Excellent company! We had a mishap at midnight after we took our new puppy to the backyard to go potty. Not only did she not go potty, but we accidentally locked ourselves out of our house. Immediately Yelped locksmith and Clone Key responded within minutes. Literally 20 minutes later, locksmith was at our house trying to get us back inside. Unfortunately, it was a very old lock and he ended up having to punch out lock and replace it with a new one. He was so patient and professional. My parents found themselves in a somewhat complicated situation involving losing their only car key while on a road trip. Luckily, the car was still running when they realized the issue, and they were already on the way home, albeit 6.5 hours away. They called me from the road and asked me to figure something out by the time they made it back. After calling a couple other places with no luck, I dialed Clone Key. Jake was responsive and professional from the first moment he picked up the phone and introduced himself. He asked relevant questions to verify the situation, gave me a verbal quote, scheduled me for a time slot that same day, and told me to keep him in the loop with any developments. I called Jake 4 or 5 times over the course of the day to update him, and every time he either picked up right away or called me back within minutes. He was super flexible and understanding of the situation, and went above and beyond to meet us pretty late in the day. He met them at their house, and was able to successfully program them a new key fob, as well as decode the lock and cut a replacement physical key. His prices were reasonable (much better than getting overcharged by the dealership) and he was done in about 30 minutes (in comparison, I took my car to the dealership for the same job a while back and they had my car for 6 hours before notifying me that they'd need to keep it overnight). The other day at a gas station, my purse was stolen from my car and with it, the only key to my car! After calling MANY companies and being almost scammed, I called Jake. I am talking AFTER noon.
