She turned what could/should have been a fun, exciting experience into a most sour one. We walked out vowing to cross this 'shop' OFF our list to return to. Compared to the several other salons we visited...this 'shop' was low class...albeit 'self serve' disappointment. They are closing! Good luck to any customer who still has open business with them! I suggest a strong backup plan for getting dresses in (in the correct size!) back in time before the doors are locked.

For the prices they charge, I expected far better service and a cleaner environment. On top of that, the "store" itself was dirty and poorly maintained (the two women there smell terribly). Several areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the general disorganization made it difficult to find anything. It's frustrating to pay premium prices in a place that doesn't even meet basic standards of cleanliness or customer care. Overall, this was not worth the money or the time, and I won't be returning and neither should you.
