If I could give this junk removal company zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin? From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare.
First off, scheduling was a disaster. They couldn't stick to their own timetable if their lives depended on it. The appointment was supposed to be at 9 a.m., but they didn't show up until noon without any explanation or apology. And good luck trying to get through to their customer service - it's like talking to a brick wall.
When they finally arrived, it was clear they had no clue what they were doing. They damaged my walls trying to haul out a simple piece of furniture and left a trail of scratches and dents throughout my house. And don't even get me started on their so-called "professionalism." These guys acted like they were doing me a favor by hauling away my junk.
But wait, it gets better. After they finally finished the job (which took way longer than it should have), they had the audacity to try and overcharge me. I had to argue with them for what felt like hours just to get them to stick to the agreed-upon price.
Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. There are plenty of other junk removal services out there that actually know what they're doing and value their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
