Milan was fantastic at setting everything up, Ronny and JR were in charge of the crew, and they were fantastic at navigating the myriad issues involved (coop to coop move). They managed to move 5 Billy bookcases, 3 of which are 15 years old at this point, without a single issue of any kind. These are not the sturdiest of items, so I find that impressive. They had zero damage at either building, and given what I saw in the myriad moves from our old building, where I was a member of the board, most moving companies have a total lack of care.

I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. Be ready for a 4 hour window which you are told about 48hours before your move which isn't good for people that live in luxury buildings because the elevator needs to be reserved. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

Someone came to my house to measured and was told she would call me to let me know when my hanger rods were ready so I could install them myself. A month later I called to find out they had been ready for several weeks and I had not been notified. I picked them up the next day to find that installing them required all my strength and some horrible scratching noises since they BARELY fit into the clips. After finally installing the one rod, I realized that the second rod was the wrong size so now I am not able to finish the installation. I am extremely displeased with the service, especially considering they asked me to pay $60 for three small rods, of which, one did not fit and the other was the complete wrong size.
