I've been going back and forth with them for well over five weeks to get it resolved. They've said the company that manufactured my panels (apparently an in-house brand that is no longer operating) is out of business, so they've been "trying to secure panels with the proper wattage" for over a month. No update as of today. It's really frustrating that I have these problems, a warranty to cover it, and it's not being taken care of in a timely fashion. Between a pool, an EV and five humans in my house, those 10 panels do a lot of the work, and now I'm just eating the cost. I have expressed that I'm frustrated (especially because they never call me--I have to follow-up weekly to get them to talk to me), but it just seems like they care to do anything about it. It's just a "we're still waiting". Make some calls, secure the pipeline for the panels, and replace my panels, please. Next step if we cannot move forward in the coming week will be the better business bureau.

After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Also, he was nice enough that, when he showed me the first picture, there was miscommunication and the wrong plug was installed. My charger needed to be hard wired and a plug was installed instead. I luckily found Kevin on Craigslist as I was going to purchase the equipment and have him install it. However obtaining a permit is very difficult so I just had Kevin give me quote for total system including equipment, installation, labor, design, and permitting. Price was similar to me purchasing equipment and having him install. So I just had his team do everything. I also was getting a new roof and needed a solar contractor to work with the roofing contractor. Kevin (C46 licensed) and his team worked cooperatively with the roofer and they coordinated installation together. I really wanted each solar mount penetration flashed and sealed by roofer to avoid voiding warranty. He also installed top notch equipment including Enphase microinverters and LG panels.
