I recently moved into a new Apartment building with controlled access. I was given one keyfob and was unable to get any additional fobs since I was the only one of the lease. I needed an additional fob for my girlfriend rather than her having to use the call box and call my phones and her phone for access. Luckily I found CloneMyKey. I sent out my Fob Friday, Monday morning I received an email saying the got my fob, and it should be out next business day. Later on in the afternoon I got another email saying it was shipped! 2 days later it was here! I ordered a regular fob, and a sticker fob. the regular fob works just fine, thin and flexible, it should last an entire year easily. The Sticker fob I kinda regret spending $10 on. I got it just as a spare, to put in my phone case or what have you. Unfortunately its alittle too thick for my taste. I have a Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) case, and it pushes the case out a bit too much, as I store it between the case and the phone itself. (I Have another metal plate inside the case that's use to hold my phone up on a magnetic mount and that's super thin.) Also the sticker fob doesn't seem to work thru the TPU case very well, I had to rub my phone on the door sensor for it to detect it. if CMK could make the sticker rfid half as thick it would be a winner! read more
