I had a British toy train set given to me by a friend. I was missing the key that turns the clockwork mechanism. I went to Executive Clock and he found the key that fit into the train. He oiled the clockwork mechanism. He worked on it for about 15 minutes. I watched him enjoy himself working on the toy train. I forgot what he charged me for it but it was worth it. I had a key that fit perfectly into the train and got the mechanism working. It is nice to see someone enjoying working with their hands. read more

So I got a second clock back a few days ago. It's amazing what he does for the money. He tears the clock completely down, every piece, and then he cleans each piece individually, then he begins reassembling the clock all while relubricating the parts that need lubricating, then he tunes the clock and makes sure it is keeping good time. For a very reasonable rate, especially considering the amount of time and very specialized skill and training. I am very impressed. read more

I recently purchased an antique tall case clock and had it shipped out to California from Wisconsin. I called Executive Clock Gallery and asked if I could schedule an appointment to have the clock installed and set up. Raffi came out that very evening after work and did a beautiful job. He explained the workings of the clock, how it had been restored, and how to better to insure its proper function. He carefully adjusted the hands, unpacked and installed the weights and pendulum, oiled the necessary gears and adjusted the striker and bell to properly announce the time. Friendly personnel service for our intricate high quality Coocoo Clock. The clock had stopped working completely. Extensive repairs were required and no Owners Manual is currently available. We bought the gorgeous Coocoo Clock in Triberg, Germany on our trip to Europe back in 1990 which included The Black Forest. We are glad to have it back as good as new. Raffi and Garo came to our house this evening to move one of our two grandfather clocks to my mom's house. This father and son duo were very professional and warm; a favorite balance to find as a consumer. They were careful as they dismantled each piece and delicately loaded it into their vehicle. Then without hesitation they kindly offered to assemble some missing pieces from our other grandfather lock. Using both science and art, Raffi restored a somewhat rare old grandfather clock, and basically introduced me to its brass gears, handblown glass, unusual second hand, etc., so that I could care for it better going forward. I've several antique clocks, and executive Clock Gallery has kept in tip top shape for nearly 20 years. They've even totally restored a 150 yr old regulator when it crashed to the ground! I walked into this place looking for a silicone band for a fitbit that would fit my son. The guy was so nice. He didn't have anything on hand but he took us to the store's sister jewelry shop, Executive Jewelers and found one that was perfect. I didn't have any cash on me and the charge was too small, so he graciously told us it was on him. I needed my ring to be fixed and ended up having it done there at the jewelry shop, and it was perfect. These are really great stores for the community. read more

I think you would be better served by avoiding this establishment. We took our wall clock to Francis for repair and he told us that his work was guaranteed for a year. The bill was $200 for cleaning and adjustment of the chimes. Just before the guarantee was up the clock stopped working. Took it back to the owner (Francis no longer there) and he was reluctant to honor the guarantee. read more
