He said that I could have stolen the shoes and receipt from someone else, since the receipt was not in my name. Never in my life had I had issues returning a product with a receipt, regardless who bought it (as a gift or not). Apparently they don't do returns on gift cards as well. He was also unable to return and order me the correct ones on the website and said I would have to come back later when the manager was there to see if it could be done. I HAD THE PRODUCT WITH THE RECEIPT!!! I should have been able to return it without any issues!!! Not to mention, I was in the store two times prior to Christmas and this place smelled like marihuana really bad and could tell the associate was stoned.
