We wanted to replace most of our house window blinds with Hunter Douglas motorized shades , since it's going to be expensive we wanted to choose someone knowledgeable & should have local business after going through all the reviews on Yelp we decided Closets & Beyond. Glad we decided to go with Michael !!! It was easy setting appointment with Michael we decided the day & time for measurements & choosing the correct window screens. Michael came with the catalog & suggested various options which helped us not only in deciding but also staying in our budget. Micheal kept us informed once the order was placed & the estimated time of delivery which was not that long within few weeks our screens were ready for installation. On the day of installation Michael brought Alex ( helper/co installer) who did the work meticulously .... Not only the installation was done quickly but the packages/boxes were disposed very neatly ( they took all the garbage with them) I didn't have to do any cleanup every thing was handled very nicely which made the entire process very smooth. After installing all the screens Micheal found problem with 2 screens, one of the screen had damaged from the factory & one screen measurement was little off ( it was few inches more) so immediately Micheal took action & coordinated that with the Hunter Douglas team. Again the order was placed for both the screens without any charges to me. I had the kitchen window screen changed too after few days since I didn't prefer our early measurement ( I have titles near the window) wanted little long so Michael took the measurement again & reordered it ... again no extra cost for it... Once the 3 screen arrived Micheal informed us & finished the final installation of the screens ... again very professional & clean work didn't had to do anything after they left. Micheal double checked all the screens once again & after his satisfaction he made us go through all the screens shade levels. Micheal explained how to operate the battery's manually as well as from the App . Micheal made sure all the screens are connected to our HD Apps. We love our new shades it's so easy to do it from the App or manually whichever we prefer. Finally one of our window (Plantation Shutters ) has an arch above it so needed some shutters for that space... since it was custom order shutter it took really long time... delay was from Hunter Douglas factory they really made us wait for more then 2 months. Finally it arrived & Michael along with Alex completed the remaining installation. Throughout this whole process Micheal was always very prompt via txt msg or calls, we are very happy & satisfied with Micheal service. We will definitely use Micheal service again in the future for any window shade or closet. Long overdue review but better later than never! We contacted Closets & Beyond to give us a quote for shutters for all of our windows and Michael was able to schedule us right away. He was very helpful in helping us make some decision, while keeping his professionalism. There was a manufacture delay in shipping our shutters and blinds (not at all his fault) and he kept us updated the whole time. When our order finally arrived, the installation was fairly quick.
