Coffee and a muffin
Shari S.

We were less than impressed with Hugo's. It's a coffee counter business on the ground floor of a medical building. A medium latte and a refrigerated blueberry muffin cost $12. We had to ask that the muffin be heated and then the clerk nuked it into a melting state. Ugh. There were a number of kids screeching and running around. Tourists loudly talking to Marge back home on their phones. There was also a large tourist counter with brochures on places to visit in Yellowstone National Park, Nevada, etc. (places in other states! lol) The only reason this place appears to be in business is because it's convenient for people going to medical appointments in the building.

Grace is the sweetest gal - her hospitality and customer service made my trip to Park City and Utah so much more memorable. I had such an engaging chat with her and hope to see her in the future with my next visit. This shop is also incredible - views are spectacular, music is lovely and calming, and the baked goods from a local bakery were well made. I'm glad I trusted Grace with the chocolate zucchini cake. The GF brownie was also enjoyed by my friend.

Located in the same space as the Park city visitor center. Plenty of seating with WiFi. We got salted caramel Nutella latte with oatmilk. They have large sizes with 16, 20, and 24 oz iced drinks. It was relatively quiet to get some work done. WiFi is only for 2 hours per a 12 hour period.

I love Hugo's specialty drinks! A few years back when I was just in town on vacation I stopped here and got my first pumpkin drink of the season and it was sooo good! So obviously I had to come back now that I live out here and I can confirm their summer drinks are just as yummy!

Got a medium size dark roast pour over- love it! The girl doing the brew was the experienced one as I seen her helping others with different brews. My wife also had a honey lavender latte and unlike most places it was not overly sweet. Of all the coffee settings in Salt Lake airport I think this was most spacious. PS also had an almond danish

As a local, Hugo is my "go to" Kimball coffee shop. I like it for many reasons: 1. Their staff is great with recommendations and getting my drinks (which are always specialized) correct. 2. Location! Because Hugo is by the UOP, it very often gets overlooked as a chill spot. However, they have a ton of room to gather. 3. Bring your pup! This is a dog-friendly cafe. And I love that. 4. Tasty food items and choices. 5. Hugo is always clean. Offers bathrooms and is also the PC information center. 6. There's a lot of parking. And they offer 10 minute grab-and-go parking too.

Clean, flavorful & quality breakfast food & coffee that won't leave you feeling too full/heavy as you and your pooch set out on your next adventure. It's at the corner of a little business park and is set up with the needs of small business gatherings, outdoorsy visitors (dog friendly) and coffee lovers. Ask for the coffee for here for sweet designs on your next latte. Breakfast bagel (Roxy Sunrise) and breakfast burrito hit the spot for half the price of the hotel we stayed at and tasted much lighter, but filling. This place has a variety of milk/non-milk options, a couple vegan & paleo snacks and tea / boba tea. The Ube boba looked delicious with caramel drizzle on top. Our pistachio rose latte & cold brew we're done very well. They brew quality coffee here. Hugo coffee roasters is a good one to take home.

Iced vanilla latte with almond milk, gluten free coffee cake

Stopped by on our way to Midway and was so happy with it we had to stop again on our way out! The coffee is amazing, if you're looking for a good latte this is the spot! The service was super fast and it was easy to order. I was thrilled to see that they had a few different gluten free pastry options. The people who took my orders both times were so friendly, welcomed us in, chatted with us, etc. One was a young lady from Oklahoma (forgot to get her name) and she was amazing! I would absolutely go back next time I'm in the area, if not for the delicious coffee then for the kind staff!

We enjoyed our second visit about midday on Saturday. Plenty of parking right in front of visitor center which shares the space. My wife and I both had a "Choc" named blended coffee which was just okay not great. I believe the barista might have been making it for the first time. .. . We were both thirsty and this cold drink did satisfy that crave. We did order a chicken bacon wrap which was very tasty and huge so glad we split it. Hugo's appears to be a local place and is very dog friendly. The staff is very friendly and the place is very roomy inside.

This is a great coffee shop with some eclectic breakfast options. I went with a Hugo breakfast burrito no sausage. It was wonderful. The chipotle mayo had a nice little punch to it. It was a nice size that didn't leave me so full but definitely hit the spot. My flat white was perfect. I really enjoyed sipping it while looking at all of the wonderful dogs that come to this place. I was super excited to see a half off yelp check in. It was validated with no problem. I would certainly recommend this location. Service was friendly.

A very well made espresso, expert baristas. Very convenient as it's in the visitor's center and close to the shops at Kimball Junction.

Hugo's has stepped up. Their breakfast burrito is the best, and the coffee is much improved. Best place to take a dog after a walk.

He was constantly checking in on our party. My sister dropped a spoon and he wasn't even within our sight, but came over quickly with a spare. He helped make our celebration for my parents 50th anniversary extra special. Oh and try the smash burger and get the dill fries. Huge portion, super tasty

We started out with the cauliflower appetizer, which was absolutely outstanding. Then my husband and I decided to split the Wagyu and fries. What a disappointment! The Wagyu was a tough very lean meat. I'm guessing it wasn't Wagyu beef as advertised. Definitely not worth the price of $43., not even close. We asked for the dill fries and they were excellent. We also had a Caesar Salad which if I was blindfolded I would have never guessed it was a Caesar Salad. Dressing was watery and no flavor. Saved the best for last. We had a delicious light frozen lemon delight and fresh blueberry sauce dessert. Definitely the highlight of the meal! I did complain about the Wagyu, but there was no offer of a discount. The restaurant has a lovely, comfortable setting with plenty of parking in the back.
