I used to get a flat white w/ oat milk and 1 stevia (I use my own brand). The combination literally tastes like hot chocolate. It was my go-to for years. As I wanted to lose weight, however, I transitioned to quad Americanos w/ a splash of milk and 1 stevia. Still very tasty. It reminds me of a Starbucks canned coffee (that was LOW sugar) way back in the day that they stopped making (2007-2009). Obviously, there is no comparison w/ re: to quality but I did want to mention. The staff here have always been friendly, particularly Hilary, who I believe is at the Sugarland location now. I recently watched a YouTube video on a guy that travels across cities to try the best coffee and he ranked the pour over at Blendin very high. I need to try that one day! The space itself is small, but they make proper espresso-based drinks that are much better than your typical hospital coffee setup. I ordered a flat white and it honestly exceeded expectations. I've also heard their sandwiches are good. Service was straightforward but friendly, and the overall experience was smooth. Definitely a better option than Starbucks or standard hospital coffee. One thing to note: I've heard the lines can get pretty long during early mornings, so plan accordingly if you're stopping by before work or appointments.

The staff was polite, and the quality of the food itself was solid, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of less. However, when there are no other customers waiting and the order isn't complicated, I would expect much faster service. Hopefully this was just an off day, because with better efficiency, this could have been a much better experience. I would recommend coming here when you aren't in a rush.

It's a little pricey to me but hey, it's a part of Whole Foods so I think it's just catering to the majority of the demographic here. You can add a variety of different milks to your coffee (soy, almond, coconut, etc.) which is nice. I had the iced matcha with almond milk and it was alright, it didn't taste fishy to me (sometimes, matcha does that to me) so that's a plus!

The food is good too- breakfast taco and lunch taco are both big so you only need one and they're nice and cheesy.
