I have a Sligh wall clock that needs to be fixed. I live in Bakersfield and there is no business that is qualified to fix my clock. I was referred to this business as a qualified Sligh repair business. I have called them twice to see if they will look at my clock & possibly fix it. Used Clock Masters for years. You would think they prevent problems but when you do have a problem they don't know how to fix it. They want to come out and clean your clock every year but when you have a problem with the chimes they ignore it. On top of that they still keep calling you telling you it's time to clean your clock and pay another hundred plus bucks. So I don't get it? Do the clocks really need to be cleaned every year or would every couple years be fine. They don't really tell you.
