THE BIG: Located in the North Beacon Hill area of Seattle. Very cute and quaint vietnamese cafe. Street parking available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I walked here from a friend's place and was excited to try their pork vermicelli bowl because the reviews said they were great. The Cafe is situated on the corner of Beacon ave and lander in this baby blue color theme. For food, we got the pork vermicelli and the chicken banh mi. To be honest, the chicken banh mi was underwhelming with shredded bland chicken and very soft bread. The vermicelli bowl was better with all the sauces but even then the flavors were lackluster. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall we spent around $21 for the two dishes. It was alright and I dont know if I would come back to try more of their items. Maybe their drinks?

Came in looking for coffee and i was surprised to find that the cafe is a Vietnamese cafe! Serving Pho and other delicious Vietnamese dishes... Small place but it's nice and quiet, the coffee was delicious! Can't wait to come back and try the Pho!!! Service was average

Picked up a vermicelli bowl and a chicken bahn mi for lunch! Cloud cafe is located in a corner in North Beacon Hill. Inside is very open and airy. They serve pho, bahn mis and bubble teas. I thought the food was okay in my opinion. Bahn min was too much bread and chicken tasted alright. I thought the vermicelli bowl was filling, but overall okay in flavor. Service was quick, but next time I'll try the Pho.

Grabbed some boba, bao, and fresh rolls here. Everything was great! The server was very friendly and helpful. It's smaller but there's lots of little tables and you can order at the counter.

We arrived around 8:30 PM on a Monday night, close to their closing time (Google shows they close at 9 PM), but the staff was still very friendly. He kindly offered us water when we didn't want to order any of their drinks, as they were either alcoholic or caffeinated. The staff also promptly cleared our finished plates. We enjoyed the $2 off Banh Mi on Mondays and appreciated the clean environment. The Food Safety Rating was displayed as Excellent. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. Parking was easy to find in the nearby neighborhood.

My son was in the mood for some pho, we stop by Cloud Pho. Food and service were great. Will stop by again.

Very clean and bright pho parlor on Beacon Hill that's worth the stop if in the area. The portions are large and the food is all freshly made. The pho isn't too salty and everything is made to order. The service is friendly and attentive, even when busy. Aside from all else, the prices are reasonable by Seattle pho standards these days!

Finally got to try this place and it was cute and lovely. Open, airy and bright space, order at the counter with friendly staff, fresh well flavored food. The garlic chicken wings were crispy, salty perfection. The lemongrass flavoring for the vermicelli beef was fantastic. My son also had the pho but I forgot to photograph it - the broth especially was delicious. Great Beacon Hill addition.

Easily one of my top ten banh mi places in seattle. Yummy, scrumptious, i get the tofu every time and it never misses. The ambiance of the restaurant itself is very cozy and open, and the staff are always so pleasant to talk with and very kind :) Such a delightful little cafe!

I came here on a weekday around 6ish looking for some pho. I was able to order at the counter and get seats immediately. I've tried many pho places around town and Cloud Cafe definitely ranked up near the top! I got the traditional pho with rare beef and it was excellent. The broth was light but filling and the beef was super tender. Definitely stop by if you're in the Beacon Hill area. Also, there's a handful of parking spots in front of the restaurant so you may also get lucky with parking which is nice!

Came in on a rainy night and the traditional pho really hit the spot! Served as is, the noodles were a bit clumpy, but they separated easily enough in the hot broth. Another note: compared to pho places in Metro Van, all the toppings are portioned out already (unlike at home, where it's usually a plate on the side and you decide how much Thai basil, bean sprouts, etc. you want). I didn't mind this actually as I tend to overdo it with the bean sprouts, haha. I also got the mango green tea with boba/pearls. The tea was great -- exactly what I was craving! The pearls needed to be cooked longer though. They weren't chewy enough. Service was friendly and the bright atmosphere matched. If I lived in this neighbourhood, I think Cloud Cafe would be one of my regular spots!

30 mins to wait for 1 bahn mai and phad Thai. Server was eating food at the counter. $50 for what? No apology and lousy food? Never again!

    Bahn-mi (pork) - average.

TLDR- this is your average ID Pho restaurant. There not pushing the flavor envelope. Or offering anything new or unique here. And sometimes you just want average. If that's how your feeling you'll be happy.

Average quality pho. Food was a bit on the salty side with strong taste of MSG. Hygiene was questionable.

The coconut curry was amazing. The pho was tasty, but I wish they offered a smaller size.

The hot bar food is worse than the Bellevue location and tastes like reheated food. A lot of the former, friendly staff members are gone. If you're a member, they periodically reduce their dividends or don't pay out at all. There's always someone asking you for money or to sign a petition outside the store despite the fact that they have armed security inside the store at all times. With that said, I've noticed several cost cutting changes over the years that I'm not thrilled about. The meat department used to have a traditional butcher counter, which made it easy to get the exact amount of black forest bacon I needed. This is now gone and replaced with pre-packaged cuts. Bulk bacon is no longer offered, and shopping for meat now creates more plastic waste. Recently, the deli counter was replaced with pre-portioned servings. This move might make sense but is not a great sign of for the future of this store. I'm glad the sandwiches have been spared, especially since I eat those pretty frequently. Lastly, the pizza situation is lacking. Maybe something's up with the heat lamps, but slices tend to dry out and are incredibly unappetizing. The only way you'll get a good piece is if it just came out of the oven. This is not an issue at other PCCs, where the pizza is in good shape throughout. Overall, still love shopping here but I hope my PCC's best days are ahead.
