Very Pleased. My apt don't give out extra key fob but, they gave me two keys to my apt and two keys to my mailbox. And, when I inquired about and extra key fob with them they said it will be $50.00 and usually don't give you another one unless its lost. My son searched the internet and came across Clonemykey. I was skeptical of giving my only key fob let alone shipping it. When I saw Better Business Bureau backed them I was in... I was hoping my serial number and picture of it would help so I wouldn't have to send it in. Bryan emailed me and said due to security reasons your apt has missing numbers on the serial number and I need to send it in. Uggh. So, that same day on Monday I shipped it USPS 2 day priority. They received it on Wednesday. And, COMPLETED my order that same day. And, shipped it out back to me on Wednesday(same day..I'm still in awe). Who does that?? :) I wanted it back 1-2day priority. I got it Friday. The same week. And, Yes it WORKED. And, As I usually yell saying this at work, I will say it here. CLONEMYKEY IS DOING A GOOD JOB! :) read more

My apartment only uses the white key cards and charges $75 for additional cards. I wasn't willing to pay that so searched for alternatives and came across CloneMyKey and I can't say enough how awesome this is. The process they describe on the website is exactly what it is. Since my card needed to be mailed in I had to plan it in a way that would work for me so when I was out of town for a week I mailed in the card using the instructions (I did pay a little extra with priority shipping) card was received and mailed out in a day. I ordered 2 key chain fobs and paid a little extra for shipping. I received everything including my original card as described I would on the website. In the end I paid in total about $52 (this includes the around $9 I paid for initial shipping, $35.92 for the two fobs and $6.45 for the shipping. The best part about it all is my fobs work even better than my key card and in the end I have 2 fobs for less than the price my apartment would have charged me for one card. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!! read more

Ultimately I was extremely satisfied with the results. Customer service - 5 They were quick to response to all questions and even adjusted the order when I needed. I spoke with them about 4 or 5 times and they were able to answer all of my questions with professionalism and promptness. Shipping - 5 Once the key was received, it was cloned and shipped on the same day. Product - 3.5 Product works as advertised. I ordered 5 and they are just as effective as my original key fob. I'm happy with the product but the key is much lower quality than the original. It seems a bit fragile and it seems like a glorified thinner hotel key card. Either way, I can't judge longevity after less than a week so therefore I am only providing my feedback after 3 days. Intangibles - 5 Most importantly, they keep the key on file so that if you ever need a duplicate, they will ship it to you. Huge benefit... Overall is you need a key cloned, this is a great service. I would rate this service as a 4.5. read more

I have used CloneMyKey at least 3 times. I really love this service as both of my children are apartment dwellers. It allows me to have access to their place and all of the amenities, LOL! I especially like the disc key that I can place under my phone case. I just tap with my phone and enter. CloneMyKey reps are top notch. The service is extraordinarily fast and safe. Reluctantly, I have had to send in my original keys. Absolutely no worries there! The original key was handled securely and returned securely. They even offered a discount when I had to send in my original key. If you are in need of additional keys, or just want to put your originals away to avoid paying a "lost key" charge, don't hesitate. On the one occasion that I had to send a copy back, they worked hard to make it right, with no additional cost to me. They corresponded quickly and checked to make sure they got it right in the end. You will absolutely love this service! read more

My apartment only allows one fob per occupant, but I'm paranoid about not having a spare for guests or even for emergencies. Based on the reviews for CloneMyKey, I decided to order through them rather than trying to attempt to duplicate it myself. The process was easy from start to finish. I just received my duplicate in the mail today and I was able to test the fob and it worked great! Now I have peace of mind. Since the duplicate fob is thin and unobtrusive, I actually started using that as my primary key, and the original fob is my spare. It would be great if there was a way to duplicate the clicker part of my key, but since the original fob's clicker isn't supported by my car's integrated clicker, I'm not sure there is much that CMK can do to support it. (I'm just mentioning it in case it's something that's being developed or if there are other ideas for duplicating the clicker part). read more

I was leary. Reluctant to be without my only key for 2 days. Worried that my only key would be lost in transit. Somewhat concerned that after all that the copy would not work. I'm happy to report that none of those things happened and every part of the process worked exactly as advertised. I had occasion to contact them by phone and email to get clarification on a couple of items and they were responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Their web site does not do a good job of explaining that my particular key (iButton style) actually has 2 keys built into it so I needed to purchase 2 keys to get the full functionality in my original key, however when I called to clarify the info on the website they did a great job of explaining the situation and the reason. I HGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE! read more

I needed another key fob, however, the apartment management would not give me more than two. I wanted a third one for my boyfriend and took to the internet to see if there was a way to get another key fob. I found CloneMyKey and researched the company. All I could find was positives reviews which made me skeptical but now I know why they have great reviews. I sent in my key fob in and I got an email when they received it on Tuesday. I received my new key fob on Monday. I did not feel like I was in the dark during the whole process which I appreciated. The key worked and my boyfriend doesn't have to wait for me to open the door anymore. The only complaint I would have is having to pay to remove the logo. read more

Sent my key fob in for our building in Dallas Texas to make copy as our land lord was charging us an arm and a leg. Initially we had issues to get copies to work but Bryan kept going with us for 3 months back and forth to get us working fobs. By god he finally figured it out and didn't charge extra! This dude is what any company wants on staff people who have awesome customer service skills and get the job done no matter what it takes. I would proud to recommend clone my keys to any one and would tell them all it's worth the cost to have them do the job. Now these guys have the knowledge and know how what to do if they get another set of fobs having the same issue as ours for a secure building need. read more

Best place to duplicate your fobs. My friend recommend me this place and before I sent my order I contacted with customer service. The customer service guy's so fast responder to understand the everything that I had to know before I sent my order. The price is worth. They do their job on time as well. They duplicate and sent back on same day they got my key. I will recommend it to everyone who needs to duplicate their fob. I just ordered my second order which was reorder. It was easy and quick. I did not need to resend my key they stored my information so its easy for both sides. I already recommend this site to many people. 100% trusty site read more

I ordered three keys and sent my original key for them to copy. They processed the job quickly and sent them back via USPS however they were lost in the system and never arrived at my location. After contacting the company reacted immediately and because they had my code were able to generate three new keys which they shipped via priority prepaid. I received the second shipment three days later and all keys worked on my security system. I believe that the true measurement of a company is not when all goes well but how do they handle customer satisfaction when thing go wrong. 5 stars to clonemykey great recovery and backend support read more

I had to send in my fob for it to be properly copied, which I was initially wary of because I didn't want to send off the one version that I had in my possession. The CMK team was very responsive - the let me know when they received my fob and also when they were sending it back. The prices were competitive and the fobs work! My copies look different from the original, but the important part is that I'm able to access my building and provide a secondary copy for guests. I'm grateful that the process was super simple and fast. I was able to send in my fob and receive the copies back within one week. read more

I ordered the key fob, the promotional wristband and both authenticate faster than my original Keri fob. The fob is as thin as and almost as long as a normal house key, which fits better on my key ring, than my Keri fob. I sent my Keri fob into their facility using USPS 2 day priority on a Tuesday morning, I received it the following Monday in the afternoon, using standard service and free shipping. They shipped it back in a regular looking padded envelope, with CMK-LLC as the return address header. I am very happy with the service and products they provide. Thank you CloneMyKey! read more

I shipped them my original RFID key. Once they received it, their turn around was very fast, and they shipped it right back. The new keys worked great and as advertised. Great price for a great service! The bonus is the next time I won't need to send out my original key, as they have stored the key information securely for reorders. I'm happy with their service and would recommend them to a friend. PS: Before ordering I took a picture of my original RFID key, sent it to them on their website, and they confirmed that this key can be copied. read more

This firm has its act together 1000%. When I couldn't clone my fob without sending it in, they (Bryan) was in touch with me and facilitated me on sending in the fob. The process worked perfectly. Our dog walker now has her own fob again, saving us all kinds of logistical headaches. And, I have extras for guests. The building management was adamant about getting no extra fobs even though I would have happily paid for them. Foolish. For a small fee, I left them in the dust. Very highly recommended. read more

Clone my key is one of the best things to happen to anyone with a fob key. Especially when your bldg gives only one key. Customer service is great Brian is a big help he keeps you informed as to when they received your key, how long it will take and when they're ready to Ship it back to you. You can have your key fob info stored in their data bank so if ever you lose your key you can go online or simply call to have a replaced sent out to you. The process is easy as 123. read more

My apartment complex refused to give me a second key fob to access my building. It was extremely frustrating until I found CloneMyKey.com. I paid for the service online on Sunday, Sent my key to Clonemykey.com on Monday, and got it back on Wednesday. The key works perfect! I received emails every step of the way and got the express service that I paid for. Great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a duplicate RFID key! I needed an extra key fob for guests when they stay at my apartment, so I came across this website and gave it a shot. I left for the weekend and didn't need my key while I was gone, so I shipped it in before I left on a Thursday, paid for the express return shipping, and received the new clone key and the original key when I got back on Monday. I tested both keys, and they work perfectly! Excellent product and customer service at a very reasonable price! Thank you! read more

Appreciate CloneMyKey's service. If only all companies operated with the quality of this one, the responsiveness, and the service provided are all top notch. Key works great, and it was quick, and I was updated frequently (but not too much) about the process, shipping, etc. Overall I'd recommend this to any family member, friend, or acquaintance in need of the service provided. Also, Bryan, who I spoke with, is super friendly and helpful. Thanks CloneMyKey! read more

I found Clone My Key using a google search and took a leap of faith and mailed my key fob which is a combination garage door opener and HID key. I received an email when they received my key fob and they shipped it out the same day. I received it 2 days later along with the HID stickers that they made. I put the HID sticker on the back of my phone and it works perfect so I don't have to have such a bulky set of keys with multiple key fobs. Thanks Clone My Key! read more
