Fantastic cleaners for my Hoodsport Airbnb! Alivea and her team are phenomenal and actually care…read moreabout the quality of the cleans and the reviews we get from Airbnb and Vrbo. We recently had a leak and Alivea notified us immediately and helped find local plumbers. In addition, our first guests ever were a complete disaster and trashed the house. Her team was ALL over it with documentation as well as a sparkling clean. The cleaner is always on time and we never have to worry. Highly recommended!!!

We have used this company for 8 or 9 months to clean and maintain our vacation rental home as well…read moreas for personal house cleaning of the same location. We've had a great experience overall! Alivea, the general manager, is really approachable and she stays really on top of things organizationally. The cleaning quality of their staff is thorough and well done. They mainstain a high bar and I can rest easy knowing that I don't have to worry. They will show up on time and when I expect them there, even when they have a tight window to clean between guest stays (which can't be that easy!). I regularly receive feedback from guests that our place is "sparkling" clean, which is a testament to this company's high standard. They have a lot to do in our home and they manage to get quite a lot done in a short period of time. I also use So Clean's handyman services, which have been excellent---everything from hanging mirrors on our walls, repairing a broken board or two on our dock and staircase, to assembling a bench and dresser when I couldn't find time to do so! I love that they provide a one stop shop for homeowners...They have a high level of personalized service and are willing to go above and beyond basic expectations: accommodating requests that few companies do these days. For example, they have gone out with short notice to buy a spare propane tank for our BBQ and a bottle of wine to greet our upcoming guests. I don't expect perfection. On rare occasions, we've had a little mishap or snafoo (related to scheduling or very specific things we wanted done in our home presentation for rental), but the company has been really receptive to feedback and addressed any issues that arose straight away. I'm not worried about those issues arising again. As with all things in life, occasionally things don't go perfectly, but those companies who are receptive to constructive feedback and are willing to improve are the ones I will most likely return to for business. I found it helpful supplying this company with a typed-out checklist of specific cleaning requests, since some of my expectations for our rental unit are more detailed than might be asked of a typical house cleaner. This company also provides a basic checklist to their cleaners for all homes, which is pretty thorough. As the name suggests, they use naturally based cleaning agents, to keep their customers and staff healthy. I think they do a fantastic job! Way to go So Clean and Green! Their parent company, the Richard Beckman Realty Group, has been fabulous as a vacation property maintenance company as well. No complaints here, only praise!

The lady who did the cleaning made sure to do a thorough job in every room. Surfaces were wiped to their new looking luster. Dust wasn't left in corners. I requested a deep clean from Amy Ordonez, UBI: 604 789 439…read more I was moving into a house that had not been lived in for a year, and had likely not been deep cleaned for years before that. My experience was as follows: SET-UP - shady I called before closing time as per Google reported working hours, left a message and expected a call the next day. I received text messages from 2 different numbers at 8:26pm (after their working hours) that said "hello when did you want to get this done we can come oit". No context. I responded to the second phone number that had a little more context of "you called earlier". I assumed it was for cleaning, and thankfully I was correct. We tried to get something scheduled but she had to change the dates 3 times within. I decided to go with someone else because it started to feel sketchy. Then she started to beg to keep me as a customer, showing me videos and her business reference number. I eventually caved, even though I read how she responds to negative reviews with a very unprofessional emotional backlash... I'll give a girl a break. THE WORK - lacking and dishonest Quote: $385 - 4 hours - clean everything but the walls, tax included. Real cost $450 - 3 hours - clean appliances (I'm glad they cleaned the oven and fridge), toilets and air vents. Since that time, I've had to clean all my light fixtures (fan blades, bathroom light covers, bulbs, mountings), cabinet interiors (which her workers sent pictures hinting that they had done it but in reality had not), shelves, and I expect to find more things as I continue to unpack and set up for Christmas. I should have educated myself more, paid attention to my gut and gone with someone else. $150/hr? For this? What was I thinking?!

We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business
