    Crispy chicken shawarma
    Nina N.

This place is SOOOO good. No notes fr. It does get busy, but the last 2 times I came, there was virtually no line at all. The 10.99 for a crispy chicken shawarma wrap is unbeatable (please don't go up in price!) The amount of food and protein is just insane. The flavor is just unreal. The staff is always great. No complaints. There's a small seating area outside, but most people do takeout. Idk how they do it, but it's been a hit everytime and I'm impressed everytime. I haven't gotten other items on their menu, but I'm sure it's just as good. They've updated their menu again and it seems as though the crispy shawarma wrap is here to stay. I will say, choosing the sweet chili sauce and the mayo sauce to go with the wrap is a really interesting idea, but it works!! (I think it's chipotle mayo, but there is no sign of it on the menu!)

10/10, no notes. The food and drinks are simply really good here - chicken shawarma wrap, feta fries, Philly cheesesteak, baklava, falafel, mint lemonade, and Lebanese tea. The pictures don't do it any justice. This is a must try.

I been wanting to try this since it became popular on tiktok but, it took me a while to get to it. After I tried it I wanted this for weeks. I love this with the sour sauce they have. I been here a couple times for the Saj also which is pretty good too !

We heard about the famous Crispy Shawarma wrap and absolutely had to try it! We went during a Saturday lunch rush (big mistake) and had to wait in line for 45 mins just to place the order! The drive thru long was extremely long, so I recommend to go during non-peak hours or order at the front. We decided to try the Beef and Grilled Chicken Crispy Shawarma wrap with the garlic and sweet&sour sauce- Both were amazing!!! Definitely lived up to the hype! Lots of people prefer the chicken but I actually liked the Beef one a lot as I felt like there was more flavor delivered! Both sauces were also amazing but the Garlic sauce was incredible! Still thinking about these wraps

Chicken Schwarma wrap meal w: fries!

I stopped by here one evening. The staff was patient while I decided what tor order and attentive when i got to the window. The menu was a tad confusing so it took me a minute to see if what I wanted was something they offered. I got a chicken a schwarma wrap as a meal and it came with fries and a drink. The Lebanese tea was strong and I enjoyed the pine nuts!! The fries were thick and hot. And the wrap was flavorful and warm. My only reason for deducting a star and it's a CAUTION to anyone getting an item wrapped up & cut in half--check the wrapped food for bits of foil/paper. I found 3 pieces that I would have eaten if I hadn't taken a picture.

I absolutely LOVE this spot. I always go when I find myself on the West Bank around lunch time. No inside seating. It's a walk up window and a drive thru. They have a cute little outdoor area with stone tables and umbrellas for seating. The food is unreal good. SOOOOO GOOD! I usually get the saj because it feels like little finger sandwiches which makes me feel fancy. I love the sauce that comes with it. Everything has so much flavor! Drive thru service is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly. Go support them!

I love that there's a drive thru. The wait wasn't bad at all. I saw a few people eating outside. This is an old Rally's building so you can walk up and order as well. I tried the mixed chicken and gyro bowl and it was delicious. There was a good amount of food for the price. The staff was also friendly

This place, I have no NOTES. I eat middle eastern food often so it's hard to impress me but this place was insanely good. It is a good bit of a drive but it's absolutely worth it. I got the Crispy shawarma for roughly $13 and it was fire. If it was closer, I would go everyday!!! 10000/10000 recommend

    Receipt for $33.65!

On April 30, 2025, at 6:30 PM, I decided to give Sultan's Shawarma Shack a try since I live just four minutes away and enjoy Lebanese food. This was my first time trying a Lebanese drive-through restaurant, mainly because it supposedly had good ratings. I ordered the Mixed Shawarma Bowl (beef and chicken with rice, salad, and hummus), Feta Cheese Fries, and a Lebanese Iced Tea. The total was $33.65, which felt extremely high compared to sit-down Lebanese restaurants I've been to. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. The Shawarma bowl was poorly put together--both the beef and chicken were dry, the rice was cold, and everything, including the salad and hummus, seemed dumped together without care. The Lebanese tea was no better--two ice cubes in the cup and a taste that didn't come close to the authentic flavor I've had elsewhere. The feta fries were just "okay" at best, nothing memorable. For the price, I could have enjoyed a much better meal at a proper Lebanese restaurant. Sadly, this was not worth it, and I will not be going back. #Overpriced #DryShawarma #ColdRice #LebaneseFoodFail #Disappointed #NotWorthIt #GretnaEats

The owners are very friendly! Fast service & the food was delicious! Their bowls are better than Cava in my opinion.

Chicken Schwarma bowl - delicious fresh, also good as left overs!
    Alissa A.

I got the "spicy schwarma," (a wrap) as a combo with fries and added a cup of nacho cheese and garlic toum. The wrap was very tasty, and very generous portions. The fries were very delicious. My boyfriend got the chicken schwarma bowl, which was very good, light, but super filling, great portions. Definitely skip on the nacho cheese, it's expensive ($2), and it's simply scooped out of a can, same stuff you can get at walmart. Nothing special at all, and it didn't compliment the flavors within the wrap anyway. Was good w the fries though. I'd recommend trying the wrap at least once, but do it when you can split it with someone else, or if you're really hungry on don't plan on keeping left overs. It did not reheat very well, but was really good while fresh. Definitely get the fries. I thought the bowl was delicious, and refreshing. Much lighter than the wrap. The dipping sauces were also very good. This was some of the better mediterranean food I've eaten in nola. But I will say, while eating my wrap as leftovers, there were some bits of cartilage in the chicken which unfortunately put a huge damper on my opinion of this place as a whole though. Although very pricey, they do season their food VERY well, and the food at the drive thru came out in a reasonable amount of time. I'll probably be back.

    spicy chicken shawarma on saj
    Noemi M.

This was my second time over here & it did not disappoint! Food was just as delicious as I remembered it. We got the spicy chicken shawarma on saj as a combo. Spent a total of $32 on two meals without drinks. The fries were so crispy, only thing is that the saj was a little hard to chew but besides that everything was great. Totally recommend!!

My gosh, I could have just sat for an hour and eaten it alone. I love that it just keeps coming too - we never once had to ask for more; by the time we were finishing up the pieces there, another set was delivered. Heaven. We had not one bad thing. The ikra was the surprise of the salatims/dips - so good - and the muhammara was excellent as well. That fried chicken hummus was perfect - so creamy and a bit of a different texture than most other hummus, but it worked. We tried the lamb kebabs and crispy halloumi - both of which were solid; however, when they say small plates, they mean small. I thought the serving sizes were a bit tiny. Nonetheless, we were full before even making it to the larger dinner plates and settled on the chocolate tart and knafeh cheesecake for dessert; honestly, I could have done without both. They weren't bad, but they weren't very flavorful to me. Definitely a 5-star, but if it wanted to be a 10-star, I would say a bit larger portions, better desserts, and more friendly service (he did his job but didn't really seem like he wanted to be there). Go now!

I wish I'd ignored the ambiance and just gone to another spot. The server/hostess was friendly and it really is a great location and perfect space. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with tzaziki and a Lebanese tea. I waited a little while and everything came out together, no water, so I was ready for a beverage. The wrap was a tortilla so nothing special and the shawarma just didn't have any flavor. They may have forgotten the tzaziki or that was lacking in flavor too. I'll probably stick with shawarma on the go or other spots in the area going forward. A side or fries would have been a good addition too. I saw on my way out that fries were included with the shawarma wrap as a lunch special of the day but I guess they left that out for mine. The tea wasn't my favorite. It had a strong chemical taste (maybe red dye) and few pine nuts. Not my favorite meal but maybe other meats are better. This one left me wanting.

You check in with a very soft spoken guy at the counter again covered in boxes of candy, snacks and let him know you have on line order. Mine wasn't ready right away so I took a stroll through cramped space between makeshift isles. Saw few interesting items but was scared to purchase due to not knowing how old the stuff actually is. Chicken shawarma comes with two sides, it was decent but on a drier side though and rice was the star for sure - perfectly cooked not clumpy and tasty. Accompanied salad was nice and fresh. Portion are good size. Salmon platter comes with 2 sides - rice and salad, rice again was good but salmon was very dry, like it was cooked yesterday and then reheated multiple times. Could hardly eat it. Order of appetizer hummus - very creamy and nicely seasoned but comes with only two kinda smallish pita breads really barely enough for 2 people. As dessert I ordered pistachio cheesecake - such a disappointment! It tasted weird, not at all like pistachio and didn't really resemble cheesecake but more pistachio mousse or something. Do not order!
