I have worked with Felicia Duarte and Justin Davis on several projects for new as well as current customers. They are very easy to work with and do not overcomplicate projects. As an Account Executive at Salesforce working with emerging and growing businesses, they were the partner I most often recommended especially given that their price point is very reasonable for that market. My customers have been happy and satisfied with their work, I definitely recommend them. read more

Worked with Cloud Creations on email automation through salesforce. There is a clear disconnect between the representatives and the developers. They missed deadlines, couldn't follow extremely detailed instructions and worst of all, endangered our relationships with clients by sending out emails to them with wrong information. Do not work with them. read more

I worked with the Cloud Creations team in evaluating a few different Salesforce implementations and solutions and was very pleased with the breadth and depth of the teams knowledge. All interactions with Cloud Creations were timely, professional and ultimately very valuable. read more

I've partnered with Cloud Creations getting many new FinServ Salesforce users up and running with Justin and his team. Without hesitation did I recommend Cloud Creations because Justin has a great team that understands many industries well. On top of Cloud Creation's excellent work they also have very reasonably priced packages for their market. I'll continue to suggest Cloud Creations for many years to come. read more

We worked with Cloud Creations to streamline our business operations. They provided a great price and closed out our project faster than we thought they would. They were a great Salesforce resource to us. Thank you cloud creations! read more

I've been working with Justin for several years now, and I've always had a great experience with him and his team. He's always responsive via email, and if I call he either answers or calls me back right away. He's always been punctual with our meetings, and his knowledge of CRM and technology is the best I've seen. I highly recommend speaking with him! read more

I've worked with Justin Davis and Felicia Duarte at Cloud Creations on a number of projects for our customers. As an Account Executive at Salesforce, they were my go-to for partnering on projects (once I found them I don't think I had a project without them tied to it). They delivered quick and accurate SOW's, were attentive to project timelines and always had great responses from customers. Many times they went above and beyond to help me and most importantly the customer. Not only that but they are good people and it's easy to communicate with them quickly. I'd recommend them with confidence if you're looking to bring them in on an opportunity like I was or if you're a potential customer looking for a partner. read more

Cloud Creations has been an instrumental part of our business for over 5 years. They are experts when comes to anything with Salesforce. We have used them for admin tasks, custom development and large projects. They understand the best way to get things done and always deliver outstanding results. The one thing that makes Cloud Creations stand out from similar companies is their integrity. They are always fair with quoting projects and never take advantage of those who don't know what it takes to get something done in Salesforce. If you are looking for a trustworthy resource that delivers quality work then Cloud Creations is your answer. read more

I'm editing my review because Cloud Creations came back to me and agreed to make things as right as could be. They have worked VERY hard to correct the errors that were made. I can't quite say it's been all smooth sailing but, I do appreciate very much the effort they have gone through to make thing right. If you're a nonprofit I'd recommend requesting someone from their team to oversee your project who has experience working with nonprofits. read more

Now that I have gone to a much better consultant I was able to get my database finished properly. Found out Cloud Creations used some of my custom fields to copy fields already in Salesforce. They just don't pay attention to detail. Some of the programing I had them do only worked for the current year, but was not written for the future years as requested. Why would I want to have to pay for an update each year???? Their poor work has caused me a lot of extra time and money to get it right. 10K down the drain for shotty work and another 2K to fix it. read more

At the beginning of this year, I was using an out of date CRM software that I my company has been using for quite some time and I was a little reluctant to make a change. But, I'm glad I did. I hired Cloud Creations to help me implement Sales Force for my practice and was quite impressed with the job they did. They not only finished the project ahead of schedule, but did it without any errors or hiccups. They listened to what I wanted and were very communicative throughout the process. When I had questions or concerns, they were quick to answer my calls and return my emails. I was very happy with the in-person training that was done for me and my users. They had Gracie come out and conduct the training session. She was well spoken and patient throughout the all day training session. She made sure to address all of our questions before leaving. The thing I was most impressed with was she knew and was able to train us on how the new sales force was going to help my company with our sales process. Not the industry's sales process, not a random sales process, but our own sales process. They really did their homework with this one. Overall, I'm glad I decided to go with them. read more

I was introduced to Cloud Creations by our Salesforce account executive and they were exactly what I was looking for. My consultant was very knowledgeable, she made great recommendation throughout the project, and was able to explain things clearly to our not-so technical team. I highly recommend them, they were amazing to work with. read more

We are quite pleased with Cloud Creations' work. We used them to implement Health Cloud on Salesforce. Gracie was our project manager and her professionalism and patience in dealing with our changes was greatly appreciated. I'd recommend Cloud Creations to anyone looking to customize their Salesforce experience!!!! read more

I definitely recommend this company! Every one was was super easy to work with. Communication and questions were answered in a timely manner. As a start up company I wasn't sure what I needed and how to go about creating our Platform. Salesforce recommended Cloud Creations as the implementation partner. The PM Rachelle was very helpful. She asked all the engaging questions which helped me understand how they where gong to help me and what Salesforce platform we were going to build. Just like that, it took about 3 months but I understood this to be the time line from the beginning we had a great system set in place! I couldn't have done this with out them. Thank you Cloud Creations! read more

I worked with Justin's team over 2 years ago, they programmed my Salesforce and 2 years later I am still finding ridiculously horrible coding issues that were done inefficiently. The person did not program the software well at all. They took over 18 months to role out my program and never did fix all the bugs that they created and I had to hire another programmer to start fixing some of the issues they created, other's I have had to find work arounds. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was referred to Cloud Creations by saleforce.com because i needed some customization done in a hurry. I spoke with Justin who listened to my ideas and found an immediate solution. I was up and running in no time! Since then Gracie at Cloud Creations has been great with one off customization requests. Don't let the price scare you, remember you get what you pay for!! read more

As an account executive at Salesforce, Justin Davis and the Cloud Creations team worked tirelessly alongside both my net-new opportunities and current-install upgrades. They work for customers first and are the first to tell you if they are the partner for the deal. They don't overcomplicate projects and can articulate the work that is going into every project. As an AE, they consistently turned around SOWs on time and if I need a favor can get an SOW on the same day. I highly recommend bringing them in on your next opportunity. read more

Thank you for all the hard work and patience! When we decided to make the switch from Oracle to Salesforce, we hired Cloud Creations to help us with the implementation and historical data migration. I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the results. They went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and clean as possible. I was especially impressed with the communication and training we received upon completion. At no point did we lose communication with our project manager, she was always available via phone and email. Thank you for the hard work, in the future we'll definitely look to Cloud Creations for any Salesforce needs. read more

Cloud Creations was very upfront with me from the start. The type of service that I needed was not something that they offered and the owner Justin let me know that right away. He was prompt in returning my message and very clear in his communication. I can't speak as to what type of quality this company produces but I can say that their customer service is excellent and efficient! read more

Beware of this company. They promise to fulfill salesforce productions but do not follow thru. They only give you 2 phone calls with them. Any communication is done thru mail which takes forever for them to reply. You can never get anything done. They told us it would take 3 weeks for a project to finish. We are 4 months in and still not half way done! Horrible company and sales reps. They give you the run around. Scam! read more

Cloud Creations did an excellent job with the setup and integration of Salesforce for our company. Our database was very customized and handled all aspects of our business. So we were pretty nervous to switch over to Salesforce. But, I was so impressed with their diligence in understanding our company and their attention to detail during the data migration. They made the process easy and straightforward and showed both tremendous knowledge of Salesforce, and great patience to see the project through. We even ended up launching ahead of schedule! Most importantly, they gave us a clear and thorough training on how to use Salesforce and have been super helpful and responsive since then -- supporting us if issues come up or just answering a simple question. Thank you, Cloud Creations! read more

Cloud creations was great I needed a great way to organize my business with its customers. They were very helpful and quick with all my questions and custom integrations. I needed to be able to have my sales reps have access as well as my team of installers to our sales force platform but not all be able to adjust all information. My problem before was installers were changing info from the sales teams and vice versa. Cloud creations was able to fix all the fields accordingly so the installers would have there own platform and the sales with their own. Now all my jobs are done properly with no confusions. My clients are very happy with my services and I am very happy with what cloud creations did for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to increase sales, productivity, efficiency and organization! Thank you again! read more

Our experience with Cloud Creations was essential in allowing us to capitalize on our Salesforce investment and our success in using it. Prior to Cloud Creations, the help we had received was ineffective and we probably would have ended up canceling Salesforce altogether. But, thanks to the work that Cloud Creations did in setting up and integrating Salesforce as well as training us to use it, we're now using the software to its full capacity and are seeing the benefits of doing so. They took time to understand our goals and were great at coming up with solutions to help us accomplish them. I highly recommend them to any business that needs to integrate Salesforce. read more
