She quickly had our entire kitchen, linens, and clothing closets fully functional the day of our move. On top of that, she figured out the optimal location for our items and walked us through everything in detail and adapted to our input as needed. She picked out containers and tools that matched our decorating style and did a great job avoiding plastic items at our request. She's since returned to help us get our home offices optimized for work-from-home and zoom calls. I'm a professional procrastinator with a cluttered desk and Meghan really helped me wrap my head around my own limitations and come up with a plan to keep things organized and tidy, but all within my mental model -- as crazy as that model is. Meghan really listened to us and our ways of doing things and found better methods that would work for us without forcing processes that just wouldn't fit with our personal styles. She doesn't just come organize your stuff for you, she also helps you get more organized so the work done persists for a long time and you don't revert back to old habits as easily. It's a journey for you, not just a task handed off to someone else. Don't waste any more time, just call Meghan and let her help you work and live in a more organized way.

The first step was Danielle came to our home for the initial assessment which was helpful and so worth the additional cost because she helped us brainstorm so we could get ready for they came for the actual declutter and organization. She just has the eye for where things can go and how to reuse what you have to make it work. She says she's not an interior designer but she does appreciate "eye candy" so to me that's all I want. After meeting with her I knew we wanted to use her and her company to help! Also side note- Danielle is just the sweetest person and when I met her I just felt like she was an old friend that I hadn't seen in a long time, you'll love her! The second step was she gave us a wishlist and we ordered things so it would be here and ready! Danielle was awesome with giving different suggestions for bins ect so that it would match the aesthetic needs I was looking for. She also brought things from the container store on the actual day of the decluttering. The third step was the actual process of cluttering and organizing ! We had Fernanda and Klara come and they were nothing short of spectacular! They were so friendly and kind and loved my kids and dog! They are both hard workers and I know we'll use miss clutter again in the future and I want both of them to come to my home! They were efficient and so organized and had great ideas for items I didn't quite have places for. After the whole process was completed my kids have been able to put things back where they are supposed to go and my living room is not a mess anymore and it honestly feels like a miracle! I can't thank Miss clutter and the whole team enough! I am floored by her customer service and true desire to deliver for her clients. I stand by my experience, but stand by even more by Danielle's desire to deliver to her clients. *** Miss Clutter sends hard-working people to your home to organize things. I was a bit disappointed by the experience, because what I truly needed were systems put in place better than what I already had in place. The lead organizer did suggest a wonderful fix for an issue I had, so I appreciated and was grateful for her thoughts on the kids' art corner. Really grateful fix with furniture I already had in the home. Wonderful win! But I didn't get any other suggestions or any issue-spotting from the lead, nor suggestions on how to improve flow in the home. I suppose my own experience with other declutter businesses--like House of Love with Colleen Collins--outshined this one because I am a tired mom who needs someone to lend their mental energy to figure things out for me: how to better organize the kids' clothes, how to create flow for my own clothes and how to create a more peaceful office. Instead, I found myself directing the helpers on what I wanted because they did not have much to add in terms of solutions or issue-spotting. Even in terms of decluttering, when I asked whether I should get rid of a particular item, the answer was "It is up to you." I know it is up to me, but o need your help. That is why I'm spending thousands of dollars on help: because I am tired and need your advice and help to declutter, and see if I have issues in my home. Danielle said she could see several issues in my home based on the videos I sent her, but I didn't really get any advice on those issues. I suppose that is why it is really helpful having Danielle's input, but she never made it. She said she was going to stop by, but was unable to. I texted her afterwards, and she sent me some entryway products, but that was the extent of her input. Another pain point was when I needed to declutter the kid bookshelf. The lead suggested I look through it and see what I wanted to get rid of. I had to ask her to remove all the books so that I could go through them one by one, then have them put them back. I know it was the end of the day, but we had at least 30 minutes and I was surprised that I had to request them to remove the items. It's hard to declutter a bookshelf when the books are stacked on the shelf. There were other examples of how I had to ask them to remove all the items so I can make decluttering choices. They did not ask whether I had other kid books/clothes/items in any part of the house, so there might have been items that missed review. As long as you come into the situation knowing that it might just be people organizing, you'll have a great experience. They make everything look beautiful and clean. I'm a mom of two kids, so the places that only saw things folded and put back will sadly last for a couple of weeks only, but if that is your aim, then you've found the right business. I hate to write a review like this, because the three people worked SO HARD and were so kind. But I felt like I was sold on one product and given another for the same expensive price tag.

    Ten times the results vs working solo…read more We moved into a smaller house and went from a 4 car garage to a 1-1/2 car garage. Fitting ourselves into this new space has been daunting, but Lisa has made is happen quicker, easier, and better than doing it solo. Working with Lisa is wonderful. She's very easy to be with and listens to what's important to you. But also she keeps things on track working towards a goal, and asks great questions and makes great suggestions. I was stalled out on going through garage and holiday boxes but was able to do it with Lisa's help today. And I'm not exaggerating about getting ten times the results. There's no way I could stay on task for 3 or 4 hours working alone. But the time flies by when we're working together. And guess what? Lisa takes all your donations when she leaves!!! How's that for the cherry on top?! Lisa gets my highest recommendation.

    What a life saver!…read more Over the years, my boyfriend and I have accumulated a lot of stuff. Though I knew we needed to organize our home, just looking at everything became increasingly overwhelming. I reached out to Bee Organized and Lisa got back to me fairly quickly. Getting on her schedule was a pretty straight forward process after speaking over the phone about what we needed. We booked an 8 hour day with Lisa and she did an incredible job helping us pack up items that weren't ours, declutter items that we didn't need, and sort through paperwork that wasn't touched in many years. What Lisa did in 8 hours would have taken us SO many years. Just with Lisa going through all the items in our home office, we were able to make the space feel more like our own + gained some empty cabinets + had items reorganized in ways I had not imagined. She even helped drop off bags of donations! Some things are worth paying for if it impacts your mental health and this is definitely one of those things. We're looking forward to having Lisa back to help with our garage that is in dire need of assistance!

But I did call a couple companies and connected more with her on the phone then the others mainly because she put my mind at ease and eliminated the apprehension about hiring an organization co. to begin with Let me just say she works fast! & her brain operates very differently than mine. In 4 hours she converted a room stacked floor to ceiling that I'd been looking at for months trying to tackle getting it emptied - to organized and cleaned out, ready for its new purpose (home gym) I'm so happy I found her and took the step to hire her and get the process going. The relief she's brought me with how tidy and organized my craft room is - is tremendous. I wanted my wife and I to digest what really happened. I wanted to determine if the ladies of "Organized Life" really did what I paid them to do. First, let me preface by saying if you are a horder, you may have a difficult time with their service. They are not there to go through every piece of garbage you may find valuable and also be your therapist. That would take FOREVER, and this isn't a reality TV show. However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. They are the crew to help you purge and organize. Molly, Marie and the 3rd girl's name eludes me. For that I sincerely apologize because she was no less outstanding. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing? Our reason to hire these ladies was two fold. 1st, we want to prepare to buy another house and move. 2nd, we have gotten older and our bodies physically don't hold up to continously, non stop physical labor as they once did. Needless to say, these ladies had our garage cleared out in about 1.5hrs...maybe an hour and twenty minutes and ready for my wife and I to sift and sort. The sifting and sorting is ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY what takes the longest in the entire process. I can honestly say these girls did in a day what would have probably taken months for my wife and I to finish ourselves...if at all. These girls NAILED IT! They strategized, improvised, and organized. There has been a weight lifted!

Between working and school full time, combining two homes, and kids coming home from college I couldn't catch up. When I would try to organize and put things away I wouldn't know where to start. These wonderful ladies came in and lifted so much stress off my shoulders. Everything has its place, they found things I forgot I had and purged what I didn't need. They worked their butts off and I couldn't be more thankful. Totally non-judgmental and so sweet. I highly recommend!!

    Tl;dr: Nicoll is AMAZING and clearly knows what she's doing when it comes to professionally…read moreorganizing your home! Read on below if you want more details about the whole process. So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!
