Very Pleased. My apt don't give out extra key fob but, they gave me two keys to my apt and two keys to my mailbox. And, when I inquired about and extra key fob with them they said it will be $50.00 and usually don't give you another one unless its lost. My son searched the internet and came across Clonemykey. I was skeptical of giving my only key fob let alone shipping it. When I saw Better Business Bureau backed them I was in... I was hoping my serial number and picture of it would help so I wouldn't have to send it in. My apartment only uses the white key cards and charges $75 for additional cards. I wasn't willing to pay that so searched for alternatives and came across CloneMyKey and I can't say enough how awesome this is. The process they describe on the website is exactly what it is. Since my card needed to be mailed in I had to plan it in a way that would work for me so when I was out of town for a week I mailed in the card using the instructions (I did pay a little extra with priority shipping) card was received and mailed out in a day. I ordered 2 key chain fobs and paid a little extra for shipping. I received everything including my original card as described I would on the website. In the end I paid in total about $52 (this includes the around $9 I paid for initial shipping, $35.92 for the two fobs and $6.45 for the shipping. The best part about it all is my fobs work even better than my key card and in the end I have 2 fobs for less than the price my apartment would have charged me for one card. Ultimately I was extremely satisfied with the results. Customer service - 5 They were quick to response to all questions and even adjusted the order when I needed. I spoke with them about 4 or 5 times and they were able to answer all of my questions with professionalism and promptness. Shipping - 5 Once the key was received, it was cloned and shipped on the same day. Product - 3.5 Product works as advertised. I ordered 5 and they are just as effective as my original key fob. I'm happy with the product but the key is much lower quality than the original. It seems a bit fragile and it seems like a glorified thinner hotel key card. Either way, I can't judge longevity after less than a week so therefore I am only providing my feedback after 3 days. I have used CloneMyKey at least 3 times. I really love this service as both of my children are apartment dwellers. It allows me to have access to their place and all of the amenities, LOL! I especially like the disc key that I can place under my phone case. I just tap with my phone and enter. CloneMyKey reps are top notch. The service is extraordinarily fast and safe. My apartment only allows one fob per occupant, but I'm paranoid about not having a spare for guests or even for emergencies. Based on the reviews for CloneMyKey, I decided to order through them rather than trying to attempt to duplicate it myself. The process was easy from start to finish. I just received my duplicate in the mail today and I was able to test the fob and it worked great! Now I have peace of mind. Since the duplicate fob is thin and unobtrusive, I actually started using that as my primary key, and the original fob is my spare. It would be great if there was a way to duplicate the clicker part of my key, but since the original fob's clicker isn't supported by my car's integrated clicker, I'm not sure there is much that CMK can do to support it. (I'm just mentioning it in case it's something that's being developed or if there are other ideas for duplicating the clicker part). read more

I was leary. Reluctant to be without my only key for 2 days. Worried that my only key would be lost in transit. Somewhat concerned that after all that the copy would not work. I'm happy to report that none of those things happened and every part of the process worked exactly as advertised. I had occasion to contact them by phone and email to get clarification on a couple of items and they were responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Their web site does not do a good job of explaining that my particular key (iButton style) actually has 2 keys built into it so I needed to purchase 2 keys to get the full functionality in my original key, however when I called to clarify the info on the website they did a great job of explaining the situation and the reason. I needed another key fob, however, the apartment management would not give me more than two. I wanted a third one for my boyfriend and took to the internet to see if there was a way to get another key fob. I found CloneMyKey and researched the company. All I could find was positives reviews which made me skeptical but now I know why they have great reviews. I sent in my key fob in and I got an email when they received it on Tuesday. I received my new key fob on Monday. I did not feel like I was in the dark during the whole process which I appreciated. Sent my key fob in for our building in Dallas Texas to make copy as our land lord was charging us an arm and a leg. Initially we had issues to get copies to work but Bryan kept going with us for 3 months back and forth to get us working fobs. By god he finally figured it out and didn't charge extra! I ordered three keys and sent my original key for them to copy. They processed the job quickly and sent them back via USPS however they were lost in the system and never arrived at my location. After contacting the company reacted immediately and because they had my code were able to generate three new keys which they shipped via priority prepaid. I received the second shipment three days later and all keys worked on my security system. I had to send in my fob for it to be properly copied, which I was initially wary of because I didn't want to send off the one version that I had in my possession. The CMK team was very responsive - the let me know when they received my fob and also when they were sending it back. The prices were competitive and the fobs work! My copies look different from the original, but the important part is that I'm able to access my building and provide a secondary copy for guests. I ordered the key fob, the promotional wristband and both authenticate faster than my original Keri fob. The fob is as thin as and almost as long as a normal house key, which fits better on my key ring, than my Keri fob. I sent my Keri fob into their facility using USPS 2 day priority on a Tuesday morning, I received it the following Monday in the afternoon, using standard service and free shipping. I shipped them my original RFID key. Once they received it, their turn around was very fast, and they shipped it right back. The new keys worked great and as advertised. This firm has its act together 1000%. When I couldn't clone my fob without sending it in, they (Bryan) was in touch with me and facilitated me on sending in the fob. The process worked perfectly. Our dog walker now has her own fob again, saving us all kinds of logistical headaches. And, I have extras for guests.
