I'll start w the point that I never make reviews but these guys tried to scam me out of $1000 and…read moremessed up my car so that's my motivation. I had my oil changed by these guys. My car was fine, I have my own mechanic but needed it changed quickly before a road trip. I get my car back, and it sounded like a motorcycle. I have a 1 year old with me and needed to get him home. I call them as soon as I get home and they insist on towing my car back to the shop. They call me at 10am and told me my exhaust fell off. It would be almost $1000 to fix it. The woman on the phone, Debbie tells me "honey, these things just happen" My exhaust and muffler were totally fine, my brother is a mechanic and we had it up on the lift the month prior to fix both swing arms and my rear hubs. Also, the rear exhaust is nowhere near the oil pan so how it just "fell off" is absurd. We threw it up in the lift, my brother said it was a couple bolts and a weld and the exhaust was good as gold. The sound I was hearing was because they loosened my bolts on my engine air filter. My air filter was brand new. No reason to go in there. Was it because I had heels on? How stupid do they think people are? Not cool at all. Stay away from this place.

I do my own oil changes religiously every 5k miles and also recently changed both my air filters. To their credit, they did not pressure me to get these done which I appreciated. The biggest thing was that I was not told that the tire warranty was included and got charged the extra $100 when I didn't want it nor was I asked. Luckily, I had looked at the work order and saw the line item and had to ask for the refund since I did not care to have the warranty. When asking for the refund the gentleman inquired "are you sure?". Unfortunately, felt like him pressuring me and felt scummy trying to get me to pay for something I didn't need or want. However, after confirming, the amount was refunded without issue. Overall service was nice and the lady at the front was nice. Service took a bit longer than expected but not a big deal to me since I expected as much. At least the cost came out to what I expected and matched the quote from online (which also did not include the warranty by the way)
