Bought a car in 2017 here. The biggest mistake of a lifetime. The Mercedes was a classic for investment , but years later we decided to trade it on a RV. we were promptly told by the dealer they would have nothing to do with the car. when we purchased it @ Clicket Rv & Auto we were told it was a clean title and actual miles they put on the title application. we found the car was a total loss at 1 year old and milage was changed more times than the oil. discrepancies in milage were many. now we thank god for the statute exception have to waist money to sue for the return of the cash we paid. Literally sitting in the parking lot after purchasing a vehicle from them. Promised upside down and sideways the vehicle had an oil change. It hadn't. They tried to say that the "light couldn't be turned off" at their place. I get that. However, it has an oil gauge that showed the oil was half filled. We mentioned that and instead of taking a look the manager chose to blatantly argue with me right out the gate, when I was quite polite about it. I took the vehicle to Grease Monkey after the purchase (who had amazing service and were very polite) and they said "there was no way this had a fresh oil change". When I brought the bill to the manager not only was he still defiant he was beyond rude and said he'd take car of the bill on his time. Wow. I just have you $35k and that's where your integrity lies. Well, good to know. I wouldn't have bought the car after the rude experience this morning, but we needed it sooner than later and the overall inventory is low. So here we are. If you can, go somewhere else because apparently here, customer service and just being a decent human being is a thing of the past. read more

As companies go that deal in RVs and vehicles, Clickit has been great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. From the sales, finance and parts department, I'd give them all an "A+" rating. However comma...having said that, I would say "not so much" with one particular person within the warranty/service department. Shortly after purchasing a brand new trailer from Clickit, we opted to upgrade our water heater to a tankless water heater as we were planning on staying in it for a while. After the install, we had a small issue of a strange buzzing/humming noise coming through the kitchen stove. Initially it sounded like an electrical short and naturally we were concerned about a fire hazard. Clickit was quick to respond by sending out their best service technician Kenny, despite having few technicians to spare. And just like all mechanical issues that seem to disappear when help comes calling, our buzzing/humming retreated. Kenny was extremely nice and understanding of our predicament and advised us to record the occurrence next time we heard it. And wouldn't you know it, the gremlin came back the next morning! With video proof in hand, the warranty/service department was satisfied that there was in fact an issue with their install. After making the appointment to come in for a diagnosis, we found ourselves unable to haul the trailer and called Clickit for Kenny to come back out. Upon calling Clickit to have the service tech come out to us, Rhonda the service receptionist was adamant that they would not be able to. Rhondas voice was clearly annoyed by our request, furthermore both seemingly incompetent and reserved to channel our request. It was very difficult to understand her voice as it came across as both incoherently inebriated and overly "put off" by my call. Dispite Rhonda's unprofessional demeanor, she did have someone return my call later that day. In the end, Clickit is great to work with, IF you don't end up talking to Rhonda. read more

My girlfriend bought a car from here, nothing but a PIECE of JUNK. this is the worst car on the planet, It has to be a flood vehicle that got overlooked, all of the people i have personally talked to are arrogant, rude, and don't care. If your thinking about buying a car go somewhere else!!! They claim they don't sell junk cars that's all I was sold not to mention they don't even have the decency to call you back! Told me to bring my car down over two weeks ago for the dents to be taken out they had my car for two days said you can come pick it up dents are still in the car as they claimed to make an auto body appointment maybe me drop my car off on Tuesday told me it will be don't by Friday. It's not Friday no call nothing so I call is my car done after being transferred and called back 3 times I found out 7hrs later no my cars not ready it won't be don't till Tuesday it's now Tuesday no call so I call them it's been over 2 hrs and no response. I went to click it auto about a week ago to look at some all wheel drive cars I bought my last car there so thought I would have a good experience I told them what I wanted and the must have options I like cars but the salesman keep trying to talk me into an SUV I kept saying no I want a cat all wheel drive we looked at a wrx nice car bit the check engine light was on and molding was falling off I ask the price he told me 27000 I wasn't sold went home to think about it looked the car up online it was 2500 less then the price he told me guess they bump up the price at click it auto to make u feel like u get a deal when they bring it back down to sticker price I will say they lost a costumer here and I usually buy a new car every two to three years read more

Stopped by the Wandermere location today to look at a 2001 Porsche Boxster S after seeing on Craigslist. The car was straight, the paint was good, and the wheels were not scuffed up. So far so good. However, through the windshield you could see heavy dust above the instrument shroud. Not a disaster, it's been a long winter, they may have overlooked the dust. I was still interested. But, the carpet inside and in the trunk was filthy. It was like it had never been vacuumed. Even the door sill was dirty enough that I got dirt on my fingers when I clicked the switches to open the hood and trunk. That was the last straw for me. Cars for sale should be immaculate. I felt sorry for this Boxster. I can't do business with a car dealership that doesn't care enough to clean their cars and display them with pride. So sorry, I was hopeful that my experience would have been better. read more

I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 from them in April, 2021. They promised me an oil change, a tank of gas, a spray-on bed liner and a third party $3000 mechanical protection policy with the purchase. The oil was very filthy and more than a quart low, the truck bed was all scratched up with deep gouges. I had concerns about the prior maintenance and condition so they agreed to the four conditions. While it took a month I did get the tank of gas, an oil change and the bed liner installed. When I signed the papers the manager stated that the bank had a better mechanical insurance plan and set that up but made me pay for it. I was never reimbursed or refunded the $3500 for the mechanical insurance plan as they promised! They pocketed the $3500 and still owe me that as agreed in writing! They talk a good line but do not perform as they promise! I would not buy another car, RV or anything else from Click-It! read more

We went to Clickit Auto & RV to check out a vehicle that was listed on their website. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away by Jeremiah. We explained the vehicle we wanted to see and he said that he'd take us right to it. After walked around 10 minutes he went to check inside where the vehicle might be as he couldn't find it. Then a lady name Christina meets us out side and assures us the vehicle we wanted to look at had so sold before. She then proceeded to try to show us things almost 10,000 over our budget. We told her we wanted to go down the the auto show down the street because nothing else looked appealing on their lot. She then insisted to try to drive us down to the event as they were selling cars there too. We declined and said we were going elsewhere first. We got down to the auto show, was greeted by a salesman and told him what we wanted...... the very first car he showed us was the car we went to Clickit to look at! Literally, the exact car, that HAD NOT SOLD!!! Moments later, Jeremiah shows up out of no where and tryst to sneak us back to him as a salesperson! No way because they just lied to us saying they sold the car. So then we are walking the lot and Jeremiah basically corners me trying to coerce me to buying the car from them. Only giving this 1 star because 0 is not an option. I will never be back and will never ever refer anyone to do business with them. My husband and I spent all day car shopping and Click it Auto was one of the places we went to. After arriving we were not greeted for several minutes. We were the only customers there, so not sure why it took so long. Wes finally came out to greet us but was so condescending and arrogant. How can someone like that have a job in sales! He didn't listen to anything we were saying. We told him that we wanted to look around first to see if there was anything that caught our eye. His response was that we should go do paperwork and figure out financing first. He basically refused to even help us look at cars unless we did the paperwork first. I literally had to bit my tongue to keep myself from telling him how I really felt. We said NUMEROUS times that we were looking for a sedan and as he stood in one spot he just pointed to 2 different SUVs and told us to go look at them and they should be unlocked. Worst service I've ever had! Seriously couldn't get out of there fast enough! Do not buy from them! They obviously only care about making the biggest sale they can since they don't LISTEN to their potential customers needs! read more

Good service right up to when you sign the papers. They do not follow up with any info about when your RV will be available for pick up and your phone messages go unanswered. It's now over a week since purchasing our 5th wheel trailer and we still know nothing except that there doesn't seem to be anyone that knows anything. We are always told that some other person will call us back and they never do. read more

Great customer service! Must say was surprised and quite impressed with the food they offered for their customers. Typically when places offer dogs and burgers its just that. Click IT RV also offered fresh fruit! When I commented on it, they said they know there are customers with health issues and wanted to be mindful of that.
