I'm very delighted that I've found a coffee shop that has a pistachio drink that actually tastes like a pistachio! The customer service was fantastic, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, although not as spacious as many coffee shops it's still manageable, and we saw online that they offer monthly barista classes. I used to get a flat white w/ oat milk and 1 stevia (I use my own brand). The combination literally tastes like hot chocolate. It was my go-to for years. As I wanted to lose weight, however, I transitioned to quad Americanos w/ a splash of milk and 1 stevia. Still very tasty. It reminds me of a Starbucks canned coffee (that was LOW sugar) way back in the day that they stopped making (2007-2009). Obviously, there is no comparison w/ re: to quality but I did want to mention. The staff here have always been friendly, particularly Hilary, who I believe is at the Sugarland location now. I recently watched a YouTube video on a guy that travels across cities to try the best coffee and he ranked the pour over at Blendin very high. I need to try that one day! I've also heard their sandwiches are good. Service was straightforward but friendly, and the overall experience was smooth. Definitely a better option than Starbucks or standard hospital coffee. One thing to note: I've heard the lines can get pretty long during early mornings, so plan accordingly if you're stopping by before work or appointments.

They don't have specialty drinks like alot of coffee shops around town, but they do have specialty syrups that they make in house that can elevate your coffee. I like a specialty drink, but sometimes you just want to have regular ole drink. The line was kind of long and I felt like I was asking too many questions and ended up panic ordering. I ordered an iced chai latte. It was decent. It tasted a little too diluted and I could barely taste the chai. Still enjoyable. Just from the reactions of the people I was with, everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered. Overall it was a positive experience here. It's a little pricey to me but hey, it's a part of Whole Foods so I think it's just catering to the majority of the demographic here. You can add a variety of different milks to your coffee (soy, almond, coconut, etc.) which is nice. I had the iced matcha with almond milk and it was alright, it didn't taste fishy to me (sometimes, matcha does that to me) so that's a plus!

Maybe she just had had a long day but she wasn't super patient with me and seemed like she just wanted me to commit to a flavor and purchase it. She ended up making me two different cups of coffee and kind of strong-armed me into using a brown sugar base for the second cup even though I told her that I was sensitive to sugar. I guess I can't complain when it is complementary. A couple of notes about the fresh coffee samples - while they do have lactose free milk, unfortunately they do not have dairy free milk. Drinks can be made hot or cold, and almost all of the pods can be sampled but there are a few that they do not have. This location also gives out the pre-paid bags to mail used pods for recycling and serves as a drop off location for recycling. Love the green initiative!
