The food is really good , I definitely would recommend the chicken kabob. Service is quick and the inside is also clean.

Cleopatra is the best Mediterranean restaurant on the Bestbank/ in the city. I have not had a meal here that I did not like. I love their lentil soup!!!

Our favorite takeout! If I don't cook at home I'm buying this for dinner. We have switched it to chicken shawarma since it's much juicier. The grapes leaves are delicious with a citrus hint. Not sure what the dipping sauce is but it pairs amazing with it. The Greek salad was alright, haven't ordered again. We didn't like the olives weren't pitted, it was a surprise bitting into them. The hummus and pita bread are so good! I've tried other Mediterranean places and none of them top this one. The gentleman at the front always makes sure we have our order right and sends us a text to make sure.

My husband and I went to cleopatra last night for the first time. When we walked in, we noticed it was a bit warm (must have AC issues like everyone in south LA with this unbearable heat right now). We were able to choose where we sat. The service was a bit slow, which we noticed almost instantly. It took them quite some time to bring us menus. When they finally took our order, we had received bread and soup before our drinks. Because of the food and the heat, we were really thirsty so this was a bit unpleasant. There was an error with our check, where we were charged for two drinks but had only received one, but it was handled. My husband had the chicken tikka which he liked. I had the kebab sultani which was delicious. The steak was a bit overcooked, but the other meats were delicious. I also appreciate that they ask the customer if they want soup or salad (which came with our meal). Asking customers instead of just providing it really reduces food waste. Plus, we had options! My husband got the lentil soup and I got the vegetable soup. The vegetable soup was delicious! Overall, the food was a 4/5 and the service a 2/5. I don't want to give a review solely on the service, as the food was delicious. We would definitely come back, but probably order take out.

This place has incredible authentic middle eastern cuisine. So delicious and the service was incredible. I can't wait to come by and try more dishes. The inside is clean and open with Arabic music playing in the background.

Been coming here for years. No doubt my favorite all-around middle eastern restaurant in Nola. Everything on the menu is at a minimum good, their lentil soup may be best in town, chicken & shrimp kebabs are great, the rice is distinctive, plates come with a flavor-packed whipped garlic sauce (it's unnamed but I'd call it toum) that makes everything it touches better, and service is consistently good. It's not gourmet or atmospheric and they don't serve alcohol, so not a date night type place, but definitely a great lunch, weeknight or family dinner spot.

Standard Mediterranean food in a nondescript space in a rundown strip mall on the West Bank of the New Orleans metro area. The service was good w large filling portions @ a relatively decent price although there are better options elsewhere in the city.

Ate here for a quick lunch and was very surprised at how delicious everything was! The staff was great, the food was sooo good! They bring out pita bread right away and it definitely tastes like they make it in house. Very very fluffy pita bread! We even brought extra home! And at the end the server gave us free baklava to take home! Not sure cause he saw me very large and pregnant and felt I needed it or was just being very nice! But it was awesome! Definitely eat here!

The best Mediterranean food in Harvey ! Food is amazing! The staffs are really nice . full of good vibes!you can talk and feel peace!

The food is great. Their chicken zarour is the best. Also try their lebnase tea. One of the best Mediterranean cuisine in town.

When she came back, we hit her with a bunch of questions and she answered them and on the ones she couldn't answer, she went to the back and got the answers. We got 1/2 dozen grilled oysters and fried alligator bites for an appetizers. The alligator bites were extremely tender, so a must get again. The oysters were good, but small. I got the seafood basket and asked if they could substitute the catfish with the flounder and they did. Husband got a cup of gumbo, it was more than a cup and tasted good. He also got boiled sausage and eggs and both were really good. They thin slice the sausage, so all the seasoning could be tasted throughout. I also got one of the signature drinks, the shipwreck, which I sucked down. We had plenty of leftovers for another meal for us both. Sometimes you need to try a restaurant after it has been open for a month or so before reviewing like the others did for this restaurant. It wasn't terribly crowded, but still had a good amount of people there. Also, the busboy was on his toes, as soon as a table left, he was clearing the tables and setting them up for the next guest. We will be back again. P.S. the manager came and and spoke to several tables, including us, we had a good 10 minute conversation with him and told us a few things to ask for the next time we go. Basically off menu specials.

We ordered the $113 signature platter which consisted of lobster tails, snow crab, headless shrimp, head-on shrimp, a dungeness cluster, mussels, corn, potatoes, and sausage. We also ordered frog legs, alligator bites, a flounder basket, and a kids chicken tender plate. I did not care for the frog legs but I highly recommend the alligator bites. Overall, we enjoyed our food and the service was good.

Let's just say that we ordered enough food that day, that we didn't even need to buy dinner. This location is about 15 minutes away from the touristy areas. It's surrounded by a ginormous beauty shop, a mochi donut shop (surprised to see it in Louisiana) and another Asian restaurant. When we first walked inside, I noticed that there was no host at the counter. So we waited and waited until someone acknowledged us. Let's just say that there was a lot of waiting during our visit. The prices were about the same as other seafood boil places in California. I ordered the combo 1 lb of shrimp head-on and 3lbs of crawfish, which automatically came with corn, sausage, and potatoes. I also ordered a half dozen of charbroiled oysters. As far as the charbroiled oysters go, it was ok. The night before we ate at Acme and the charbroiled oysters at Fiery Crab were nothing compared to Acme. My boyfriend ordered a chicken tender basket and calamari rings. One thing that I do want to mention is the sauce that came with the calamari and chicken tenders wasn't like any other sauce I've tasted. I don't know what they put in it, but it was good. I'm guessing it was ketchup and tartar sauce with a kick to it. I couldn't figure it out. My only complaints: Is the long waits and our server was nowhere to be found. Aside from that, our server was very friendly and provided us with what we needed when he did come around.

I didn't necessarily want to go to a sit down and eat restaurant either. I just wanted a seafood bag to go. We found this place in Harvey. It's in shopping plaza that looks like it has seen better days. It's sits in a corner. Plenty of parking. The inside looks like a typical Juicy Crab. I asked for the menu and ordered a crab boil bag. They had chairs inside for you to wait for your food. I know we waited at least 30 minutes. The front desk had maybe three hostesses who were pleasant enough especially at the end of the night. The food was just as I thought it would be. Pretty good and fresh. The crab legs were flavorful, not too salty and sweet. Of course I could not eat it all but at least I was satisfied.
