Would not recommend, this dealer to no one. Problems started with long time salesman, Then when…read moresales manager got involved, he did not believe me or my wife, and things just got worse. The trailer we bought was poorly built Starcraft, and noticed things the day we got it home. Staples in ceiling, caulked over to hide staples, and they were so visibly noticeable our freinds notice the first time it was looked at. Paneling on kitchen side wall bulging from an un attached panel, no stud even at seam. Wall paper coming un done at flooring . My wife only put 2 small saucein overhead above sink, next day bottom dropped out of cabinet two staple shots neither hit a thing. Gaps in paneling, all around bed, bathroom & where cabinets mounted. Dinette blinds and curtian.s fell off wall 3 night home. Also we found someone had drilled holes in underbelly plastic so water can drain the trailer has water leaks. I called Click It to express my displeasure. The guy who was working filling in said on Friday he would have someone call Monday. next Friday at the dentist a week later my phone had two missed calls with no message. It was Click It with no voice mail left. Since all this has happened we have called the factory and listed more than this. Bottom Line we will never do business with Click It RV again

CAPS included for emphasis - these are important points so PAY ATTENTION!)…read more We recently purchased a 2025 Winnebago View 24t pretty much on the spot after reviewing a previously sold unit on the lot. Sight unseen one might say but we did have the opportunity to go through one on the lot. Unfortunately in the past, Winnebago, along with the other major RV manufacturers have long suffered from terrible reputations about quality control and service issues. Even with discussions with both Winnebago and Mercedes at the factory level, it is obvious the two national organizations just don't talk to each other. So many issues would be resolved if there were some type of meaningful communications. This is just one of the reasons we have kept our 1999 F350 / Bigfoot Oakland 3000 until last week (sold in preparation for this new purchase.) Having used RnR Rv for many years as a parts and occasional repair facility (had a refrigerator replaced once and picked up parts as needed while doing my own work) pretty much knew what we were getting into. That said, if I were someone who was unfamiliar with RnR Rv and just read the horrible reviews on this while looking for a new unit, well - probably wouldn't buy a new RV period from anyone - regardless of the dealership. There are going to be hiccups during the purchase/review/initial stages of owning a RV. What sets an organization apart from the rest is their ability to satisfy the customer by simply telling the truth, getting the job done and THEN standing behind the work ABSOLUTELY - without any song and dance. We have a few service issues, so that remains to be seen. That all begins next week. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT sets the tone for the entire organization - PAY ATTENTION RNR management! THREE names who have been in the forefront during this process were our sales reps and the service rep doing our walkthrough. BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE and CORI FOSTER, in my view have gone out of their way to ENSURE things were done CORRECTLY and PROFESSIONALLY. When questions arose, they collectively took on the tasks and remedied any questions or concerns immediately. From the beginning, we agreed as these were new units, with new engines, some questions just couldn't be answered at the moment and "I don't know" would suffice. I simply asked NOT be "fed a line" - had that happened, the purchase would be off and they could explain their rationale to someone else. My expectations were FAR EXCEEDED by these folks. Straight up answers to straight up questions. We all want the bottom line, so here it is. Would we purchase another motorhome from Rnr RV. Qualified probably. 1. As long as BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE, and CORI FOSTER were involved in EVERY aspect of the pre-sales, delivery inspections and immediate post sales issues - then, ABSOLUTELY. They EXCEEDED my expectations in every regard and ensured both my spouse and were comfortable with such a large purchase. 2. Because any purchased unit is YOUR PROBLEM once its off the lot, I took more time than usual inspecting the unit prior to delivery, A LOT more time. Probably ruffled a few feathers in the process, SO WHAT! I also mentioned for them to go find something to do while I was looking at the unit so they were forewarned. Not my problem. 3. During my inspection discovered items that were missed in the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) - now are documented for further service. Personally, I believe the PDI was pencil whipped so I took even more care while inspecting the vehicle. Welcome to US Military training. TRUST BUT VERIFY! 4. Prior to delivery, service wouldn't entertain ANY questions from me, despite the fact we had signed the contract for the unit. I hadn't been assigned a "Service Advisor" and wouldn't until the unit was delivered (therefore OUR problem to deal with warranty issues - garbage!) So, I started talking to Winnebago and Mercedes directly - much more helpful. Be forewarned. 5. To end this missive - please refer to item 1 above - those folks made this transaction possible. Everything else remains to be seen. 6. I'll say it again just in case you weren't paying attention. Purchase again? Qualified probably as long as the three individuals mentioned are included.

Just got off the phone with Mike from Freedom RV. I've been waiting 2.5 months for the clear title…read moreon the rig I paid $19K cash on. I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.

They are clear when you call that they are always booked out at least a month. They give the impression that they could care less with a very dismissive attitude on every call. These guys are the absolute best…read more We had an older 40' class A (I quickly learned that A stands for aggravation) coach and after spending $$$$$ at a large well known dealership/repair center things still weren't working properly. Repairs we paid for were shoddily done or not done at all It was a happy day when we stumbled onto R&L. Adam in the service department is AMAZING, honest, more than fair, doesn't take shortcuts, does great work and tells it like it is. The thing I really appreciated is he didn't bad mouth the other shop's work and lack thereof, he just explained how and why he would fix what was going on. In a short period of time he had everything safe and working as it should. . When we made the decision to go with a vintage travel trailer we sold the coach knowing that it was safe and in good working order. So now we're back for round two with a vintage travel trailer. I'm thrilled with the suggestions made and the work being done. I highly recommend R&L RV's.

We were looking for a nice rv to live in for the next 6mo while our house is being built(yay…read moreright?) so we had a smaller budget but needed something spacious enough for two adults and two dogs. We searched high and low online and decided to go to a dealer. So we stumbled upon R and L rv, and Craig showed us at least 8 rv's that were within our price range and we found the one! Upon buying it they did a lengthy inspection of it, fix the minor things, cleaned it fabulously! Would have earned 5 stars but after leaving their place we noticed one of the taillights is out...
