He refused to let me ask questions, demanding only 'yes' or 'no' answers, and became visibly irritated when I tried to explain my symptoms. During a punctal plug procedure, he applied drops directly into my eyes without warning. At my follow-up, he removed a plug without consulting me and grew annoyed when I asked for clearer explanations due to my language barrier. I felt pressured by his aggressive push for me to 'upgrade' to eye surgery, which came across as a focus on financial gain rather than my actual medical needs. He ended the appointment with a dismissive religious gesture that felt highly inappropriate in a medical setting. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and poorly cared for. I strongly advise against supporting this business.

This is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor and you can tell he truly cares about his…read morepatients. During the exam he made sure he didn't miss anything. He can change the lens as many times as you want during the exam to make sure you don't walk out with something wrong. He provides cost effective options for the patient when it comes to contacts and was the only one who figured out my prescription for glasses after going to so many clinics and wasting my time. I received the eye care exam prescription on beautiful hard copy cards you can place in your wallet and not lose. I was surprised by amount of care and detailed work they put in to make sure the patient feels comfortable. Sadly, I can't go back there again, as he doesn't take my insurance. Otherwise, beautiful nice and very clean office. They're using the latest equipment, everything looked new inside. Free parking in front of the building so your car doesn't stay on the street and easy access for people who can't walk that far.

I went there for an exam so I could get eye glasses. I guess there is a reason why there Yelp rating is low. They seem very nice while they are taking advantage of you. Irritating. This actually is pissing me off the more i think about it. SO I'm back adding more. My Davis vision paperwork shows EYE EXAM is co-pay of $15. That is what I asked for. I did not ask for a MEDICAL EYE EXAM. Fortunately, I can afford to be scammed by these people, but what about those that are elderly or don't have a lot of extra cash for this type of BS. From the minute I stepped through the door at King LASIK I knew this was the place to be. The…read morewaiting room was comfortable with snacks and coffee available while you wait. From there, they brought us, my husband came with as my driver, to recheck my eyes. We then went into a room where my eyesight was checked again by a doctor and finally by Dr. King who did my surgery. He was very personable and made me feel like I was an actual person not just a number. They offered a sedative but I declined and we then went to the surgery area. While I waited my turn, I relaxed in a massage chair which was a very nice touch. Once in the OR, the procedure took maybe 10 minutes and they talked me through the entire process. They asked me questions about myself which helped take my mind off of everything going on. After a quick recheck to make sure everything went well, I was on my way with my instructions, new night goggles and a bag of coffee. It was also a great comfort that, during the entire process, my eyes were checked several times by different doctors to make sure everything was correct. That night, I got a text from Dr. King checking in and I was very impressed by that. I never expected that! I was back the next morning for a recheck and was in and out in 20 minutes. There is a lot to commend about King LASIK but the top two things are the people and the facility. I don't think I could have asked for nicer and more confident staff, from the front desk gal to the doctors. The facility was also super clean! Very modern and comfortable as well.
