He did a great job at that and it looked great. Hired him to do the weekly pool cleaning. Never had an exact time given when he'd be there so it was just hit and miss. Kept having issues with the chemicals not being correct and the pool turning green. I took water to a pool sales place and had it check a couple of times and bought the chemicals the water needed. The last time I saw the pool cleaner he came to clean and the pool was green once again. It had only been a week since he'd been there and on had swam in the pool. He said he needed to go get the chemicals he needed and would be right back. After about 7 hours I decided to stop expecting him to return. He never came back. No phone call or anything. So I paid for a weekly pool cleaner, had to go buy chemicals myself normally two days after he had been there to clean, and then he just didn't show up. Nice guy, just didn't do the job.

During the inspection it was determined that one side of the deck was really damaged and water in the crack was the reason why the deck was moving. Roberto informed me his crew would fix the issue, repair the damaged area, and ensured me the deck would be secure. Now it has been 3 months and the deck has started cracking and has started to sink. When I contacted Roberto initially on 7/10, he was very argumentative and tried to avoid coming out to access the issue. I basically had to inform him I would have to proceed to next steps in order to get a response. On 7/30 him and his crew finally came out to access it. I was told they would start on 7/30 with fixing the cracks, but when I stepped into the house for a bio run, Roberto and his crew had left and never came back. I messaged him asking when would they return and he replied on 7/31. It is now 1:52 pm and I am still awaiting. I would not choose this Pool Service company. I cancelled the pool treatments on a weekly basis because of visible signs of algae in my pool when Roberto stated he was cleaning it. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with their services.

He thinks that he should not be questioned about his billing practices and believes that you should pay whatever number he comes up with without question. Simply telling a customer that chemical prices fluctuate, and pay whatever I say, is untenable. I also didn't appreciate him trying to goad me into a discussion about politics by saying more than once: "the price of chemicals have gone up since Biden became President." Just tell me how much it will cost to clear my pool, I'm not interested in your political views! He will never tell you how much you can expect to pay per month, only give you some a wide "possible" price range. Also, his utter arrogance was also a turn off. When I said he was too expensive or that questioned the basis for his exorbitant billing practices, he arrogantly told me that: "You want the best services for the cheapest price. And it just doesn't exist. You will always get what you pay for." In other words, if I don't use him and pay his unsubstantiated costs, I will not find other quality pool maintenance service providers. Finally, I offered to pay for July ($500!!!!), but not after, and then he immediately dropped me as a customer and charged me $274 for 1 visit; and my pool still had dirt on the bottom of it. Be careful in dealing with him, his knowledge of pools and pool equipment will distract you from his unqualified and unsubstantiated billing practices. I know he'll get on here an attack everything I've said, further showing his arrogance and inability to listen to customer concerns. Fortunately, I've kept all of the text messages between us as proof of what I've said.
