I was referred to this company through a friend. The customer service was amazing and the products received were of great quality. Turn around time was extremely quick. I have made two orders since I've used this company and will continue to go to them in the future. read more

The site advertises replacement fobs with logos and provides you a choice of color. I did select such options but was not informed that they no longer keep in stock such items although still advertised. This was told me into writing after receiving the wrong merchandise and after inquiring about it. The company only offers reimbursement of returned items but not for the shipping costs involved in sending the fob. Advertising items that are (quote)"being phased out.." should not be tolerated. Basically, if you are sent a different item, you will find out after transaction is completed and won't be able to recover your shipping costs so they are lost. You take your chances. Extremely unfriendly experience. Would not recommend. I did submit a Claim at BBB and Paypal. read more

My management company wouldn't provide me with a duplicate key fob for my boyfriend unless he was added to my lease so after some research, I found Clonemykey.com. I sent my key in on a Saturday afternoon via USPS with express shipping. It was supposed to arrive on Monday but there was a delay (because of USPS not CMK). CMK received my key fob on Tuesday morning and shipped it back out Tuesday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and I have my key plus the duplicate back! Such quick service at an affordable rate, I can't say enough how pleased I am with CMK!! read more

My apartment building would not issue an addition fob even if I was willing to pay for it. I needed an extra one for my dog walker. I went all over Los Angeles trying to find someone that could duplicate it but had no luck. Thank goodness I found CloneMyKey. They were able to answer questions promptly and ordering was a piece of cake. The turnaround and price can't be beat. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs this service. Amazing! The process was super easy and I saved so much money by not doing it through my apartment complex.

I just moved into my sister's apartment in Austin, Texas and the management refused to give us a second key. We decided to do it ourselves and found CloneMyKey on Google. We rushed shipping via USPS(sent out on Monday, received Thursday). Service was expedient and communication was great. Needless to say, the key duplication works and we are happy customers! read more

This company is heaven-sent! I live in an apartment complex where the leasing office only provides you with one key fob per resident. I wanted to have a spare for my boyfriend/in case of any emergencies, but the leasing staff wanted me to jump through unnecessary hoops to attain a second fob. I went on google to see if it was possible to replicate the type of fob that my complex uses, and my search results immediately brought my attention to CloneMyKey! Their website is very user friendly and simple to navigate. They have photographs of all the models of key fobs/key cards that they are able to successfully make copies of, as well as a percentage rate of accuracy per model. I was not completely sure that I saw the type of fob I have represented in any of the photos, so I proceeded to use the website's handy photo submission option to verify my inquiry. I uploaded a photo of my fob and Bryan from Customer Service emailed me back within 24 hours confirming the replication was possible. The ordering process was expedited very smoothly! I opted for the lifetime warranty, in case the replica ever deactivates in the future, and also paid for rush delivery because my apartment only lends out spare keys for 48 hour increments. I express mailed my original to the company through UPS on a Monday and received the cloned key on Wednesday afternoon!. Such a fast delivery!!! Throughout the process of my order, Bryan maintained communication by assuring me that they received my original, as well as notifying me when the clone was out for shipment. This wonderful customer service was very reassuring, especially because house keys are of extreme importance, and I definitely was skeptical at first about distributing mine to another state. Rest assured, CloneMyKey will handle your keys with the utmost care. I recommend this company to anyone who is in my situation and needs a spare electronic key fob without any hassle. THANK YOU CLONEMYKEY, LLC! read more

Bryan was great and responds within minutes to any questions you have about which product is compatible to your needs. I was hesitated to send in my ONLY key fob so I also recommend using a tracking service. They send you a notification email once they receive your key, and another one with tracking once your order is processed and shipped. Turn around time was in a matter of few hours (even when order was non-expedited, but maybe I was just lucky) and everything I've ordered so far works perfectly. read more

Just tested out my spare keycard and it works great. Mail-in service was really easy to use and I got an email confirmation letting me know when they received the original key. Thanks! read more

I really didn't think this would work - I looked everywhere to find someone to clone the key fob to my apartment complex with no luck. Not only did CloneMyKey successfully clone my fob but they delivered it exactly when promised. The ordering process was seamless and they timely communicated the status of my order at every stage of the process. I was really impressed with CloneMyKey and I will definitely use them again! read more

I live in an apartment with a dependent and my complex told me I could only have one gate card. I decided to make a duplicate and even thought of getting the equipment myself, but I found this company online and decided to give it a try. I didn't even send in my key, I just sent them the code printed on my card via email and I received the copy in the mail 2 days later. The keycard works perfectly and is actually better than the original, because I can put this one on a key chain. I also got the version where I can get unlimited reprogramming which is also a great benefit. Great, quick service. read more

Simple process and extremely quick turnaround. Would definitely use again.

Tried fob duplication from key me bc the convenience of scanning it at a kiosk, but none of them worked. I still wanted to try getting copies, mainly because the appeal of a fob sticker for my phone. I found this company and thought a company only doing fobs rather than starting out cutting keys then adding fobs should have a better chance at working. Everything works perfectly and I love my products. I was able to do the photo plus serial number option, too, so it was really easy. read more

If I could give this company 20 stars I would. My landlord told us that we could only have 1 card so I googled and found this company. I sent my card on a Monday and got my duplicate back by Friday of the same week. I received and email update on the process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. These guys are awesome! Key arrived to them and the same day they sent an email saying they got it and they were working on it. I much appreciate the reliable keys, quick shipping time, and great customer service here.

Insanely fast! I've used their service twice, both with overnight shipping and rush processing. Even with the extra $4.99 to remove their logo, the price is very reasonable. The first time I sent my fob in to be cloned and it was back with a copy in less than 36 hours. When I needed another, I simply provided them with the fob's code data provided with the first copy. I had a new fob in less than 24 hours! Customer service is excellent, my questions were answered promptly. Super impressed. If you need a second fob, CloneMyKey is the service to use. read more

Shipped my FOB to them on a Monday evening from Los Angeles. Email notifications on upon receipt and shipping were received. Key was delivered by Saturday. So easy!! I went for over a year with only one key fob to my apartment building, which made it a huge pain to have anyone stay with me, or even have back-up keys for me in case I lost mine. Someone told me you could clone key fobs (which hadn't even occurred to me), so I searched and found Clone My Key. I can't believe I waited so long for something SO EASY! I sent a pic of my key fob to confirm it was a model they could duplicate and got a response in less than 24 hours. They provided a link for me to confirm my residence, since my fob has a serial number, and once I did that and attached the pictures I signed up for rush shipping (since I had someone staying with me at the time and needed it ASAP) and I literally had the new fobs the next day! They worked at all fob access points, and they were smaller and slimmer than my original. From my initial internet search to receiving the fobs was about 48 hours. Great service and 100% satisfaction! read more

Amazing quality and service. I have used CloneMyKey twice now and both times I have been happy with the service. I live overseas at the moment and I shipped my keycard to CloneMyKey and within 24 hours my keycard was duplicated and the new copies sent back to me quickly.
