They do a great service, only thing I think is not great is the email the order code reply 2nd step process which I didn't realize I had to do so this delayed us by at least 2 weeks, then unfortunately they use USPS so one small typo in my address caused a long 4 week delay on our shipment, if they used UPS or someone else I think it would still have been delivered, Unfortunately the key fob does have a button to open garage doors, so you just get the ones where you hold the fob to the sensor. Happy but could have been a better experience. After 6 weeks wait we now have our keys! read more

To be honest, I was a little bit skeptical about using this. However, I quickly realized that all the positive reviews exist for a good reason. Customer service was friendly and promptly responsive. It was also great that they sent regular updates to notify when the key was received, processed, and shipped back. The only snag I hit was NOT CloneMyKey's fault - it was USPS delaying my 1-day delivery, but Bryan quickly issued me a refund for the shipping. The duplicate and original work perfectly and my (and my boyfriend's life) have no become infinitely more convenient. Would definitely recommend. Another benefit: while they do not keep your key info (unless explicitly asked) they do send you a piece of paper with the code. In the event you need another copy, you can just provide that code without having to send your own key away for copying. May become very useful in the future. read more

I called about a dozen local key places to try and get my apartment key copied and they ALL said it could only be done by my apartment management. HAH! Management was not having any of that, hilarious considering that if someone gets locked out on a weekend they have to find somewhere else to sleep until Monday morning. Enter CloneMyKey. I spent an absurd amount on expedited shipping since I had to stay away from home to get it done (due to not having the one key) and wanted to be sure it wouldn't take any longer, and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to and worked perfectly. Very few things in life impress me, but I gotta say, this service rocks. I live in one of these highrise apt buildings that use these blue Schlage fobs with perimeter access. I was a little bit skeptical at first, but since I was about to leave for a weeks vacation I decided to go ahead and priority mail my fob to them and used their expedited service so that I could have my order back before I returned from vacation. Sure enough, my order was in my mailbox when I got back from vacation and I was euphoric to find out the clone actually worked like a charm. The only difference between my original fob and the clone is that the clone comes with a separate perimeter gizmo which have to be on the same key ring and matched together in order to activate the perimeter. Whereas my original Schlage fob has the perimeter built into the fob itself. Now the only bad thing is the obvious - the company has my address and the code to my fob. read more

Highly recommend their service!! Needed an extra RFID card to get into my apartment building but the manager wouldn't give me another one. Found this place using a quick google search and this great service came up! Getting my card key was a quick and easy process, and Bryan from customer service kept me updated. My only inconvenience was having to send out my only copy to get it duplicated, but it will definitely be worth having an extra key for a great price. I ended up using the expedited service since I couldn't be without my key for very long. In the end it was only a 3-day turnaround. The company emailed me immediately upon receiving the key, and sent another email with the usps tracking # once the cloning process was complete. They also have an option in which you get an extra wrist band or sticker for just $10 more. My only question is why I can't order an extra fob key for $10 more if the inital price for all 3 products are the same ($30). I mailed my keys via USPS 1 day shipping on Mon, they received on Tuesday, cloned the keys and mailed on Wednesday and I received by Friday (would've received on Thursday but USPS delayed delivery). They were even nice about the late delivery so they refunded me for expedited shipping. They're response time for customer inquiries is no joke - I think less than 2 hours every time I sent a follow-up email.
