They are like a new car dealership where the service departments service writers are paid a commission for the service that they write. This is nothing more then a ticket to steal and boy did they try. The first estimate was for over $6,000.00. I narrowed it down to the necessary things that needed to be done and not the cosmetics or the extras. They also tried to sell me two floor mats for the tractor. One was already in the tractor. When I called the service manager out on that and we walked back and looked at it he said he didn't know why it was on the estimate. He also tried to charge 45 minutes to install it. I bought one and installed it myself in less then two minutes. 20Min. to install a hydraulic cap. It took 5 seconds. 20 Min for two missing wheel nuts. It took less then two minutes. They ended up not charging me for those things. I ended up paying a little over $3,000.00 . They then delivered the tractor and the driver couldn't get it in reverse to get it off the trailer. I didn't have a problem with it going in reverse when I drove it.. The gentleman who delivered it said it was doing that the whole time it was there. He called the service manager and I talked with him and he said it had never done that???? I had done my homework and talked to several other places and those service facility's told me the same exact thing as to what three things or combination of them could cause the reverse issue.Loanstar Ranch gave me an estimate for another $12,000.00. I ended up taking my tractor to another service facility in Ft Worth TX and turned out to be a little over $6,000.00 less then Loanstar Ranch and did not need half of what they tried to say it needed. Buyer be very aware!! These are not ethical people by a long shot in my opinion!!! Run for the hills!!!

They told me that only 43.33% of each payment goes to the principal but it feels much less since my balance only went $300ish over the year I made payments of $150 a month. They don't carry the Commander brand storage bins here any more, only their Project Source brand with is slightly wider than the Commander brand. Makes for a tighter fit in our overhead storage rails in the garage. Tho the lids to snap way tighter. Staff was super helpful in finding the bathroom faucet attachment. We'd looked several times and even passed by it a couple times, tho it took the friendly staff to point it out. Christmas times are in full force, lots of cool stuff. Nothing from that department in our basket just yet. That day is coming, need lights to line the roof line of the house and they have ample amounts of LED string lights.
