Update: they never ever did call us to fix our awning. After a year we just traded it in because it was having issues and lost thousands. I will NEVER buy from them again! Where do I start? The pushy salesperson that promises things he is not authorized to deliver or the service department that takes forever to get your vehicle done. Both times. We purchased a class A used rv and had a trade in. It was not ready when they said it would be. Then it wasn't ready at all. It was dirty and obviously not thoroughly checked out. We took it camping and the water was so bad we couldn't wash our hands let alone shower! We took it in for service which we had to wait to do then it took another almost 2 weeks. No communication AT ALL! And it's still not done. Mind you, I know things happen but good customer service means not leaving your customers in the dark. And not dropping you as soon as the ink dries from a sales point! I felt like I was taken advantage of and treated poorly. For something you spend tens of thousands on, you would think they'd want referrals. Not from me. In fact we will take our business elsewhere, once we have all the items we were supposed to have. read more

I flew into Spokane in Oct. to purchase a 1994 Safari Trek. I did a lot of research on this unit, asked all the questions I could think of before putting down a $500 dollar deposit. I was assured the unit was in good condition and all systems were operating as designed. Benjamin, the salesman, was super nice, provided all the info I asked for via phone and email. Among the many question about the unit I asked several times about the tires. He told me that the tires were new. That the dealer had them replaced. After the good experience on the phone and trusting the dealer would not try and hide the ball I flew out with my brother to check it out and drive it back to Florida if it passed all my tests. I now regret that and I will explain why, but first I would like to share that a Spokane local on the plane into town told me in no uncertain terms not to buy from Clickit RV, and to avoid any dealing with them, now I know why. At first they were super nice, even came to the airport to pick us up. I told Benjamin, the salesman, that we would be spending a few hours looking over the rig. He seemed to understand that, but upon arrival they said it was not ready. Not ready? THey took a deposit more than a week before, I had to send them copies of my plane tickets, DL, and the check, to prove I was coming, and they were not ready? After about an hour they finally let us go see it. It was clear they were scrambling to get it ready as it was filthy inside and out and smelled strongly of varnish. They were also putting a bunch of sealant on the roof. Why now? Why not in the week before? Anyhow, for the most part the unit was as described and was in good shape for 22 years old. One item missing was the generator door, which they admitted they lost, but would not replace. I let that slide, but after that we began to see a change in the attitude, they were suddenly in a rush, they wanted me to sign docs, totally opposite of the laid back way they had acted the whole time before. We arrived at the dealer at 2pm, 5 hours before they closed, they would not let us get close to the rig for over an hour, and would not send someone over to go through the systems until almost dark. Suddenly they were in a big arse hurry to get the deal done. I told them I was not signing anything until they showed me it all works. They finally caved and sent someone over, in retrospect, he knew nothing about the systems. Being a newbie myself I was not in a position to doubt, but I know better now. He would not run the generator for more than a minute, would not admit that the door missing was the reason, when it clearly states on the genny that it must be in place. I was holding a check, they tried to pressure me, but I was not having it. I think we left the close to 10pm after I was satisfied, and signed the paperwork. I brought a check for the entire purchase price, but they insisted that they needed my SSN to verify my address for tax purposes. I explicitly asked that they not run my credit as I was a cash buyer, and they agreed, but after a few weeks I got a denial letter from their finance company, I pulled my credit and they ran my credit even after being instructed not to. This is a pattern and practice, look at Facebook reviews, rife with unauthorized activity. We drove it back to FL over the next 5 days, no issues. Fast forward to Dec. 23rd. Loaded the family up for a trip to CT. 1200 miles each way. On the way up one of the rear tires blows out in the middle of the night. Not too concerned as I am confident my "NEW" tires are ok, I just have it replaced and we drive another 600 miles, and another rear blowout. All the tires are "New", pressure is correct, 80psi per the specs, speed never exceeds 65mph in this 3.9l breadbox. After the 2nd blowout I am seeing a pattern. I take it to a reputable tire dealer and then I found out that 4 of the "new" tires they installed on the rear duallys were made in 2010. Two of them blew out under 5k miles in sub 50 degree weather going 60-63mph. These tires should never have been mounted on any vehicle, and Clickit RV knew better. Bottom line is that this dealer should be avoided at all costs, do not believe anything they tell you, even when you see docs, visually verify the condition and bring someone who knows about RV's. Remember no matter how nice they seem, they are not your friends, they will sell you dangerous and incomplete units with full knowledge of the defects. They actually bragged about the tires being new, and sent me on my way knowing I was driving 3000 miles back to Florida on tires they knew were not safe to install. It's painful to leave this review because we love our RV - but the service after purchase has been horrible. It took me 10 months to get our plates after being told multiple times they had shipped (and hadn't) and now we are a full year out and don't have our dining room window replaced. Which by the way is a story of itself... We signed all the papers and then went to pick up RV, and they said "oh by the way. Your window doesn't fit into the frame and we need to replace it". After 6 emails and being told the window is on order "2-3 weeks out" I don't even know what to think anymore. The most recent "3 weeks out" was 2 months ago. The painful thing is that there is nobody proactively reaching out to me, ever - so I have a string of emails dating back to September 2021 that I have had to initiate. This is a brand new RV - right off the lot and having to make repairs is unacceptable but I know that's not the dealerships fault necessarily. But the service is, and that's even more unacceptable. read more

They sure seem like nice people when you first meet them but pick your price point carefully because they will take your money and drop you quick. I knew I was paying too much for my used RV but it was the model I wanted. I did not think I would find it again to be honest! They promised me the moon and told me what it would cost! New tires, awnings replaced and batteries to name a few. They promised it would look new! Once the purchase was agreed on they no longer cared. I got a fraction of what I expected. I was simply hoping to not feel ripped off by these guys. That did not happen! I have since found a couple of the same rig at 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Clickit RV was extremely helpful in getting me into my first travel trailer. They worked very hard to get me financed. Leaving with my brand new trailer from the lot however was not there shining moment. The tongue jack was broken and they replaced it with an old one. Not what I expected on my first brand new trailer. They were fast about it though and it didn't take long. Ben is a good salesman and he helped us find just the right RV. I have a couple of hopefully small issues with the trailer and we will see how good there customer service is when I schedule my first year winterization. 3 stars for clickit and 5 for Ben = 4 stars. The sales staff at ClickIt RV is super helpful and funny. There is a lot of selection to chose from. They have trailers, class A's, class C's, fifth wheels and toy haulers from what I can see. Seems like North Spokane has a great fit for the community as there aren't really any other dealers up there. read more

Unfortunately, this place had the RV that my wife and I dreamed about. The salesman was very friendly, but didn't know his product. I work out of town, so I was only able to get a quick look at it. The salesman told me that the RV had features that we later found out that it did not. The sales manager that I talked to that night had no clue what he was talking about and lied to me and my wife. We were told the RV came with self leveling jacks and GPS. It did not. We were told that a certain credit score would get us prime interest rate. It did not. We were told that we could finance for 20 years at prime interest rate. We were not. We were told that we could buy for no money down. They did not say anything about having to pay tax and licensing up front. My wife applied for the loan while I was out of town and we found out that the interest and loan terms were not even close to what we were told. When the finance manager told my wife that she needed to pay almost $10k up front for tax and licensing, she was a bit surprised. She called me to see what we could come up with. I decided to eat hot dogs for my time out of time and told her to write a check. How many people can really come up with $10K out of nowhere. The lot had our RV for almost 2 weeks before delivery. When I got home and went to the lot to pick up the RV, I was completely disgusted by the way we treated. The service tech that was supposed to do the walk around with us, kept huffing and making seem like we were wasting his time. Upon inspection of the RV, we found chipped paint, 2 dented storage doors, misaligned trim, and fuel and propane were not full. This is when I discovered that the unit did not have self leveling jacks or GPS. Almost walked away right then, but my wife and I decided we could look past the items. We were not shown how to work anything in the RV and since this is our first one, I had to ask questions about every little thing. There wasn't even a salesperson, manager, or anyone around to thank us for our purchase, or tell us congratulations, or anything. The only person I talked to that night was the service tech. We took the RV out that first weekend, and couldn't get the DVD player to play any movies on the televisions. After 2 days of messing with it, I finally took the entertainment unit out of the wall to find a loose HDMI cable. Apparently, the service guys at this place don't really test anything, they just wipe it down to try to make it look pretty when you show up. Everytime I've called about complaints, whoever I'm talking to just sits there and makes excuses of why something happened, or why something didn't work. They never own up to it or put me on the phone with someone that can fix the problem. Horrible service. Horrible management. Horrible delivery. Just a horrible experience all around. Do NOT buy from this lot. Go somewhere else. Avoid them like the plague. read more

We were so suprised by the customer service and low pressure from Sandy, our salesperson, who even put an adorable arrangement of silk roses on the counter to welcome us to our new home away from home. But we were completely blown away by the service department who stayed late and patiently helped me find a hitch that would work on my beautiful, but too high, new truck! Hands down the most incompetent and poorly run establishment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We have had nothing but issues since we stepped foot in ClickIt. The financial manager Rodger was insulting and completely unprofessional. They broke an outside compartment door when do the inspection and four months later it is still not fixed. When doing the final walk through in the RV they didn't realize hooks were missing, shelves were cut to the wrong size and not installed, and we had NO TAILLIGHTS! We brought the RV back in for everything to get properly installed and fixed and over a month has passed and we still don't have our RV back. These people are beyond incompetent- do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. read more

We went to this sales location several times. The first time we couldn't even get anyone to help us. All the sales guys were standing around talking and when we asked questions or wanted to see something, they didn't seem interested. We did not find there to be much variety at all! A few brand names...all kinda looked the same. It is definitely better to go to the RV shows where you can see a variety! Then we went back and found a small resale RV that we really liked so we said we wanted to come back to purchase but we first wanted to see it pulled out so we could check everything (it was stuck back in a corner without the pop out open). Our guy was out of the office so another guy was supposed to help us and he wasn't very nice, wouldn't get back to us with the price and he didn't know anything about this RV because it was stuck in the back. We wanted to wait another day so our salesman could help us but we did tell them we wanted to purchase it when we came. When we went to pick it up....the other guy had sold it out from under us!!! Clickit is the place to not only buy an RV, but it's definitely the place to get your RV serviced. They know motorhomes. The sales staff and Dan (the owner) were terrific in every way. They gave us an extraordinary deal on a used motorhome. They went through everything in the motorhome to show us how everything worked and how to take care of our new "beast". I bought a class a motorhome at the recent Colville rv show --paid cash for it at the time of purchase on Saturday June 14th They would not let me take it home telling me that it had to go back to CLICKIT for service check--The engine AC was not working so I asked for it to be checked and to let me know what as wrong so I could make a decision as to have them fix it right then. The salesman "JUSTIN" did not carry through AT ALL ITH THIS REQUEST He also told me that he would deliver the RV to my residence on the following Monday--I stayed home all day waiting for this to happen--IT DID NOT--Finally late Tuesday 2 other people delivered it--My understanding was that the rv was to have a 45 day trip permit witch I never received making it impossible to move it onto a public roadway--Also my insurance company would not insure me because of this--Finally over to weeks later license plates and registration finally arrived making it possible for me to insure my new RV. Another big problem I WAS PROMISED A $150 DEBIT CARD FOR BUYING A RV WHICH "JUSTIN" CLAIMED HE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT--AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS IT FINALLY ARIVED IN THE MAIL ON JULY 18TH. After 6 weeks of waiting for our keys to the fifth wheel we purchased at clickit... still no keys!! We continue to be told our keys, and back steps are coming from freedom rv but haven't arrived, but "they should be here soon" or like yesterday we were told "it's there we are sending someone to pick it up tonight, you can bring your fifth wheel by tomorrow and we will get everything to you". Then this morning "freedom rv lied to us, it's not here". We were told the vacuum was in, the new one still doesn't work. When we signed papers all the deck railing was intact, undamaged. When we showed up a week later for the walk through two of the metal screened railings had been busted and were unusable. Clickit's staff damaged it. We only noticed because it was on the floor instead of attached to the deck, when my husband and I went to attach it the damage was found. Clickit service "agreed to fix it". It was sent to their welder and three weeks later came back welded but unusable. We took it back to the service at clickit and requested a new railing/ because we already let them attempt to fix it and because their staff broke it after I bought it. Now we are six weeks out and Clickit wants me to buy my own railing $1800 because they have me a good price on the trailer!!! I have yet to get to enjoy my MAJOR purchase but I've already made two payments... guess I will update this review when I return the trailer or something changes. The Service department is lousy and I mean not even worth getting ahold of My mom Purchased a 2017 Shasta Oasis from the valley store and it was in awesome shape but when it was delivered by our salesman instead of by people who should of delivered it. He tried to get it leveled for me but that didn't happen very well and then the door wouldn't latch when shut so have to use the dead bolt to keep it shut the door has a gap in it when closed the table leg mounts in the floor were broken completely off in the floor so we cant use the table. I called service on the Northside of town and was told he had to check his schedule to see when he could come out. I waited a day and called back and was told the same thing after several calls to them he told me on 10/30/2017 he would send someone out 10/31/2017 and no one showed or called to fix what they broke. I will never tell anyone about them since there in it only for the money and the customer wont ever come first. If I I would of known there worthless in the service area in getting what needs to be fixed wont be fixed just simply because the service guy is a liar and don't care. my views of this business wont change unless the people get folks in there who put customers first and there pockets last. read more

my husband and I were set pretty much to a limit when it came to purchasing an RV and the folks there were more than eager to get us into a used one as we had told them that's all we could afford. The day we went in for our walk through my husband was checking the lights and there were no tail light and only one blinker worked. We got a ride in to pick up said RV so our ride left so we sat in the RV for 4 hours with a 3 year old waiting for them to fix the lights. they finally told us they had to put it in the shop to find the short. three weeks later and we still do not have possession of our RV because they cant find the short. when they find one short and fix it more pop up. HERE IS THE BOMB SHELL, We asked for our money back and they told us we paid for the RV so the RV was ours, were suppose to hear something today about getting our money back as well as my bank getting there's, if the manager tells us the owners wont budge or they tell us we signed an as is slip, yes I'm sure if we took the RV off the lot we could understand there dilemma on giving us our money back but we didn't even drive it, we are letting him know he might want to contact the owners because we are not only contacting the BBB we are also contacting the Consumer Protection Agency. we did not spend $10,000 on an RV we couldn't drive. Purchased our RV in October. Before delivery, we agreed to some repairs in addition to the purchase price. We were in need of a specific delivery date because we were flying in to pick up the RV. The delivery was pushed back 3 times. We ultimately lost airfare and still paid a portion for delivery to us in Seattle. The repairs were complete to the delamination and the awning, which we paid for. Other repairs to the step and the coach door, which flew open during the test drive were not repaired. Additionally, the motor home was delivered absolutely filthy on the inside. Spent hours cleaning just so we could feel comfortable showing it to friends! Our sales people, John and Mark were easy to work with and tried to help make the sale pleasant. I believe the Sales Manager should have tried harder to follow through and to follow up after delivery. I would not recommend this dealer. I feel ripped off for the money spent on this motor home...HORRIBLE experience. read more
