I received the wrong sandwich and when I called, they told me that's how it's made--even though I ordered from their listed ingredients online. They had a chicken cheesesteak "Philly" style. Bread was good and the taste of the chicken was not bad. However, I was highly disappointed in this "Philly" chicken cheesesteak. Grabbed my usual: whole wheat everything with taylor ham, egg, and cheese with SPK and a dozen bagels and some cream cheese for the rest of my family at home. Service was great. Quick and prompt. It was pretty empty given the day, so I got what I needed in the time I expected. My sandwich was OK...I thought the bagel was a little dry and they'd forgotten the SPK on it. If you are looking for something in the morning on the go, and you are nearby, this place definitely works. They take orders quickly at the counter and will give your order of coffee while you wait for the rest of your order. I have to say that they do make me a pretty good "light and sweet" coffee. There are actually times in the morning when there is a longer line, and it can get annoying if you are in a rush. It seems that when it's busy at the grill, your order will take much longer than it should be. However, you should be fine if you just get something such as a bagel with cream cheese, since that will not use the grill. What I can suggest is that if you seem to be always coming in when there is a longer line, call ahead a few minutes before you get there and your wait-time will be non-existent when you actually get there. Well Yelpers, I agree BUT most places I have tried in the neighborhood are most definitely not up to par. This place has it on lock down. Not to mention their coffee is so satisfying. It has quite a few tables inside, so eating in is a nice option. My only concern with this place is that the staff is constantly recycled.... I walked in and the place was in complete chaos. There were crowds of people waiting for their food. I observed that even people sitting at the tables didn't even have their food. Got food poisoning from here. I work very close by and started coming here since last year, trying different food items every so often. I've never had an issue with their breakfast foods but a few months ago I got a strawberry/banana milkshake and I could've sworn the milk tasted rancid but though I was being paranoid.
