Oh my gawd its so yummy... My favorite by far is the salt bagel!! Its like salt bread in a bagel and its so good airfried for a bit if youre eating it at home! My second favorites are probably the garlic butter, corn, and mocha bun!! The texture of the bagels are so airy and soft yet chewy, and airfried/toasted it has a thin crispy exterior -- saur good Their cream cheeses are also really good, they have different sizes you can pick and i think the smallest size (3oz) is around $3-$4! We tried the maple pecan and green onion one!! Both were good but i liked the green onion one the best!! The interior of the place is also cozy and had a good number of tables for seating! I havent tried their drinks but will probably try next time im there Service has also been consistently v friendly and helpful c: Def will be back again soon!!

The triple berry bagel was great - I enjoyed the amount of berries in it. The garlic bagel could use more garlic and spread - if you get this then make sure you get the extra garlic spread option! I'm sure it'll taste way better than what I had. The vibes are great and on point with being bagel themed and the staff are friendly too!

The bagel here was so so good! I got the JAMBON BEURRE Sandwich with salted butter bagel and basil cream cheese. The bagel was warm, soft, and airy, but the basil cream cheese was the star of the show. It was the best bagel cream cheese I've ever had. I would 100% come back here to try other bagels. The inside was spacious and lots of dining area as well, and service was good!

Stopped by here since I had heard good things about it, and decided on the lox bagel, which I ordered on the onion cheese bagel with the spicy cream cheese. The sandwich itself was very tasty, and the cream cheese had the perfect amount of kick to it without being too spicy. The bagel was soft when biting into it, which I liked, because I can't stand when bagels are too hard or dry. I would definitely come back again to try their other bagels, especially their sweet ones, since they all looked really good! If you're a fan of bagels or bagel sandwiches, this place is definitely worth trying out!

Three bagel sandwiches and one bagel with cream cheese came out to $60 - which definitely made me do a double take. That said, the Jambon Beurre surprised me in the best way. I was skeptical about a sandwich built around thick slabs of butter, but it was actually delicious and really well balanced. Good flavors and quality, but the pricing alone knocks this down to a solid 3 stars for me.

I really liked the flavor and amount of cream cheese they added. The flavor is so delicious I just think next time I will get a less overpowering cream cheese as the spicy bacon onion cream cheese overpowers the salmon taste. I also thought it was interesting how the Korean style bagel is like a sandwich. I did think it was interesting how they used pickles and onions rather than capers, reminding me of like a Texas BBQ flavor. The servers were really chill and friendly and the restaurant itself is nicely decorated and organized.

Cloud 9 is way better than those chain places like "Einstein Bros.". The quality is higher. Not only quality but the choices are "fancier" as well. From the two cream cheeses that I got, I would say it's more "velvety" than other places. The Lox Bagel I ordered with the Onion Spread was delicious! The smoked salmon was good quality. I will definitely be back for another one of these. The toasted bagel with Honey Walnut spread was tasty as well. They're still new so the wait might be a little long as they work out the kinks. Not to mention all the people wanting to try them out. If you come later in the day, they might run out of some selections so you risk getting what's left. The staff is nice so that's another plus.

Love love love the salted butter bagel, it was so soft and very cloud like! The garlic butter was as expected, savory and delicious while the everything bagel was everything you'd expect it to be. Overall there are about 4-5 tables seating 4 each but it can be a little cramped given the limited space. The service is nice, you order at the front and then pay further down the counter. Overall we loved the bagels, with salted butter being the softest and 3/3 favorite. The fig cream cheese was not overly sweet and paired well while the green onion cream cheese was a little too sweet for us. Hands down planning another trip soon because these were delightful!

have to get here earlier next time bc they sell out of their different bagels very quickly bc the bagels, their sandwiches are really good. don't think you can lose with your choice. people are quick, courteous and offer helpful insights. definitely will be back to try other sandwiches and some of the drinks!

This place had been on my list to try forever, and I have to say it's a bit over hyped. I had their egg salad on olive bagel with fig jam. It was a nice sweet and salty combination. Personally, I don't feel like it needed the slice of cheese. Their garlic bagel was a little disappointing. I have had better, specifically from Calic Bagel in LA. It was not as flavorful as it looks. I had ordered a triple berry ade but they gave me their triple berry bagel. They probably heard wrong and didn't verify the order so I didn't know until we got the bagel. We took it home and my sister-in-law really enjoyed it. Not a lot of seating available, but people don't linger so it's fairly easy to get a table if you want to dine in.

Lox Bagel and the Korean ice coffee
    Amy N.

The ambiance was nice and the service was quick. The Lox bagel is a MUST. The bagel was thinner compared to a regular American bagel which complimented the fillings of the Lox. The Korean Iced Coffee on the other hand was a 3/5 due to the poor coffee flavor. The sweetness overpowered the coffee flavor. However, the drink did have nice floral notes.

I've been here a few times and they sell out very fast so highly recommend coming early if you want to try their full menu. The bagels here are much softer and fluffy compared to traditional New York style bagels but I think it's still worth a try. They do have signature bagels as well which are almost more like breads you may find at a bakery like 85 degrees. My favorite I tried was the lox bagel with green onion cream cheese. Everything about it was great and well balanced. The cream cheese itself was not too heavy and I liked the green onions paired with the lox.

only reason i can imagine this place having such good reviews is because theyre having a review special thing. everyone in there had these ring light phone cameras and were reviewing the place. I fully refuse to believe that anyone who rated this place over three stars is a real person with active taste buds. If it wasn't for the cream cheese's being delicious this would easily be a 1 star. the seats are soft though and the place looks like an upscale coffee shop despite it not having drinkable coffee Lets start off with the fact that the bagels are pretty small comparison to every other bagel sandwich I've ever had ever. next, there is literally almost no options. no like actually there are four different types of bagels and I'm pretty sure that canes and In-N-Out that famously has no selection has more of a selection? And also, there is no bacon on any of them. I need you to remember this is a breakfast place that doesn't have bacon. what? No, actually. What? next we need to get into the biohazard: the coffee was so bad that it actually became a joke throughout breakfast how bad it was. I'm pretty sure you could use this as a drink or dare thing. its that bad?! so at first they have a photo of a Starbucks collaboration and one my friend tried to order it. They said "oh no, we don't have it anymore" but they're like still rocking with the collaboration stuff ok fine whatever so he ordered a regular iced coffee and I am so serious when I say that is the most bitter coffee I've ever had in my life. So he's unable to drink this. We're all laughing at how bad it is and he gets some creamer. It's a Starbucks creamer so we laugh about that and somehow, and don't ask me how, it made it worse. So now we are all finding this so funny because everything wrong for him. we decided to take this issue quite seriously and come up with solutions and so he went up to get sugar but they didn't have like a simple syrup or something that would dissolve it into the coffee. They only have raw sugar packets so we didn't dissolve in the coffee and now it was the most disgusting Boba at the bottom of the cup.Just ended up throwing the entire coffee away. It was not salvageable. The Matcha I'm currently sipping on right now has to be the most bitter Matcha I've ever had in my life. It's bitter which happens sometimes with lower quality matcha but also it doesn't have any of the earthy flavor. It's just kind of like bitter with a little bit of milk flavor. the foam on top im pretty sure it's cream cheese, but it's not the sea salt cream cheese. it's just straight cream cheese, I think. I'm not sure what's going on with my drink. It's not a biohazard, but it's not good. we were also able to finish all of our bagels before I got my Matcha. I think they just forgot on repeat despite reminding them. OK, and then also this place is like so overpriced insane. I'm gonna insert Photos cus I went to McDonald's after because we're still hungry for something. anyways, it gets two stars because I did like with the cream cheese

The spicy shug bagel was an average breakfast bagel with some spicy sauce (wasn't spicy at all in my opinion), but the pesto bagel was really good. I would recommend the pesto cutlet over the spicy shug. I wish the bagels were warmed up though, they were cold and rock hard, the fillings were also not hot. Reposting my review that I also just made on Google…read more I'll be honest, I was shocked to see as many 1--3 star reviews for this place. I get it - it's a little pricy outside of waiting for the $1 bagels between 12pm-1pm - but holy schikies the quality is amazing. The bagels themselves - all 10/10. The schmears are insanely good - the basil schmear literally blew my mind. I didn't know a schmear could taste that refreshing. The cucumber sandwich - incredible - never would have thought bagel, with cream cheese and cucumber could be THAT good. Sure - it's a bit pricy pre-12pm (but what placing selling real food with real ingredients isn't these days!) spent $40 on a sandwich, bagel with butter and bagel with the fermented jalapeno schmear - but sorry not sorry - still worth it. All these cry babies in these lower reviews complaining about how the bagel they wanted was no available - it's because they are that good. Sorry - you snooze you lose. Get up earlier, preorder if you want it that bad. To the owners of Starship Bagel - hope you guys never sell out (well keep selling our of product so you stay in business yes) but you know not sell out to big mega food corps, and keep doing what you're doing. People need more food establishments making food out of actual real ingredients - not the slop bucket artificial BS that 99% of any other chain bagel shop is going to use. Just look up what Einstein puts in their highly processed schmere's, it's trash and it tastes like it too. Zero chance if they put out a basil schmere that it wouldn't be chock full of artificial junk - just look up the their strawberry schmere on Instacart - ingredients include: Maltodextrin (filler, usually corn based), Modified Food Starch (likely where the bioengineered junk is coming from as noted under the ingredients), Natural Flavor (God only knows where the hell that came from), Guar Gum (a soluble fiber derived from the ground endosperm of guar beans - not something I want in my schmere), Color (almost get a pass except they state they use Caramel which is usually an artificial / petrol base colorant that is not good for you), Carob Bean Gum (plant-based thickening agent and stabilizer - still don't want it), Xantham Gum (produced by fermenting sugar with the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris), and then lastly Natamycin (natural antifungal preservative produced by bacteria -Streptomyces natalensis - something you really want to eat much of?). I'm tired of fake food, that tastes like cardboard. That lacks any nutritional value. We should celebrate when new companies come out like this - and not only that - but they offer their bagels at $1 if they have any left over after 12pm. These people deserve a block party in their honor for producing such high quality products - that yes - those unwilling to wait till 12pm whose selections might be more limited - will have to pay a bit more. People who recognize quality and hard working people will continue to come here. Last note, if you're trying to avoid seed oils, soybean lecithin / soybean oil - this is also a great place for you - and its one of the few places my wife can actually eat at since 99% of places in the USA these days, even the ones you think are higher quality - use trash ingredients with soy as a base - these guys do not. For that I say thank you again - to the owners of Starship Bagel. You guys rock - don't listen to the winey cry baby haters.

We arrived around 10:30 am, which I realize is not exactly crack-of-dawn bagel time when everyone is grabbing their carb-loaded fuel before work. As an ex-New Yorker, I have my favorite bagel flavors, but my number one priority is simple: is it warm? Sadly, I was told there were no warm bagels, so I settled for a poppy bagel with the new lemon cream cheese. The cream cheese was fantastic. No notes. Seriously, it was great. The bagel itself was fine. My bigger issue was the service and the missed opportunity. The place was not crowded at all, maybe seven people inside. After we sat down waiting for our order, I noticed a guy in the back literally baking bagels and moving fresh, hot bagels into bins. HOT BAGELS, people. Would it have killed someone to walk 30 feet and offer me one fresh off the line? I had already mentioned it was my first time there and how much I love a warm bagel. I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I always believed in going the extra mile when you can - "accomodating when you can be" is a great customer service motto! I really wanted to love this place, and I appreciate what they are doing, but at this point my bagel loyalty may be heading toward PopUp Bagels. (And I have love for Dan's too.)
