I got there promptly after our phone call and I saw they were already busy taking care of customers. They were quick and it was my turn for a bike repair. He took a look and pulled my bike on up. Told me what I really needed and pricing. Got me in an out for half of the original quote which wasn't much in the first place. He also checked other parts of my bike and tire pressure. They were here to help and running a great business. I will be back. They made my day and I'm back on the trails again!

No appointment was needed, although you might want to call ahead and confirm - they get very busy in the spring/summer (as you can imagine). I was told it would be about three weeks, and it ended up taking about four weeks. Plan ahead if you need or want your bike within a certain time frame! After 3.5 weeks, I called to get an update, and the employee was super friendly and explained they were a bit behind schedule because of demand. A few days later, I received a text message that my bike was ready for pickup. Really pleased with my experience with Gray Goat and highly recommend doing business here! Aside from the service shop, you can come here to browse new bikes, equipment, etc. The employees seem really knowledgeable about the products and all things cycling.

It needed a lot of work and I got it all done at a very fair price. The person doing the work took care to discuss all the options with me so I could get the best value for my money. I really appreciate that. Some bike shops don't go that extra mile. Finally the got all the repairs done quick. It took only a day. However, I did have to schedule it a couple weeks in advanced. The shop itself is decent-sized with all types of bikes, including e-bikes. There are also bike accessories, including helmets, gloves, water bottles, bike attire, parts, and headlights.
