouts and juggling my kids, this massage was amazing. I've always frequented our local spas, but this massage was the best I've had yet. For the price, quality and cleanliness; we can't wait to come back for some more relaxation. I look forward to adding foot reflexology next time. read more

C&C Spa and Reflexology - Massage Therapy Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Hidden gem! This place is amazing. Hidden in a small strip mall on S. Virginia, it is easy to drive right by. This was recommend by a friend and it is well worth checking it out. I opted for a massage and reflexology. So, so great! Very affordable and amazing results. read more

lady at front desk was super nice. massage was very good! they were all soo accommodating! price is very good as well!

Called today for a short notice massage, 1 hour hot stone and full body, oil. I was told I could come in the night, for a female massage therapist. I opted for female, just preference. It went well, I feel super relaxed! I've had another full body massage and another from a chain that was partial body and this was probably the overall best massage experience I've ever had. I was given the Group On rate and the only unexpected predicament was that the prepaid for Groupon was not accepted. I'm from California, we use everything with apps. Gigi was helpful behind the counter and I solved this by cancelling the Group On so I wouldn't pay twice. I called for the appointment and thought that was enough for the Group On but the appointment must be booked on Group On proper. Also, the woman who gave me a massage, I am not 100 percent sure I got her name. But, the techniques she used were helpful, especially those for stretching and mobility. She paid attention to my body, and those tense and stiff spots were worked on -- it's like she knew! Thank you! read more

The honored the Groupon price even though they said they no longer work with Groupon. They couldn't offer essential oils as advertised on Groupon as that's not something they no longer include. I wish the face opening of the massage table was bigger since I'm claustrophobic and the ironing is really just enough for your nose and mouth. I also would kindly suggest a diffuser with essential oils and spa/rainforest/relaxing music. read more

I had seen a Groupon online for C&C - but had called to verify they could take me and my SIL the same day. They ended up offering a better deal and gave us an appointment for a few hours later. Both ladies that checked us in and gave us our massages were so kind and friendly. Definitely going back! read more

C&C Spa and Reflexology - Cupping experience was awesome! - Massage Therapy Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Pretty good experience! Came here with my sister and I got the deep tissue massage for an hour. Staff was attentive and did a great job with the massage with enough pressure. Hot stones were also free, which was awesome. Place is clean and tidy and service is great. Prices are reasonable and well worth. read more

I've been here a few times and I've had "Poor Massages" where they RUSH through the Massage & Paise to Answer the phones... Very irritating!!! But when the front desk receptionist is there ( Who is Very Sweet and Helpful) there are no interruptions!!! I Highly Recommend asking for Michelle..., She is The Best!!! read more

Are you searching for a massage place as your muscles are a little sore like me? Your search is done as you have found this magical place! We got to Reno on Thursday night. Although my friend has warned me about the slippery icy ground, I still slipped and fell on my butt. . My back muscles seized and cramped up all day on Friday. My friend found this place on Sat morning and made the reservation for three of us for an hour of body massage. My masseuse is Tiffany. I told her about my clumsy fall and hope she could help me to relief my muscle cramps? She is very concerned and asked if I need an x-ray from the hospital to check for bone fracture? I reassured her it's not a bad fall. It's only muscle cramping, but I truly appreciate her genuine responses. She checked my back and see where are the problem areas. She did a once over and put the hot stones on my lower back immediately. The warmth of the hot stones relaxed my muscles a great deal! I get massages quite often and I would say Tiffany's techniques are top notch. She spent most of the time on my back. When it's time to turn over, I am shocked I could turn around without any pain on my back whatsoever! I am so grateful for such an amazing session! I tip her 30% as she earned it! read more

Newer Chinese massage salon Very clean Private massage rooms Quiet with relaxing music Friendly staff Great massage therapist Good location in Southwest Reno I did the 60 minute foot reflexology and massage for $65. It was wonderful! I sat in the massage chair for the foot reflexology. Hot stones were also used on my calves and feet for no extra charge. I then moved to the massage table where I laid face down and I was massaged from head to toe. I can't wait to return! read more

In town to support a project for a week, and decided I kinda needed to be relaxed before I joined the group. I called and they literally got me in immediately, Wendy did an incredible job in the med/heavy pressure massage. She checked in to make sure pressure was spot on. Her techniques were completely unique and quite effective! 45 min on body, 10 on feet and 5 on scalp was heavenly. The scalp/head massage was a highlight! So grateful for this spa and services! read more

My daughter bought me a 1hr foot massage for Christmas 2023 at the same time, she made an appointment for December 30, 2023 at 12:00. She paid $55.00 for this (I have the booking confirmation). When I arrived, they said they couldn't find my appointment and it was probably for 1pm. I left, confused, and returned at 1pm. They set me up in a room for a body massage, not a foot massage. They couldn't find anything in their system that confirmed the payment nor the appointment, not that they bothered to even ask my name or contact information. They seemed very unorganized and if the bookings made online do not reflect in their system, something is wrong. I left and was embarrassed. I brought this up to them on several occasions asking for a refund and I never received a response. DO NOT GO TO THIS "SPA". Business owner information Charlie C. I go in here all the time and get couples massage. They're very easy to get into and they always have enough space and time for a couples massage. The massage chair is pretty good. It's one of those legit places with the front desk and linens 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I've come to this spa for years and the quality of service has declined. The last few times I've been less than please and I am at the point where I will no longer return for the subpar service. I used to really enjoy the foot massage but it changed. The foot massage used to incorporate massage for the entire body with focus on the feet, they now only rub your feet. The price has increased but you get less of a massage. read more

This place opened up next to my workplace and so I was excited to check it out. I'll admit the first time I walked in during my lunch break to make an appt, it was a strange experience- the lady didn't speak much English and wrote down my appt on a sticky note and didn't ask for my name so it didn't feel legit. I was a bit iffy so cancelled the appt later on. But then, I decided to give them another chance- so I came here with my husband for a 60 minute massage including hot stone and overall were very pleased with our masseuses April and Katie. We go to Asian massages in Vegas regularly but haven't here in town - this was comparable so it was nice to be able to have one here, we are looking forward to continue going to. The place is clean and I love that they have warm blankets, although when they were using the hot stones-it did get a little too hot and I started feeling sweaty as the heater is on in the room too. Gigi at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair - just know they charge a $2 fee for using a card. read more

The first massage I received here was wonderful. One of the best I've gotten in Reno. I've seen them take people last minute and have, in my opinion, reasonable pricing. So i was initially impressed though the last two massages were mediocre at best and the reflexology was pathetic. She had no idea what she was doing and was the only person there. She was also working the desk, left the room several times to assist someone outside and barely spoke any english. I almost left the room to help them communicate because he had a thick southern accent which was making it even more complicated. They were also very pushy about tips afterwards. I booked a session online today with plenty of open slots on the website, received a confirmation email only to get a text message a little over an hour later that they were all booked. Extremely unprofessional though typically very convenient if you are desperate to get some bodywork and are open to not knowing what kind of quality work you're going to get. read more

No muss or fuss. Just get down with a good massage. The ladies are very sweet and the massage was exactly what I needed.

My husband has been having some lower back pain lately and thought a massage would help so I looked for couple massage close to the Peppermill. So happy I found C&C. Facility was very clean, greeted with a smile as we entered. Our massage therapists Wendy and Rianna were amazing. They really addressed our stress points with some deep pressure techniques. They both communicated with us asking if the pressure was good or if too much, they would adjust. They also showed us some easy stretches that would help with our problem areas. One of the best massages I've had, and my husband's back feels so much better. Highly recommend!! read more

Quite possibly the BEST massage I've ever had!! Note: I routinely have massages at least 2x month. I go to the chiropractor 2x a week. I'm not exactly sure how they did it but the masseuse I had walked on my back. She was small so I'm not sure how she was able to keep balanced but it really didn't matter. It was amazing! I got the deal on Groupon but don't do it that way. It's a couple of bucks more but the business gets a better deal if you just go direct. Trust me... it's worth every Penny!! read more

It was my first time checking out C&C Spa today. Overall it was a great experience. Gigi, Alice (masseuse) and Charlie were all very friendly. The facility was clean and the cost of the massage was reasonable. The location of this place was in a nice quiet plaza a block away from In N Out. The good service, cleanliness and reasonable prices are the main reasons that keep customers to stay loyal. I will definitely continue to go to C&C as long as the service and facility remains good and the price remains reasonable. read more

I Googled massage spas and C&C came up. I called and got an afternoon appointment the same day. The salon is spotless, new, smells, lovely. The clothed (I don't like undressing for massages) massage room has 4 very large cushy lounge chairs that recline. Katie did my 1 hour massage and she was absolutely marvelous. My low back was very sore so she put heat wraps on and massaged out my back, arms, neck, and feet I'm definitely a customer for life. They are a little tricky to find but if you look for the Human Bean coffee shop and drive around back, you will find them. Ample parking right in front. read more

When we came in for our appointment the lady at the front desk was very confused, I had to show them our Groupon several times to get the appointment started. We had a couples appointment and we had completely different experiences during the massage. It felt very rushed like they didn't want to take their time and sped through the massage, I left extremely sore from the massage and not relaxed at all. They made comments to my husband about his body that made him uncomfortable, and we were very ready to leave when our time was up. read more

This is the second time I booked a massage at C&C Spa and Reflexology. It was great! Gigi was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had hurt my back and asked about cupping to relieve my lower back pain. I added that on to my massage and Wendy was great! First time doing cupping and I didn't know what to expect. There is slight pressure when the cups are put on but no pain. I feel So much better and my lower back pain feels awesome! I would highly recommend this place . My partner and I were out and about on a date night and wanted to get a massage. As avid massage goers we were nervous to try a new place but excited to give C&C a shot. C&C massage is the best place I've found in Reno so far! They are very consistent and welcoming and they remember you!

To be honest my first experience here wasn't that great. Won't bore anyone with details. After about a year I decided to give it another try and must confess I am absolutely delighted with the service and quality of the massage. The therapist who worked on me is Mia and I'd recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. When she's done you wish she wasn't. :) They have other services for being a spa and I haven't tried them yet but will and will share my thoughts on that. I can't speak for the other therapists but I can tell you that Mia is top notch and knows what she is doing. Will definitely keep coming back. I've returned twice since my original review and Mia is still amazing. read more

Gave horrible soft massage focusing on my eyebrows. Seriously ? I work out 6 days a week so I asked for 1 hour deep tissue and Alice focuses on giving facials for almost 30 minutes? She kept trying to sell me "cupping" additional service throughout the whole time I was trying to relax. I got upset after she asked me the 5th time and told her "can you Just please give me what I asked for." Last part of massage was weak basically rubbing oil softly on my calves. (Btw they don't read their online notes or comments even though it is asked what areas to focus on when you book online). they seem pretty clean I will give them that for 1 star. I recommend going somewhere else for (Licensed) masseuse. They guilt trip you to tip them more at the end even though the service is not great. Nice clean place but not good service. read more

I bought a massage for my girlfriend as a surprise and her experience was horrible and unprofessional. First off the first woman that assisted was very rude. When asking my girlfriend do you want a medium or hard massage she rudely just loudly said medium or hard. My girlfriend replied with can we start off medium and then go harder progressively the lady just once again rudely ask MEDIUM OR HARD! It's almost like she didn't enjoy her job. Also we think either she didn't like the way my girlfriend looked or it seemed she didn't like my girlfriend ethnicity if you get what I'm saying. Then she started to which my girlfriend who is a certified licensed massage therapist herself said the lady didn't even know what she was doing and was giving it little to no effort by doing these weird punching motions on her hands lol. Then they tried to switch her for a man. Which I specifically asked for a female because that's what I knew my girlfriend would be comfortable to which my girlfriend had to say please no men masseuse. Then the lady from the front desk came in and finished my girlfriend's massage and she did a good job. When everything was done and finished the lady rudely and loudly says HEY YOU HAVE TO PAY! Rude and loud. My girlfriend says hold on I will show you I already paid. To which the lady got on the phone said something things in her language and then said OK YOU CAN GO. No one was friendly no one was kind or hospitable. Then as she is getting in her car the guy masseuse just keeps staring at her the whole time in the parked car next to her in not a nice way until she drove off. So not the service or experience I wanted her to have. She is so kind so respectful and friendly and she works hard and she always takes care of everyone else that I wanted her to be taken care of. She deserved a great experience and I really wanted her to enjoy herself. I read some good reviews about this place but this wasn't the experience we had. A waste of money. Will never use their service again. At least she said the facility looked clean. Also almost no one spoke enough English to even understand what my girlfriend was saying. It honestly wouldn't matter if I could understand and speak their language but I don't and so trying to do business with someone who can't communicate well isn't the best. I don't care what they speak but at least one person should be able to speak English enough to understand the clients. read more
