The drive proceeded to drive into the driveway and drop the soil in the front yard. This customer has a new build home. The driveway was not even a year old. This is exactly why we told him to leave it on the street in front of the house. He left tire marks all over the customers driveway. We called them to tell them what happened and they said they were not responsible for any damages that we knew would occur. They tired to tell us the drive is more than 4 inches deep. Which it wasn't as we told them. We knew that the residential driveway would not be able to hold the weight of a dump truck full. They only offered to power wash the driveway. Has not even been two months and the driveway has begun to crack. They are refusing to take accountability for their drivers idiotic decisions. Do not do business with them.

I placed and order for 6 yards of stone to be delivered to my home in 3 days, When the driver…read morearrived, He attempted to back into my driveway and missed the driveway, instead backing into the culvert which runs under the driveway, This cause him to come up over the side of the driveway which ripped up the asphalt.The photos I took, show that he clearly had plenty of room that he could have easily backed into the center of the driveway with no problem. I called the company to complain and to hold them accountable for the damage and they put the driver on the phone and he claimed to be the owner of the company. He told me the damage was unavoidable and he would take no responsibility for it. I am a retired truck driver and I could have backed an 18 wheeler into the driveway without going over the edge. If he is the owner, he should hire someone to drive his truck who knows how.

Got there and they had a large commercial spreader ready for me. They transferred the contents to a large bag that I could haul in my pickup. Spread almost 1100 pounds, great fertilizer, apparently the fire ants love the treatment, had no effect on them and the rye grass that was mixed in is growing well.

They are like a new car dealership where the service departments service writers are paid a commission for the service that they write. This is nothing more then a ticket to steal and boy did they try. The first estimate was for over $6,000.00. I narrowed it down to the necessary things that needed to be done and not the cosmetics or the extras. They also tried to sell me two floor mats for the tractor. One was already in the tractor. When I called the service manager out on that and we walked back and looked at it he said he didn't know why it was on the estimate. He also tried to charge 45 minutes to install it. I bought one and installed it myself in less then two minutes. 20Min. to install a hydraulic cap. It took 5 seconds. 20 Min for two missing wheel nuts. It took less then two minutes. They ended up not charging me for those things. I ended up paying a little over $3,000.00 . They then delivered the tractor and the driver couldn't get it in reverse to get it off the trailer. I didn't have a problem with it going in reverse when I drove it.. The gentleman who delivered it said it was doing that the whole time it was there. He called the service manager and I talked with him and he said it had never done that???? I had done my homework and talked to several other places and those service facility's told me the same exact thing as to what three things or combination of them could cause the reverse issue.Loanstar Ranch gave me an estimate for another $12,000.00. I ended up taking my tractor to another service facility in Ft Worth TX and turned out to be a little over $6,000.00 less then Loanstar Ranch and did not need half of what they tried to say it needed. Buyer be very aware!! These are not ethical people by a long shot in my opinion!!! Run for the hills!!!

They told me that only 43.33% of each payment goes to the principal but it feels much less since my balance only went $300ish over the year I made payments of $150 a month.
