Tony is hands-on and grounded in his congenial approach understanding that homeowners have an initial vision for their kitchen yet need at times his artisan approach to make it a reality and fill in the empty pieces of the puzzle that are not always known at the onset of a project. Tony further made referrals available from the onset and this helped us to gain some additional feedback on what Tony did for others on their projects. Tony's methodical approach to work is so well thought out and comprehensive in scope. He hones in on the little details that made our project absolutely delightful. Tony provided scaled color diagrams so that we can picture in advance what our kitchen would look like. Tony also provided meaningful suggestions in keeping with a home of 1906 vintage. I have photos after installation with big crack on sink. Now, Amy ask me to pay the labor $750 + tax + materials to install the new sink. I already paid some mistake that they created before but this issue I won't pay for this ridiculous request again. I am so regret to invest my money here. I had a great experience working with Custom Closet to help built out a new custom closet a master…read morebedroom at my townhouse in Seattle that was recently damaged from a ceiling leaking due to home construction damage (the damage wasn't caused by them and it was not their fault!). Initially, there was a mix up in terms of my job request to them to build our a closet, but when the issue/problem happened, The Custom Closet Company owned up to it and really showed that they genuinely wanted to help my resolve my issues. All on-call contacts and e-mail communications I had with them were professional and they were prompt in providing honest answers regarding situation/timeframe of when the job could happen. What I liked was that the company was quite dependable. Once they understood the scope of work, you got the design, choices to pick/opportunities to provide feedback and select the options like colors/additional add-ons, and things generally flowed quite well. Unlike my experiences dealing with other contractors, they were pretty dependable and you could count on them holding up to their promises in terms of price estimates, timeframe of when the job could happen, and the duration of the job. Given how professional their company was from pretty much my interaction with all the individuals there (General manager, office lady who picks up the call and designer), I would definitely use them again when the next opportunities to remodel/custom make cabinets/closet/workspace at my townhome in Seattle in the future.
