I tried the toasted marshmallow latte, recommended by the staff, and it was delicious and had just the right amount of sweetness. They also have the cutest items for sale throughout the shop, and honestly, the whole retail selection is a vibe in itself. Drinks: They had so many options, all of which were fresh brewed. This is where the cafe really excelled. Service: Service was friendly but a little on the slow side. Value: Its more of an experience and a place to hang out than a budget spot. As a grab and go place, it's expensive but not terrible if you hang out for a while. Atmosphere: Super cool atmosphere. There's some high top tables, but also some couches and other seating to hang out.

What principally…read morebegan as a spot to grab a tasty breakfast has evolved into an accomplished full-service establishment, whose sister restaurant, Matilda, has already garnered recognition from Michelin. The service level at this very busy, casual eatery far surpasses what one would expect. From the well-organized reception desk to our excellent server, our needs were met and exceeded. The food was excellent, well-portioned and reasonably-priced. My Turkish eggs sat atop a tasty yogurt spread and the eggs were perfectly poached. The orange juice was freshly-squeezed and beautifully presented in a small glass carafe with a straw. Both my wife and son's meals were similarly excellent. In total, we paid around $95 with tax and tip--a very reasonable sum for the quality of food and service, in my estimation. There's lots of parking in the huge lot adjacent to the restaurant, but arrive early to avoid long waits.

I went to another restaurant afterward because I was so disappointed and still hungry. Food: 1 Drinks: 4 Service: 3 Value: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Food: I got the banh me sandwich. I found it incredibly disappointing and almost comical. It was a very small sandwich with some sad looking chicken and literally two handfuls of arugula piled on top. The arugula pile was larger than the actual sandwich. At least it was warm? Drinks: They had a good selection of coffees and teas. The portions were generous here. Service: Our waitress was nice but service was incredibly slow. Value: $80 for 2 coffees and 3 entrees. Portions are small aside for the massive amount of arugula. Atmosphere: This place is modeled after a cafe. We were seated at the bar, which had a very small eating surface and just faced a frosted window into the kitchen. It was fine but not enjoyable.
