On the first day of the project, I had a few concerns, and Dmytro came out right away to address them. He took the time to explain everything, and I immediately felt confident we were in good hands. Pricing was very competitive. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job installing my deck stairs and porch, they are beautifully done and very sturdy. Far better than what we had before. They were there within 2 days of hire and completed the work within 2 days. We told them not to paint but Alex threw in paint for just the cost of materials, which was nice. Although, I wish I had some say on the color since they didn't ask beforehand and I would have loved a natural stain instead. The crew was very kind, they'd even bring my packages into the garage for me and make sure to close the garage door when they were done. The work is sturdy, done right, and I feel confident will last. My only point of advice is to just be more mindful of the garden. I had just purchased and planted 6 new plants and had a succulent ground cover I had been working to grow out for years. It was all so trampled I thought maybe they had dug it out at first. It would have been nice to get warning so I could dig it up myself (since it was fresh planted) or for them to step around it. I thought the estimate was fair and appropriate for the cost of the materials, the demo, and the labor. A lot of the other contractors were giving me ridiculously low bids, which I knew were shady and they hadn't measured the area. They came within a few days in same day. I had a new, completely rebuilt dock, which is fabulous. They kept the area clean while they were working, and I barely knew they were there, totally respectful. I am so happy to have my dock back so that I can play on the lake.

I get it, delays can happen. We were concerned about the security of our pet during construction and her accidentally getting out. This was never an issue when we expressed our concern with Omar. Omar made sure the workers were aware of our concerns and was even understanding when we preferred not to leave a key in a lockbox for worker access to help us feel more comfortable with this situation. We know this created extra work for him, but he never treated it as an issue or inconvenience.
