I go here often and the service is always on point, it's a really cute place and I have both sat outside and pulled up. The coffee is were I have a bit of a issue it is very inconsistent I always get the same 12oz honey breve and it's always different sometimes it's one of the best Ive had and other times it's one of the worst coffees I've had. I also tried the matcha they have and I am particular about it was like really thick and grainy so I would say no to the matcha. read more

if i could give it 0 i would. it should be illegal to classify this as cold brew, it tastes like water. straight water, the cold foam tastes like air with the idea of flavors. My Keurig at home can make stronger coffee than this. extremely disappointing especially when it was talked up as a super strong coffee and was given a cup of water with a drop of coffee. i can't believe i payed 7 dollars for this. and that's just the cold brew. The Chai was 5 dollars for 2 % tea and 98% ice. absolute ripoff. nice vibe and music though! read more

I was just in the drive thru and I got given the wrong beverage in my mug. It had chocolate in it and I didn't ask for chocolate in it. They asked if I wanted them to remake it and I said yes please. They girl laughed at me and then went in the back and all the girls continued to say, "why is this guy even coming here. Just stop coming here" and some other things. If you are going to shit talk on your customers, at least close the drive thru window so we don't hear you.. Honestly, totally unacceptable. I've spent so much money at this coffee shop to then be treated like crap because they messed up my order. I spoke very clearly about my order I even have it written down on a piece of paper. I get the same every time. I come here because they are one of the only coffee shops around that offer real maple syrup. Ugh I drove out of my way to come here because they have CBD otherwise I usually get Starbucks or another local place. They're out of CBD and I ordered a specialty caramel salted mocha but it literally tastes like a watered down vending machine coffee. Chocolate was unmelted at the bottom. This new location for the little hut makes it easier to find and easier to order either standing in line or from the sophisticated audio/speaker and menu. The lines are not short here, but the staff moves efficiently and really pleasantly, especially given the early hour. That 6 am start is what attracted me to the Silver King. While Starbucks and similar mass-commerce fare can compete on the hours, I keep coming back to Silver King for the excellent service, superlative coffee drinks, and now the breakfast menu, with an excellent granola bowl and bagel bruschetta. Both, in the middle of December are prepared with fresh and delicious ingredients. read more

They're coffee is okay and the food is really good! However, the service is terrible. I'm local and I frequent silver king 2 - 3x a week. I've resisted giving them a low star review for months because their food is good but there's no excuse for consistently poor service. I've ordered online many times with no issues. But for some reason whoever works the weekend, refuses to fill the online orders. Of the times i've ordered pickup on the weekend, I approach the window and tell them I have a pick-up order, and they will tell me "we don't do pick up orders". This is a lie because I order on their app all the time during the week. When I told them this, she said "well we have one but we don't really keep up on it and sometimes it doesn't work so next time go through the drive through". If their app doesn't work, then why does it work during the weekdays and can still charge my card? If they can't fill as many orders are being sent in through the app, then they should downsize and stop using the app instead of blaming the customer for ordering. They also shouldn't lie about it to the customer, especially to someone who frequents their business so often. Also, their drive through is very slow and I am generally on break from work, and I don't have time to wait 45 min in their drive through. Besides them being difficult to order from and receiving lies or a snarky comment when I ask for my order, the employees also harass you about tips. Of course, I'm going to tip. But when I give them a $10.00 cash tip on a $20.00 order (that's a 50% tip for anyone paying attention) and I can see that the employee SAW AND WITNESSED me tipping them in cash into their jar. Then when purchase my food (via card) and they ask "would you like to add a tip?". No matter what my response is to this, they always repeat the question; "would you like to add a tip?". Keep in mind, this isn't a one time thing. This interaction happens every time I order from them. This is really irritating especially when I already tipped them and they know I already tipped them. I'm not sure if asking TWICE for a tip at the window is a policy, but if it's not a company policy then I can only conclude that the employees are being purposefully greedy. I'm sorry but they aren't even serving me my food and coffee, they are literally a drive through. I still tip because I try to be nice, and after the employees lie to me and given me nothing but a terrible attitude, I realistically don't understand why these employees think that they are entitled to a 70% tip? Sadly, my overall service experience with Silver King has been terrible. The employees tactless, rude and frustrating. It sucks that I have to leave Silver King's drive through feeling upset and frustrated, not because the order is wrong or the food is bad, but because I was treated poorly. read more
